Our leadership team meets once a year to gather inspiration and direction as we head into the next year. This year’s meeting was an incredible reminder of what drives sustained growth and operational excellence. We focused on core organizational principles, anchoring our strategy around Starting With Why to ensure clarity of purpose across every initiative, while prioritizing talent alignment to ensure we have the right people in the right roles. Alongside these foundational concepts, we explored practical techniques to streamline workflows and integrate smarter capabilities into our daily operations. To wrap up the session, keynote speaker Chad Hymas CSP, CPAE delivered a powerful message on resilience, courage, and personal accountability that set a fantastic tone for our path forward. We look forward to applying these insights and bringing this momentum back to our teams.
