Patients are at the center of our mission, even for the many people on our team whose work happens behind the scenes. So how do you keep a growing, global team connected to why the work matters? For Noa Inbar Hershkovitz, our VP of People, it starts with who joins. "We're not only a mission-driven company, we're a mission-driven team," she says. In our latest Leading the Mission spotlight, Noa talks about: → Seeing People as much more than hiring, benefits, and policies → Keeping communication open as we scale across locations → Building a team of builders who take ownership and move fast → Why nothing replaces sitting together over coffee Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gQ6VXFtU #PeopleAndCulture #Leadership #HealthTech #MedicationAccess

Automating one task inside one organization creates efficiency. Connecting those tasks across organizations creates something more valuable: continuity. That was the idea we kept coming back to at National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) #inSPire2026. The specialty pharmacy conversation has moved past whether AI belongs in the workflow. The better questions now: where does it deliver real value, how does it fit the work teams already do, and where does human expertise still have to lead? Our CEO Israel (Srulik) Dvorsky moderated a panel on exactly that, "Automating the Patient Journey." A few things we're taking forward: → AI is moving from possibility to practicality. The goal isn't to remove people from patient support. It's to give them more capacity to provide it. → Scaling support can't mean adding more work. Technology should remove steps, not create them. → The journey still has too many handoffs. Every transition between prescriber, pharmacy, manufacturer, and foundation is a chance for information to get lost. → Better technology should mean a better patient experience. Patients shouldn't have to understand the infrastructure behind their own care. Read the full recap: https://lnkd.in/gc3qQVyp #SpecialtyPharmacy #NASPinSPire #MedicationAccess

The conversation about AI in specialty pharmacy didn't end when yesterday's National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) panel wrapped. Israel (Srulik) Dvorsky sat down again with Todd Eury of Pharmacy Podcast Network to talk through the panel, what specialty pharmacies are learning as they automate more of the patient journey, and what's next for TailorMed. We'll share the full recording as soon as it goes live. #inSPire2026 #ThisIsNASP

Questions about the appropriate use of AI continue to dominate specialty pharmacy, which made this morning's panel at the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) Annual Conference so timely. Thank you to Jennifer Copple, PharmD, MBA (Bon Secours Mercy Health), Tina Benkendorfer (KabaFusion), and David Mitchell (UC Davis Health) for joining TailorMed CEO Israel (Srulik) Dvorsky on stage to discuss how specialty pharmacies are using AI to scale. #inSPire2026 #ThisIsNASP

We're proud to share that TailorMed co-founder and CEO Israel (Srulik) Dvorsky will moderate a panel discussion at this year's #inSPire2026 conference, exploring how specialty pharmacies are using AI to automate the patient journey and scale patient support. Joining Srulik will be David Mitchell, assistant chief pharmacy officer for specialty pharmacy, UC Davis Health; Tina Benkendorfer, PharmD, chief operating officer and chief compliance officer, KabaFusion; and Jennifer Copple, PharmD, MBA, director of pharmacy infusion and patient assistance programs, Bon Secours Mercy Health. The conversation will cover how AI is helping pharmacy teams manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks like benefits verification, financial assistance enrollment, and adherence monitoring, freeing pharmacists and technicians to focus on the interactions that matter most. Dominique “Dom” Phillips has spent her career learning the difference between managing a team and leading one. As VP of Service Operations at TailorMed, she oversees the financial navigators, copay claims processors, and patient support representatives who become an extension of hospitals and clinics without the resources to manage financial assistance on their own. "It's not just about numbers," she says. "Every transaction that you look at, there's a patient behind it who's already had to deal with barriers in other areas." AI is reaching an inflection point as significant as the rise of the internet. The Citi Impact Fund is asking the right question: will underserved communities benefit as the shift happens, or long after the groundwork is laid? In her latest perspective, Meredith Shields, Head of the Citi Impact Fund, makes the case for investing in AI for community impact now. We're proud to be featured among the Fund's portfolio companies putting that idea to work. For us, that work is medication access. TailorMed is the Medication Success Platform, connecting patients, providers, pharmacies, and life sciences companies through the largest network of its kind in the United States. We use data and AI-driven insights to reach patients who would otherwise fall through the cracks, so they can afford, access, and stay on the therapies they need. Every barrier removed. Every patient reached. Read Meredith's piece: https://lnkd.in/gwKrtCNQ

"If a typical company disappeared tomorrow, the world would keep moving. If TailorMed disappeared, patients would be harmed." That's the bar our COO Gideon Jagermann has held since day one. Six years ago, Gideon Jagermann joined TailorMed as employee number 30. He didn't need a healthcare background to know what mattered. He'd carried the same conviction through every role before this one: patients come first, no exceptions. Today he owns legal and compliance, the operating plan, and the full post-sales customer lifecycle. And that bar hasn't moved. That's what his whole team works to prevent, every day.
