    Just one year ago… Just one year ago I met with Sally Miller and after a few meetings with Jennifer Miller, Christophe Theys and the DHL team, we started working on a POC. Now, we're talking about our work together on different stages across the world! A few weeks ago it was Manifest: The Future of Supply Chain & Logistics. Last week, I had the pleasure of being invited to the #Optimus event organized by ORTEC, joining Jason Pawlowski, PMP from DHL Supply Chain for the keynote opening. Funny enough, our first use case with DHL was powered by ORTEC data, which made this moment on stage particularly special. We talked about the importance of coordination between systems and the role each one plays in making sure a task actually gets done. ORTEC plans. Our agents execute. Just one year ago, we started with one use case. Now we're live across multiple regions and divisions. And we're just getting started! 🚀 Thanks, ORTEC team and George Ninikas for having us! These autonomous systems take on high‑volume, routine tasks such as confirming appointments and managing calls, so every patient receives timely, consistent communication. With the capacity to complete up to 100 calls simultaneously, the AI saves around 2,300 hours a year.   • For the enterprise, the problem with traditional automation has been a lack of flexibility. Today, with agentic AI, a new barrier for getting AI into production is a lack of control.     Someone realized that Chipotle's chatbot could also code for you. Free tokens? Maybe. Not with HappyRobot Our "AI-FDE" would catch that and (self)fix the workflow. Yes! an AI Auditor that would see this mistake and fix the prompt autonomously... ...if for whatever reason this had passed the adversarial agents in the Eval phase. Yes! a swarm of AIs that "attack" and test the AI Agent to make sure is ready to go to production.     Earlier this week at #MWC26 in Barcelona, I shared the floor with Jonathan Abrahamson (Deutsche Telekom), Pablo Moro (Telefónica) and Ryan Foutty (Perplexity), to talk about how AI is already shaping enterprise business. The technology is getting better every day. It is advancing fast enough that raw intelligence is no longer the bottleneck. But the gap between saying "AI can do this" and actually proving "AI is doing this, reliably, in enterprise operations, at scale" is massive. Moving from a proof of concept to a system that actually automates a call center with millions of calls yearly, processes endless amounts of documents, and updates systems of record requires serious orchestration.
