  • - 81.5% reduction in pending site-related work items - 15.3% increase in weekly revenue posted - 81.1% AI accuracy in authorization denial reviews - One unified platform supporting more than 140 providers Raleigh Orthopaedic knew disconnected systems were creating unnecessary complexity across clinical and administrative workflows. Instead of layering AI onto legacy technology, they chose a platform built to connect every part of the practice. See how one connected platform helped Raleigh Orthopaedic reduce administrative burden, improve financial performance, and give clinicians more time to focus on patient care → https://lnkd.in/gkzSUd5W

  • VibrantCare Rehabilitation came with a playbook. Athelas built around it. Every great PT practice has its own way of working. Custom tools. Workflows refined over years. A rhythm that makes the clinic theirs. So when VibrantCare went looking for their next EHR and billing platform, they searched for a team that would learn how they work and shape the platform to fit. That search led to Athelas. The full bundle, Air + PM, kicked off this week. "Athelas treated us like a partner." - David Smith, VibrantCare Welcome to the family, VibrantCare.

  • How much of July are you still chasing? Ask your biller, and count the pause. It's usually a denied claim nobody reopened and a remit sitting in a payer portal since Labor Day. Small amounts, all year long. Athelas RCM clears the claim before it goes out and pulls the remit the day it posts. Meier & Marsh Professional Therapies runs a 96% first-pass rate this way, with denials and rejections at 1.2%. This week we're showing how a billing office runs on Athelas. Epic's UGM conference is the closest thing healthcare has to a mega church service. Everyone gets hyped, turns their brain off, and gets handed a technology roadmap for the year. For 20 years the strategy has been "wait and see what Epic ships." The FDA has cleared over 1,500+ AI-enabled healthcare tools, and Epic can't build fast enough to cover even a fraction of them. For the first time in a long time, health system leaders have to develop an independent POV on their tech strategy. That's scary for most leaders, so they're doing the thing that feels safest: bolting on AI point solutions for scribing, scheduling, referrals, and billing. This is death by a thousand cuts. Each tool solves its own narrow problem and knows nothing about what came before or comes after. Patient information is scattered across the EHR, the clearinghouse, payer portals, the front desk system, and a dozen other places. Staff spend their days switching screens and stitching the story together by hand, because no system holds the whole picture. Epic, the system everyone assumed would eventually own that picture, was never actually built to do it. That's why companies like Palantir, OpenAI, and Commure are quickly taking over. We're all betting that the next layer of healthcare technology will carry context across the entire system. Our edge at Commure is years of healthcare-specific knowledge and deep integrations across the stack. We're not an AI wrapper with a healthcare logo slapped on it. We've spent years inside the workflows of clinicians, patients, and front desks. Today, we're in 7% of all patient appointments in the U.S. Epic earned 20 years of trust by being the system every clinician relied on. We think the next 100 years will be built by whoever earns that same trust with AI.

What does a better run PT practice look like? That's the conversation we're bringing to PPS. We're walking through one patient's visit, front door to billing office, in 20 moments. A few of them: - Front door: a cancellation fills itself from the waitlist. - Treatment room: the note is written before the PT leaves the room. Every note is scored out of 100 before signing. - Billing office: the appeal writes itself and files itself. 100 denials cleared in one action. - Switching: your whole history moves in one click. Come find us at booth 307, right in front of the main entrance. See you in Colorado Springs. #APTAPPS #PrivatePractice #PPS2026

Hersh Solanki ’s high school prevented him from traveling to the most prestigious out of state debate tournaments. Eligibly requirements dictated you needed to compete under a school’s banner. So he created his own home school. When he joined us 5 years ago he had Citadel/Wharton on his resume, and we were ready to put him into leadership. He pushed that aside and said, just call my title “growth”, he wanted the flexibility to find the hardest problems and solve them. He then grew our flagship product 10x in a year. He is now our Chief Business Officer. Asrin Sevinc came to us out of school and started as my chief of staff. Day one she said her goal was to own an entire product line. But with no finance background that wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. In a summer she spent countless hours with the finance team and studying at home until she learned to master the P&L. She now leads our AI dictation product. Max Krueger started at the entry level of our sales organization. He turned heads when he began showing up to engineering meetings for the product he was selling, while still crushing his numbers. When asked, he just said, “I need to know the product in order to sell it better.” This past year, Max led the largest AI deployment in healthcare history. Commure pours gasoline on initiative.
