After seeing AT&T and Ericsson demonstrate Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), it's clear the next chapter is about something bigger: networks that provide awareness, not just connectivity. What stood out most was the opportunity to transform existing network infrastructure into a source of anonymized operational intelligence, helping organizations better understand what's happening around them and make more informed decisions. As physical AI evolves, network sensing could provide on-demand access to real-time operational intelligence without requiring purpose-built sensors to be deployed in advance. From smarter operations and facility management to enhanced public safety and awareness around critical infrastructure, network sensing has the potential to help organizations become more proactive, responsive, and informed. Amanda Rosa reacted on thisAmanda Rosa reacted on thisAfter nearly four decades, I’ve made the decision to retire effective December 31, 2026. When I look back on my career, I don’t think about it simply in terms of roles or titles, but in chapters. Each shaped by change, challenge, and the opportunity to help navigate moments that mattered. I’ve been incredibly fortunate in the people I’ve worked with. Colleagues who challenged my thinking, teams who delivered under pressure, and leaders who placed trust in me. Those relationships are what I’ll carry with me most. Along the way, I’ve learned that progress isn’t linear. It takes discipline, resilience, and at times, the willingness to make difficult decisions in service of something bigger and longer term. Some of the most defining moments of my career came in those periods of transformation – when the path forward wasn’t always clear, but the conviction to move forward had to be. My time at AT&T has been one of the most meaningful chapters in my career. When John Stankey asked me to step into the CFO role, AT&T was at an inflection point, and we made tough choices to build a strong foundation for the future. I’ve always strived to leave each place better than I found it, and I’m confident that as I step away, AT&T has a clear path to be the leader in connecting people for the next 150 years. Thank you to everyone who’s been part of my career journey over the years. It’s been an honor to learn from you and work alongside you. On to the next chapter.

After spending time on the enterprise side, I'm energized to get back to working with small and medium businesses. There's something about that space that I've always loved. I'm looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and helping operators achieve their goals. I want to thank Bruce Heverly and Tim Hall for the opportunity and for making me feel so welcome. Tim is someone I knew at Gartner, and I've watched firsthand how he leads and what he stands for. His vision for Tenant is something I believe in, and I'm genuinely excited to be a part of building it. The work starts now.

Amanda Rosa liked thisWhen my dad signed up for his first 70.3 three years ago, I figured he'd do one race and move on. Something different happened. He stuck with it. And now he's become one of the best examples inside Tribal Training of what sustainable fitness actually looks like. Not heroics. Just honest consistency. For three years he's averaged 3 hours and 45 minutes of endurance training per week. 4x strength sessions on top of that. No obsessing, no overtraining, no panicking when he's traveling for work or up against quarter end. He's less of a master endurance athlete and more a master goal setter. Since that first race, there's always been a next one on the calendar. Each year, he's done one Tribal team race, then supplemented with local races like Broad Street Run and sprint tris at the Jersey Shore for added accountability. The results speak for themselves. Down 30 lbs and in the best shape of his life at 55. At Chattanooga last weekend, a few of my newer athletes saw him and assumed his son had an easy road into endurance sports. Ha!!! But here's what actually moves me about this. My dad has done all of this while excelling professionally and leading his sales department to consistent top performance. He didn't choose between ambition and fitness. He found a way to win in both. If you're someone who wants more from your health but can't figure out how to fit it into a demanding career, my dad isn't some exception. He's proof of a repeatable pattern. You might also be working harder than you need to. Just inside the wrong system. Get in the right one, and the work takes care of itself.Amanda Rosa liked thisI usually don't post personal things on here, but this is an exception. This weekend in Chattanooga I completed a 70.3 Ironman. I was reminded that endurance isn’t just an individual pursuit. It’s a team sport and being supported while doing it is something else entirely. There are many highlights to share. Seeing my son Ryan Dreyer continue to lead his Tribal Training team, compete, lead from the front, supporting his athletes and seeing everyone rally around each other is inspiring. Another highlight was seeing my Area VP Nina Watson show up with her family to cheer me on. These are examples of the kind of leadership — the kind that show up, literally — that reinforces what makes culture in life and work special. Support, encouragement, and showing up for each other matter. Whether it's work or a race, they fuel performance just as much as training does. I am grateful for a community and a workplace where teamwork extends far beyond the office and into the moments that shape who we are. #tribaltraining #leadership #lifeatgartner #gartner #culture
