Amanda (Beck) Faibis shared thisSo proud of the OLLY PBC team for this and the emphasis on mental health! What a great partnership 💛👏🏻Amanda (Beck) Faibis shared thisShe's redefined what a champion looks like. She’s one of the greatest athletes of her generation—and a force who’s changing the conversation around mental health for good. Her story and our mission? A match we didn’t have to think twice about. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're proud to officially welcome @naomiosaka as our partner. Because Naomi doesn't just talk about doing what serves you—she lives it. She's sat out, spoken up, and shown the world that protecting your peace isn't weakness. It's strength. That kind of radical self-respect? It’s at the core of everything we do. We champion women who listen to their bodies, honor what they need, and refuse to shrink for anyone. We just make the science-backed support to help you do it—from daily multis to targeted support for every stage of life. We invite you to hit pause, say no, maybe grab a supplement (or two). We won’t judge, we’ll only cheer you on. OLLY | Do What Serves You. ✨ #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #DoWhatServesYou

Amanda (Beck) Faibis shared thisWelcome to the best group!! Unilever Wellbeing Collective 👏🏻🚀 💚Amanda (Beck) Faibis shared thisI am pleased to share that Unilever has signed an agreement to acquire Grüns, a fast-growing VMS company with a leading position in the U.S. Greens Supplement category, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Founded in 2023 by Chad Janis, Grüns has a clear mission to make daily nutrient support an easy, enjoyable ritual. Janis launched the company after recognizing that the supplement industry’s biggest barrier wasn’t awareness, but adherence. In a short time, Grüns has become one of the largest brands in the U.S. Greens Supplement category, building a digitally native, culture-driven brand that resonates with consumers. As an industry leader and true innovator, what sets Grüns apart is its focused portfolio of science-backed products that people genuinely enjoy, trust, and consistently use. We are delighted to welcome the Grüns team to the Unilever Wellbeing family. I have greatly enjoyed meeting members of the team and look forward to getting to know the broader Grüns community as we scale the brand together. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/e43ExZEr

Amanda (Beck) Faibis reposted thisAmanda (Beck) Faibis reposted thisAlmost three years ago, I told my wife, Hannah, it would be a dream if Grüns could one day partner with Unilever. I'm thrilled to share that today is that day. Unilever is acquiring Grüns. Grüns was born out of a simple belief: your healthiest habit is the one you’ll actually keep. Health should be something you look forward to. The company was born from humble beginnings. By our second anniversary, we crossed $300M of revenue. Today, we ship 10 million gummies daily. Grüns is the # 1 Greens Supplement brand at retail and on Amazon. We’re more accessible than ever, available in over 7,000 retail doors. And unsurprisingly, I’m confident this is just the beginning. What’s the “secret” to our growth? Consumers actually use, enjoy, and benefit from Grüns every day. In fact, 95% of our customers enjoy Grüns at least 4-6x per week, with 80% enjoying Grüns daily. If you’ve tried our gummies, I’m sure you can relate. So why Unilever? That’s easy. Because this was never about finding a buyer. It was about finding the right partner to amplify what we've built, for you, our customers. Unilever Wellbeing has a proven track record of propelling incredible brands into household names with care. They share our focus on science-backed innovation and products that make a real impact. Our team is thrilled to learn from and contribute to Unilever Wellbeing. What sealed it for me was the people. Led by Jostein Solheim, the Unilever team is smart, passionate, and kind. I’m grateful the Grüns team will work alongside individuals who care as deeply about our mission as we do. Grüns will remain Grüns — just more impactful and incrementally better every day. I'm grateful to stay on as CEO. There is so much left to accomplish, and so much ahead we’re excited to show you. To our customers: this moment belongs to you. Our team wakes up every day dreaming up new ways to serve you. To our investors: thank you for believing in us. To the Grüns team: no words can express what each of you means to me. Thank you for dreaming big, committing fully, and leading with kindness. The last few years have been the best of my life. But I can confidently say the next several years are going to be even better. And to my wife, Hannah: from our Stanford dorm room to this moment, thank you for believing in me. Thank you for being “Employee 0”, as you’ve coined yourself. Thank you for your endless patience and love. We started Grüns to propel the nutrition category forward. With Unilever, that reality becomes more achievable. P.S. We're officially changing our name to Ünilever. (Kidding. But the umlaut does work...)

