Previously, corporately owned and locally managed under the Neighborly® family of home service brands, these locations will now operate as independently owned franchises while continuing to uphold the trusted Mr. Rooter Plumbing name. The new ownership group is a family of brothers with more than 100 years of combined experience in the plumbing and excavation industries. Their background brings a deep understanding of technical expertise, operational leadership, and a long-standing commitment to serving communities across Colorado. “We’re incredibly excited for this next chapter,” said Regional Operations Director, Jake Wakeham. “Our goal is to take Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Colorado to the next level.
