When your salon prices aren’t pricing the way they should by the end of the month… we should probably talk. 💸 Being booked, busy, and still wondering where the money went? That’s a real thing. ✨ And it’s usually not about working more. It’s about what’s going on behind your pricing. 🔍 Most menus aren’t actually built; they just happen over time... It ends up looking fine… but the numbers don’t always back it up. 📉 Lately, more pros are having that moment where it just clicks. Pricing isn’t a vibe. It’s a system. ⚙️ And it doesn’t have to be complicated. With the right tools, you can stay on top of your numbers as your business grows. 📈 If something’s been feeling off… you’re probably not imagining it. 💭 Check out the full blueprint ⬇️

When chaos gets loud, strategy matters most. ♟️ Running a salon isn’t one job; it’s ten. You’re balancing guest experience, team performance, revenue targets, retention, scheduling logic, and culture, often before noon. When systems are loose, everything feels urgent. Every request feels critical. Every problem feels personal. But when structure is clear, growth becomes intentional. In our latest guide, we break down what effective salon management looks like in 2026 ✨, the daily signals that actually move revenue, and the systems that help you lead instead of constantly reacting. Because chaos will always exist. The difference is whether you’re managing it, or it’s managing you. Read the full guide 👇

AI can write code faster than you. So what's your job now?   Join our next Live Webinar to find out. 🤖 AI can write code. But it can’t architect a system, it can’t weigh a complex trade-off, and it certainly can’t take ownership when things break. That's your job. And it's becoming more important, not less. As automation handles more of the grunt work, engineers are shifting from writing code to making decisions - about architecture, about security, about what's worth building and what's not. Join us to talk about how AI is changing development, and why the hard parts are still human. 💻 Engineering in the Age of AI: Why Architecture and Responsibility Matter More Than Ever 📅 Thursday, 26/03/2026 at 4 pm (CET)  👤 Piotr Bajsarowicz & Hubert Karwicki - Senior Software Engineers at Booksy Stay until the end. We’ll also be dropping a quick update on our Early Careers Programme at the end of the session. If you’re looking to break into engineering, you won't want to miss it. 👉 Scan to sign up or click the link in the comments 🔗

“Heyyy I’m so sorry 😭 can we reschedule?” It’s 15 minutes before the appointment. Time is blocked. Other clients were turned away. Now you’re choosing between enforcing your policy or being “understanding.” That’s the price of unclear boundaries. Talent fills the chair. Policies protect the revenue. In our latest blueprint, we break down how to build a 24 to 48-hour cancellation strategy that clients respect and how automation can enforce it so you don’t have to. Read the full guide 👇

Let's be real: your degree isn't the most interesting thing about you. But the side project you built at 2am is. Learning to code between university lectures. Teaching yourself while working full-time. That's what we care about - especially if you're starting your career in Product and Tech at Booksy. 🪜 Introducing the Booksy Early Careers Programme in Poland: a 12-month path for people in the Tech & Product space who are ready to own their growth and build real skills. 🛠️ And applications are now open for our Early Careers Product Manager role. You need to be at the start. Messy, curious, hungry to learn. You might not have all the answers, but you're ready to find them. And you can be anywhere. We don’t care if you’re working from a tiny village in Podlasie, a mountain cabin, or your couch in the city. We know that talent doesn’t live in just one zip code. Self-taught? Career-switcher? Fresh grad? If you've got the drive, we've got the space. 🚀 Scan the QR code or apply using the link in the comments 🔗⬇️

AI won't replace Product Managers. But it will change the role. AI can draft PRDs, summarize feedback, and handle admin work in seconds. But figuring out what's actually worth building? That's still on you. 🫵 At Booksy, we're not looking for PMs who act like machines. We're looking for people who know how to use them - leaders who let AI handle the grunt work so they can focus on strategy, trade-offs, and the messy human problems that actually matter. Join us to see how we're using AI to shift the PM role from managing the "how" to obsessing over the "why." And why that makes the job more interesting, not obsolete. 💻 WEBINAR: The Augmented Product Manager: Why AI is your new best friend (and not your replacement). 📅 Thursday, 12/03/2026 at 4 pm (CET) 👤 From Booksy Senior Product Managers, Nicole Distler & Kody Melo Stick around until the end. We'll share a first look at our Early Careers Programme for anyone ready to start their PM journey with us. 🪜 👉 Scan to sign up or click the link in the comments 🔗

Last month we hosted Grow & Glow at Charlie Bar in Warsaw. 💇♂️💅🏻 Ambassadors, partners, beauty professionals, Store Partners, and a handful of us from Booksy. Pros who use the platform and people who build it - all in one room. People shared what's going well with their businesses. What's driving them crazy. What they wish we'd build. Our team took notes. Some providers connected and are now working together. A few solved problems they'd been stuck on. We walked away with ideas we're already acting on. This is what building a community actually looks like. Because this industry gets built together. 🤜 🤛
