This is a long overdue review. We had KickCharge redesign our branding quite some time ago now. These guys are awesome! Everyone we dealt with was an absolute rockstar. Very happy with the final product! Kickcharge Creative has a great team of artists and make great brands that are memorable. They rebranded my company formerly known as Luxury Comfort HVAC to Lighter Living™. The process does take quite some time. In my case I signed contract in September 2025 and didn't have final artwork available till March and I'm still waiting on website which may not be ready till May-June 2026. Holding off on/negotiating brand marketing and advertising during the transition really is stressful, but in the end the wait is worth it.

After a couple years of debating we finally settled on KickCharge to help us with the rebrand. Our old brand wasn't grabbing the attention we wanted or fully representing who we are. Working with KickCharge Creative has been great for all three services that we have paid for. The first, was a total rebrand of our moving company in Austin. They came up with the name, Boxer Buddies, with a friendly mascot that has been doing a great job in our market so far. For the rebrand we worked mainly with Gina, Jessica and Jesse. Man. What an experience with KickCharge. I cannot speak highly enough about what this company is able to do. They truly did take us from "blanded" to "branded" within the span of 4 short months. Here's some quick suggestions for anyone who is considering going with KickCharge: 1) Rebranding is stressful. Get all the decision makers in the room and squared up before you proceed. You can waste alot of time not being ready to make quick decisions. 2) Your brand is not about you. It's ultimately designed to attract the kind of people you want to be apart of your organization. This means your external customer base and your internal partners (employees). Set aside your emotion on what YOU think looks good, because while you may be really good at running your business or fixing things, you probably aren't a branding expert, so take the recommendations that Dan and his team give you and give a ton of weight to what they say. 3) I could be wrong, but the way I think of branding is it's a one time investment (like 95%) that you get a payback on for the entire duration of your company. There are very few ways you can invest in your company like investing it in a good brand. 4) I believe that KickCharge stands alone currently as the absolute best in branding the service-based industry. Look at their work, spend time on their website, and do your research - but you can trust that they are going to be at the top of the industry in what they can produce. 5) Just do it.
