  • “We burned the binder.” 🔥 At Whitlow Dental Care, new-patient visits used to take up to 3.5 hours. A binder full of consent forms. Someone scanning paperwork all day. After onboarding to NexHealth, these visits take 90 minutes. Patients complete forms before their visit, consent is signed on a tablet, and the information syncs to the patient record. On top of that, Whitlow cut $1,000 a month in credit-card processing fees after switching to NexHealth Payments. For Darci, the practice's office manager, the time back means more time helping patients understand their care. Read her story: https://lnkd.in/gJcSCpzm

  • NexHealth has been named one of TIME’s World’s Top HealthTech Companies of 2026. Behind the recognition is a hard, often unglamorous problem: healthcare data interoperability. Building better healthcare technology starts with connecting to the systems where patient data lives. That’s the work behind Synchronizer: easy-to-use infrastructure that helps developers connect to health record systems and start building. This recognition is a milestone. The work continues. • September is Office Manager Appreciation Month, and we're taking a moment to recognize the people who keep every dental practice running smoothly behind the scenes. • What does switching away from NexHealth really cost? For North Coast Dental, the answer became clear in just 16 days. After replacing NexHealth with another platform, patients struggled with forms, the front desk struggled to get support, and the practice saw more openings in its schedule in two weeks than it had in the previous six months. The lost revenue added up quickly. North Coast Dental made the decision to return—and was back up and running with NexHealth in one morning. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/egpjidVw

✨ Nexer Spotlight | Meet Paul Wilson Great onboarding is about more than implementing software. It’s about helping customers feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed—and that’s exactly what Paul brings to NexHealth. Paul is an Onboarding Lead based in Richmond, Virginia. For nearly four years, he has helped shape how customers begin their journey with NexHealth, leading a team focused on customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success. What makes Paul an exceptional leader is that he stays close to both his team and the customer. He still speaks with customers every week and steps in wherever he can to move things forward. His favorite part of the job is helping his team feel more equipped, supported, and motivated to do their best work. Paul is especially proud of helping build—and eventually lead—NexHealth’s medical onboarding efforts and new integrations. It was some of his most challenging work at NexHealth, but also some of his most rewarding. To Paul, being a Nexer is “like playing in the pro league in healthtech. You’re trusted to perform, and everyone who’s here has earned it.” When he isn’t supporting his team or customers, Paul is probably playing video games, drinking Dr Pepper, or reminding everyone that he is cooler than his identical twin brother. 🎮 Thank you for everything you bring to NexHealth, Paul!

  • What can ten teams build in three days with the right infrastructure? At NexHealth’s Summer Hackathon, the answer was ten working products—from an AI receptionist and RCM advisor to cross-institution booking, appointment analytics, AI patient intake, and more. Each team built on the Synchronizer API, using real healthcare workflows to explore what becomes possible when developers can securely read from and write back to health record systems. The result wasn’t just a collection of demos. It was a look at how quickly ambitious ideas can become real products when the infrastructure is already in place. • You don’t have to become a healthcare company to serve healthcare. Plenty of software companies serve healthcare. Almost none can reach the systems their customers actually run on. Healthcare data often sits in on-premise systems with no shared standard—turning deeper vertical expansion into a long-term integration roadmap. CallRail took a different path. Through one integration with the NexHealth Synchronizer API, CallRail has deepened its healthcare coverage across 15 health record systems—without requiring its engineers to become an integration team. Congratulations to the CallRail team on the launch: https://lnkd.in/gkVSF8Uz
