Most roofing companies use CompanyCam to store their job photos, but many still face a basic operational problem: knowing where those photos are when the office needs them. The CompanyCam and JobNimbus integration can solve an important part of that problem by connecting field documentation to the correct job automatically. However, before activating the integration, roofing companies should understand several operational details. The initial sync only includes the 100 most recent contact and job records. An integration may also appear to be connected even when syncing has stopped. In addition, the way your company manages addresses, permissions, and Contacts versus Jobs can affect how the workflow operates, which can lead to mismatched records, missing photos, access issues, or confusion about where each project belongs. For a roofing business, these details matter because job photos are more than simple images. They become part of production records, supplement documentation, quality control, customer communication, warranty support, and insurance claims. For roofing owners and operations managers, the real issue is not whether CompanyCam and JobNimbus show as connected. It is whether your team can reliably find the right photos on the right job when they are needed for production, supplements, customer questions, warranties, or claims. This article explains the integration limits, syncing requirements, record-matching issues, and setup decisions roofing companies should review before making it part of their operating workflow. Our team just spoke up. And the results are in. JobNimbus was named a 2026 Top Workplace across eight categories, based entirely on what our own employees said in this year's engagement survey. ⚡ Innovation 💰 Compensation & Benefits 🎯 Purpose & Values 🙌 Appreciation ❤️ Employee Well-Being 📈 Professional Development 💻 Technology ⚖️ Work-Life Flexibility Eight. Not one or two we can point to and call a win. Eight! Awards like this don't come from a marketing push or a good quarter. Our 2026 Peak Performance Industry Benchmark report made it into Inc. 📈 The article looks at how AI innovation is spreading and how industries like roofing are putting it to practical use. From our report: 30% of roofing contractors are projected to use AI this year, and it's already showing up in estimating, weather-aware scheduling, and materials and crew planning. For contractors thinking about buliding their own AI tools, the article offers a useful way to think about risk. Not every tool carries the same stakes. A DIY invoice checker going down for a week is an inconvenience. Your customer data, claims, and payment info going down is a huge business problem. That's why the real advantage won't come from adopting AI fastest. It'll come from pairing it with systems that are reliable enough to run your business on. ✨40 Under Forty: Bryan Oram, JobNimbus | Chief Revenue Officer | Lehi | 39 Many (perhaps most) homeowners don’t think about roof repair or replacement until there’s a leak, so roofers typically need to be able to schedule, allocate resources and respond in a hurry. JobNimbus provides a CRM that handles the details, which lets busy contractors focus on actual home improvement. JobNimbus CRO Bryan Oram wears a lot of hats, but the guys who are out there installing shingles, siding, gutters and fencing are never far from his thoughts. “My role is part strategy, part problem-solving and part building high-performing teams,” he says. “All of that lets us help contractors run better businesses and grow with confidence.” Bryan especially loves it when a plan comes together: “More than anything, I enjoy building momentum. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about bringing talented people together around a shared vision and watching ideas turn into measurable growth, stronger teams and long-term impact.” Prioritization, he says, is often key to that success. “Working in high-growth tech companies has taught me that there will always be more ideas, opportunities and priorities than any team can realistically pursue at once.”

If you’ve spent any time playing around with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or other LLMs, you’ve probably noticed how easy it is to put a ton of work into something that ended up being inaccurate, too complicated or more work than it’s worth. Tyler Folkman has worked in AI for almost 20 years, and in this podcast episode, he shares the roadmap for using AI in ways that actually benefit our business, our people, and our bottom line. JobNimbus was featured in Forbes on what the most innovative companies have in common: they're obsessed with removing friction. For contractors, that means fewer logins, less double entry, and one less call to the office to find out where a job stands. Which is why the most useful question in product isn't "what should we build next." It's "what are people still doing manually because we haven't fixed it yet."