Amanda (Beck) Faibis shared thisSomething I didn’t fully appreciate before becoming a mom is just how much work goes into pumping while working (amongst all other things). Between meetings, deadlines, daycare drop-offs, and everything else, finding the time (and space) to pump during the workday can feel like another full-time job. But it’s also been incredibly meaningful. Recently, I was able to donate extra breast milk to NICU babies who need it most. What felt like an exhausting part of the day at the time, sometimes can also become something that helps the tiniest fighters and their families. It’s also a reminder of how important it is for workplaces to support working parents — whether that’s protected time, private spaces, or simply understanding. Grateful to be able to do both: show up at work and support my baby, while also paying it forward in a small way. 💙

Amanda (Beck) Faibis reposted thisAmanda (Beck) Faibis reposted thisLast week, Unilever announced its third quarter results, and once again we're seeing the strength of the Wellbeing Collective’s mission: harnessing the power of science-backed brands to support people on their health journey. I’m proud to share that the Wellbeing Collective has once again delivered double-digit growth, led by impressive summer seasons for Liquid I.V., Nutrafol and OLLY PBC - brands that continue to build meaningful connections and grow household penetration. In Q3, Nutrafol became Major League Baseball (MLB)’s first-ever Official Hair Growth Partner driving visibility across primetime games and reminding us that hair health is part of total wellbeing for everyone. Meanwhile, Liquid I.V.’s Hydration Multiplier Sugar-Free Energy launch helped to keep people both hydrated and energized. Across the Collective, we’re investing in what matters and building up for what’s next. Here’s to closing out the remainder of the year strong!

Amanda (Beck) Faibis reposted thisAmanda (Beck) Faibis reposted thisToday, Unilever announced its H1 Financial Results, highlighting continued outperformance in developed markets and the positive impact of our decisive actions in emerging markets. I’m proud to report that the Wellbeing business delivered strong double-digit growth for the 21st consecutive quarter – driven by exceptional performances from Liquid I.V., Nutrafol and OLLY PBC, which continue to drive household penetration. Liquid I.V. continues to lead the functional hydration category with powerful, multi-year innovations, disruptive marketing and growing global reach in key markets including the UK, Canada and Australia. Most recently, the team was recognized as one of Amazon Prime Day’s top sellers. 👏 Backed by their most recent and largest retail expansion into Ulta Beauty, the Nutrafol team have reinforced their leadership and expansion in the hair health industry with continued science-backed growth and responsive customer loyalty. OLLY kicked off the year very strong by becoming a founding partner of the Golden State Valkyries and launching new products in gut health and women’s wellness. This quarter’s success reinforces the Collective’s true drivers of growth: science and deep consumer connection; all necessities in the functional hydration and VMS space. We look forward to further growth with some exciting initiatives to come in the second half of 2025!

Align Technology! 😁 🪥Amanda (Beck) Faibis liked thisYesterday, in partnership with PureWow, we brought creators together in New York for a morning of health and wellness. We created an immersive experience to help women facing their 40s understand that health isn’t just about what we eat, how we sleep or how we move. It’s also about understanding the connection between our oral health and our overall health. Thank you to all of the creators who leaned in to experience the Invisalign Oral Health Scan helping them understand their personalized oral health baseline. I loved hearing the aha moments, personal stories and meeting with each creator personally. And s/o to the PureWow team including Editor in Chief Jillian Quint for facilitating an incredible panel, the expert doctors who joined our discussions, and to team who makes the magic happen Matthew Sotto, Taylor Ryan (McManus), Rachel Berzins, Brianna Nelson Holman, Sebastian Cortez, M.A., Shruti Shah, Gina Maruschak, Rachel Firestone, and Ivy Hillman

Amanda (Beck) Faibis liked thisYou never know when your worlds will collide...two great leaders, one room, the crossover (pun intended) we didn't know we needed! Julia Lamm, a leader and mentor I've worked with for a decade and Coach Beilein, someone I always admired while I was at Michigan for his player development. How cool is this!Amanda (Beck) Faibis liked thisAnother week full of client meetings and presentations mostly about AI/future of work -- how the size & shape of the workforce is changing, how to model out future state and project capacity uplift, embedding adoption in performance management (or not!)...... But one of the most fun discussions this week was at PwC Stamford's Tax and Financial Executive Forum, hosted by Barry Rickert and our PwC Tax Team. I typically get the honor of presenting either 1) right after lunch (sleepy audience) or 2) right before cocktails (impatient audience), but this time had the extra challenge of presenting with Ryan Daley and Jack Gluchowski before the keynote speaker, John Beilein, former basketball coach, who shared his 5 leadership principles and some amazing stories. No pressure!! What was great was how many dots connected between Ryan, Jack & my talk on AI to what Coach Beilein had to say (and that he was the one connecting them!). A few highlights: 🤛 Build meaningful relationships -- both inside and outside of the court/work (AI can't replace those) ↪️ Embrace sudden change -- make it part of your culture and work as a team to pivot 🐵 Be curious & lean in -- you have to find a way to stay up with things to stay ahead. Great job to the PwC Tax team and thank you for including me! #pwc #futureofwork #AI Jamie Burke

