When it comes to heating and air conditioning, Milton knew he had chosen the right career path early on. Right away, he developed a sixth sense for identifying customers’ issues and a knack for fixing them. In addition to his industry expertise, Milton’s compassionate approach to customer care is what sets his business apart. Once, when serving an Old Republic Home Warranty customer, an air conditioning part had to be factory-ordered. Milton let the customer use his portable air conditioner in the meantime, providing the household with some relief in a heatwave. At the end of a long day assisting our mutual customers, you might find Milton unwinding with his family at home while watching the evening news—but not after a satisfying day in the field.
