  • “I’m home.” Two words that capture what Room for Hope is all about. Through Entrata’s partnership with The 29:11 Project, multifamily communities can help provide young adults aging out of foster care with something powerful: stability, time, and a place to move forward. This story was shared at Entrata Summit 2026. Now, the opportunity is to keep it moving.

  • The people in our communities bring their own stories, traditions, and perspectives to the table. During Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re proud to recognize and celebrate the Hispanic and Latino communities whose contributions continue to shape the places where we live, work, and connect.

Entrata Summit 2026 started on the bright side and ended on a high note. From fresh ideas and meaningful connections to memorable nights of music and laughs, Summit delivered from the first note to the last.

  • Day 3 of Entrata Summit focused on how operators can translate emerging technology into meaningful operational improvements. Rich Kleiman shared perspectives shaped by his work across sports, media, culture, and investing. Customers and Entrata experts demonstrated how AI-powered agents within OXP Studio can automate workflows while operating within clearly defined security and compliance guardrails. Industry leaders explored why authentic human connection remains essential to leasing success and resident retention and how technology can amplify rather than replace it. Sessions addressed application fraud, synthetic identities, payment security, system migrations, Leasing AI, student housing, and procure-to-pay processes. Shaquille O’Neal brought energy and an unforgettable perspective to the Summit stage. The Women in Motion Walk and lunchtime wellness activities gave attendees an opportunity to recharge and connect. Wayne Gretzky addressed what it takes to perform at the highest level and keep evolving. Day 3 delivered a valuable combination of strategic thinking, customer experience, and practical takeaways.

  • Transparent pricing needs to hold up across the full leasing journey, from the first listing a prospect sees to the final lease decision. That is becoming more complex as teams account for utilities, optional services, third-party charges, and student housing-specific pricing structures. The result is often inconsistent information that creates friction for prospects and added work for leasing teams. In Entrata’s on-demand webinar, Fee Transparency from Listing to Lease, Robert Jones, Principal Product Manager at Entrata, and Harrison Vaughn, Product Marketing Manager at Entrata, join Mary Beth Herrington of Brookside Properties, Inc. to discuss how operators can build a clearer, more consistent pricing experience. They cover: - What fee transparency means in practice - Where operators commonly fall short - A practical framework for presenting pricing, fees, and disclosures - How to approach utilities, add-ons, and third-party charges - Key considerations for student housing pricing Watch the on-demand webinar: https://lnkd.in/eJSKNkiV
