The way we work is going global, with businesses hiring people scattered all over the world. But until now, no HR platform has been able to handle everything, for everyone. Building a global team is simpler than ever. Hire employees, sponsor visas and run payroll through our Deel-owned entities worldwide. Handle all things global HR in one place with built-in compliant contracts, background checks, equipment, app provisioning and more.

Many successful startups didn't start in Silicon Valley. Great founders are everywhere but access to capital, networks, and visibility is still very uneven. Competitions like The Pitch by Deel are interesting because they surface founders we might never meet otherwise, from regions and ecosystems that are often overlooked. This year, The Pitch offers a $15M+ investment pool, plus an exclusive suite of perks from partners. From our side, Pitch participants will get access to the exclusive AltaLab cohort, where we work with founders on focus, product strategy, and fundraising readiness. I'm also glad to join the jury and look forward to meeting great founders at the regional events and the grand finale. The competition is backed by partners including: AltaIR Capital, J.P. Morgan, Andreessen Horowitz, Google, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Airwallex, CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, General Catalyst and more. If you're a founder, this is a global stage designed to give you the capital and visibility you need to break through. Apply now: https://lnkd.in/dxtYe5wR
We analyzed 1M+ worker contracts spanning 37,000+ companies in 150+ countries for our 2025 Global Hiring Report. The fastest-growing job? It didn't exist 3 years ago. Today, it’s growing at 283% and employs over 70,000 people. AI trainers. People love talking about AI replacing jobs. Meanwhile, AI is creating an entirely new profession, and it's growing faster than almost anything else in the global labor market. These aren't just "data labelers." AI trainers are the hidden layer between raw model capability and real-world usefulness. They're the ones telling a model: this answer is wrong, here's why, here's what right looks like. The role spans basic annotators all the way to subject matter experts - doctors reviewing medical reasoning, lawyers catching flawed legal logic, economists stress-testing financial analysis, translators preserving meaning across cultures. These are people teaching AI systems how to think about specialized domains Language and culture aren't afterthoughts anymore As AI gets deployed globally, the weakest link is localization. A model trained on Western medical data doesn't understand how a rural Kenyan clinic operates. A legal AI built on US case law can't reason about civil law jurisdictions. Local expertise is what turns a generic model into one that actually understands your context. That's why the geography of this work is also shifting fast: 🇺🇸 US: 60% 🇮🇳 India: 7.4% 🇵🇭 Philippines: 4.7% 🇨🇦 Canada: 2.2% 🇰🇪 Kenya: 1.8%
Building a deep tech startup is hard. There's no reason to make it harder by having to fix broken HR systems mid-scale. Ari Rosner, CEO of a16z-backed Airbase, knows this from experience. Having scaled startups before, he’s seen how fragmented admin can pull founders away from the actual mission. So when launching Airbase, he didn't wait. He built their people infrastructure with Deel's PEO from day one. The results speak for themselves: ⚡️ 0 HR headcount needed ⚡️ 2 minutes to review and approve payroll ⚡️ <10 minutes to completely onboard a new hire Swipe through to see how Airbase got HR and payroll right from the start. 👉

Is work from anywhere quietly reversing? Deel's Global Hiring Report shows even remote workers drifting back to cities - driven by career hopping and lifestyle concerns. A weak job market probably isn't helping. So is this about opportunity...or compliance? Read on👇 📰 https://lnkd.in/emeMSe22
📢 The Pitch Jury Announcement Excited to welcome Don Stalter to The Pitch by Deel jury panel. As one of Deel’s early backers at seed, Don combines sharp investor instinct with deep operator experience. He started his career working on deals like YouTube’s acquisition by Google, later founded his own company (acquired by Groupon), and went on to help Airbnb scale globally. He has a strong sense for what can become something meaningful, even before the numbers fully reflect it. If you're a founder and want the chance to pitch directly to Don and other top operators and investors, this is your moment. Applications are open ➡️ https://lnkd.in/eu7G569Y
