Founded in 2017 and operating out of San Francisco, Pair creates a completely new approach to office furniture. By combining standard forms with a variety of finishes and details, Pair lets designers personalize furniture simply and affordably. Built on collaboration and committed to local manufacturing, Pair believes that great design starts and ends with great conversations, partnerships, and a lot of fun.

Workspaces, multiplied. There’s something satisfying about a good run of workstations. This New York office pairs rows of workspaces from MadeByPair with warm wood tones, crisp whites, and plenty of natural light. Design Firm: Vocon Photographer: Will Ellis

New sign! Big things happening at the Pair factory in Oakland.
Throwing it back to a project where every detail was designed to work with the space, not against it. As part of this historic factory renovation, we customized Mix workstations with integrated light bars and screens that complemented the building's architecture while bringing more light into the workspace. It's one of the many ways Pair can tailor furniture to create a cohesive environment without compromising the space's character. I’m honored to be speaking at the San Francisco Women+ in Green Breakfast, hosted by USGBC California during SF Climate Week. ☕ This year’s theme, “Scaling Resilience through Generational Mentorship,” explores how we build stronger leadership pathways across generations in the built environment and climate movement. I’m excited to join an incredible group of leaders for a conversation on mentorship, collaboration, and the future of climate leadership. If you’ll be in San Francisco on April 23, I’d love to see you there, especially for the mentorship matchmaking, cross-generational dialogue, and community over coffee and breakfast.
