Our small vineyard of 3 acres, allows us to give the vines careful hands on management to nurture with love and care.
We are located in the Van Duzer Corridor in the hills of Amity. At 700 foot elevation and facing Northwest, the grapes get a balance of warm sun and cool ocean breeze.
The volcanic soil gives an added layer of complexity and distinctive character from increased minerality and acidity.
We follow biodynamic/live certified practices to allow for minimal intervention. We believe giving the vines attention and listening to what they need is all they need to flourish.

The vines tell a story- diligence with the vines is what makes the story come alive.

It has been a family venture from the start. Starting with planting the grapes, we have tended to every vine from the beginning. We believe that fostering the growth of the vines through careful attention is what makes a high quality grape. It is with this Diligence, that Diligence Chardonnay was born.