Amanda (Beck) Faibis liked thisAmanda (Beck) Faibis liked thisTikTok, TikTok, TikTok. The "creator with an iPhone and a ring light" era of TikTok is now a case study, not a playbook. The brands moving real volume are the ones with content production stacks, affiliate operations, paid media, and storefront merchandising teams working in sync. This requires real investment & talent. The platform that made it seem possible for anyone to become a creator, is now trying to make it possible for anyone to become a merchant... but is this reality?? Amanda (Beck) Faibis reacted on thisAmanda (Beck) Faibis reacted on thisMy 4-year chapter at Gallery Media Group and VaynerX officially comes to a close today. As I reflect on the last few years, I keep coming back to one word: building. We built brands. We built products. We built teams. We built experiences that genuinely disrupted the industry and pushed the boundaries of what modern media companies could look like. From our massive footprint in experiential to becoming one of the few media companies that truly understood social at scale, it was an incredible ride. I had a front row seat inside the VaynerX ecosystem, learning from what Gary Vaynerchuk was building and, more importantly, predicting about where our industry was headed next. We launched incredibly innovative products that leaned deeply into creators, culture, and community. We became the first publisher to launch TikTok Live Shopping. We acquired and relaunched Coveteur with speed, ambition, and realism. We launched Tamara Group as VaynerX’s third agency. And honestly, those examples are only scratching the surface of what the teams accomplished over the last few years. Most importantly, I got to work alongside some truly brilliant people. I was fortunate to bring incredible talent into the business while also inheriting exceptional teams at Gallery Media Group that were welcoming, ambitious, and instrumental in everything we built together. The last four years were a masterclass in entrepreneurship, modern marketing, creativity, and culture. Huge thank you to Ryan Harwood for the opportunity, belief, and partnership throughout this chapter. I can’t wait to watch all of the continued success ahead for the teams and brands. I'm excited for what's next and looking forward to sharing more soon. For now, I’m going to spend the next week trying to house train our 9-week-old puppy before starting my next adventure. More on that soon :)

How will data collaboration unlock the next wave of commerce media innovation? 🛒 #Commerce intermediaries bring cross-merchant scale and multi-category insight, #RetailMedia networks deliver unmatched in-store context, deep loyalty data, and SKU precision, #financial networks offer spend visibility across retailers, and #travel networks capture rare high-intent moments. Future entrants like telcos, streaming, or health could shift the competitive balance. 📏 The market is converging toward models that combine exclusive in-store and loyalty depth with cross-merchant reach and competitive benchmarks. Power will concentrate with whoever becomes the universal source of verified purchase outcomes, setting pricing, attribution standards, and budget flows. 📊 The credibility gap in ROAS is widening. The advantage will go to those who integrate multiple #data sources into transparent, multi-touch incrementality models that capture halo effects across retailers and channels, and prove incremental impact. 🧪 Winning #measurement requires robust test design, synthetic controls, and the ability to reconcile data across disparate identity systems. Players that can deliver precise incrementality measurement at scale will set the operational standard for the industry. 🤝 Alliances are moving from opportunistic to structural. The winners will design asymmetric partnerships that extend reach or verification without eroding their unique depth, ensuring they remain indispensable in a converging ecosystem. Your billboard should be working harder for you. Just look at how iconic skincare brand Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care is doing it. They added a Flowcode QR to every OOH placement across New York City, so whether someone connects from the street or spots it from the subway, that moment turns into measurable value. People always ask us why Flowcode. What makes our QR codes different? The answer is what happens behind the scenes. With our robust analytics platform, brands can see exactly which placements are getting the most engagement, where they need to optimize, and where conversions are actually happening. With our new enterprise platform, Flowcode 2, brands also get advanced audience intelligence. You can see how many codes someone engaged with across multiple campaigns and make smarter decisions with real data. And so much more... Retail media spend keeps growing. Confidence in measurement? Less so. Skai and Stratably's new State of Retail Media Report shows that most brands still struggle to measure incrementality even though they know it’s critical. That needs to change ASAP according to the industry leaders we surveyed here. Go deeper: https://okt.to/DP6842

#Directmail’s effectiveness today reflects broader changes in how consumers engage with brands. Selectivity has increased. Attention is guarded. Credibility matters. Physical mail creates mental availability pre-shop. It remains visible long enough to influence shopping decisions. These characteristics make it particularly relevant in a retail environment defined by signage overload, noise, competition and rising acquisition costs. For retailers focused on building durable customer relationships, direct mail has earned its place again as a stabilising force within the modern retail media marketing mix. #Retailmedia SMG LS Eleven Media Services Ocado Ads Amazon Ads Tesco Media Morrisons Media Group Marks and Spencer John Lewis & Partners Iceland Retail Media Co-op Media Network

Great share, Instacart is one of the trickier to solve players with its role more about buying into influence on a unique (and higher avg HHI) audience than retailer and in-store dynamic (even that is changing). These are the plays to encourage buy in and trial.

So proud of the work we are doing with JCPenney on Social across the board, including on Reddit, Inc. Using platforms - and products like Spoiler Ads - in innovative ways to reach communities where they are is what will help brands stand apart from the competition not just in the moment, but in a future that is all about integration to drive the best consumer experience. A great illustration of how, in Lisa Schoder’s words, content and commerce converge to create that experience. Nice way to “start” 2026. cc Jenna Palmer Chris Ruberg Kristen Baker Aaron Black
