Last Friday, during Dev Technology’s Week of Service, our team volunteered at Northern Virginia Family Services' Head Start to host a Fall Party for their preschoolers. The kids enjoyed a pumpkin themed craft and story time. NVFS’ Head Start program provides early care and education programs supporting families from pregnancy through a child's first day of kindergarten. We joined preschoolers at Kidstretch yesterday to host a Halloween party featuring fall-themed activities, including pumpkin photo frame decorating, caramel apple snacks, story time, and trick-or-treating in the park! Kidstretch, a Homestretch, Inc. program, aims to empower children to develop the skills they need to build their own knowledge, prepare for the next school environment, and cultivate a love of lifelong learning.
