Angie Thomas shared thisYear✌🏽poppi National Meeting in the books! 💕 Last year, I walked into my first poppi National Meeting new to the team. I tried to take it all in and soak up everything that made poppi, poppi. I was blown awayyyy by the detail, care and extra-ness the team put into the experience. The energy. The people. The creativity. And OMG, the swag. Year 2 brought that same energy, and this time I got to play too! How often do you get on a national stage in an iconic poppi sweatsuit alongside so many talented people?!? I loved sharing a first look at how we’re going to drive the next phase of growth for poppi in 2027. 💕 One of my favorite parts: getting to connect both the brand and the business. New channels and new occasions. Growth opportunities and growing pains. Translating vibes into velocity — moving at the speed of culture and figuring out how to scale it. Still soaking it all in — and feeling so very fortunate to be part of what’s next for this iconic brand 💕🫧

Angie Thomas shared thisCollege’s Favorite Soda™ is taking a road trip! Meet the poppi juicy tour ✨ 25 campuses. 11 weeks. A new stop every three days. And more than 100,000 ice-cold poppi cans in hands. This fall, our inaugural poppi juicy tour brings larger-than-life activations, coveted custom merch, social-first experiences, and poppi’s college ambassadors to campuses nationwide. This is what partnership across poppi and PepsiCo looks like: poppi’s brand strength, backed by the reach and execution of PepsiCo Away From Home teams and local and regional partners. We’re halfway through, and leading this initiative from concept to campus has been a highlight of the year for me! It takes a lot of people behind the scenes to make showing up on campus feel this effortless, and I’m so proud of the teams, campus partners, and ambassadors who make it poppi at every stop. A little taste of the tour in sizzle form… Huge thanks to Jillian Barcia Matt Giese Katy Jones Laura Scott Marissa Butler, Marina Rae Frost Caroline Taylor Kelsey Foltz Kate Chon Austin Jones Benjamin F. Angie Thomas shared thisLoved talking "brands moving at the speed of culture" with these talented women Katy Jones Jennifer Kalban Elaine San Jose Laura Scott Abigail Laursen Jenny Danzi Thanks Brand Innovators for the partnership and allowing our PepsiCo LA Hub to host the crew!Angie Thomas shared thisToday’s most powerful brands don’t just market to audiences – they build communities around culture. At our Brand Innovators Lab, hosted by PepsiCo in Playa Vista, PepsiCo marketing leaders including poppi’s Katy Jones and Laura Scott, Rockstar Energy Drink's Jennifer Kalban, Alani Nutrition's Elaine San Jose, and PepsiCo's Angie Thomas sat down with Snap's Abigail Laursen to explore how brands like poppi, Rockstar Energy, and Alani Nu tap into cultural moments, spark participation, and create spaces where fans feel part of the story. The conversation highlighted how moving at the speed of culture means empowering communities, embracing creativity, and showing up authentically where consumers already connect. 📢 Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop & get live event updates! 📸: https://lnkd.in/gMtBFhTE

Angie Thomas shared thisexpo west did not disappoint this year — congrats to the team on an amazing week of vibes, laughs, iconic merch, and the gorgeous mirrored booth moment. In the middle of the expo hustle, we created a portal where people could step out of the chaos and into the poppiverse. Bright colors, immersive screens, and a moment to reset with something bubbly in hand. What the vibe break looked like: 🫧 Sampling tons of poppi flavors 🫧 A space to hang, laugh, and recharge for a minute 🫧 Fun poppi merch to take a little of the vibe home The goal was simple: create a moment of joy in the middle of a packed convention hall and celebrate the community that keeps the better for you beverage space moving. So many new friends, so many cans cracked, and so many good vibes all week long. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and vibed with us! 💖 #drinkpoppi #expowest #beverageindustry

Angie Thomas reposted thispoppi has done it again, and I am sure my girls will be begging for a stocked fridge! The first major innovation since joining the PepsiCo family - inspired by the brand, and crafted in partnership with our amazing R&D team - we will “shirley” be kicking off 2026 with a bang! Congrats Jenny Danzi, Kristina MacIntosh, Chris Hall, Angie Thomas, Sophia Sesto, Damian Browne Ph.D., and the entire team who brought this innovation to life! #innovation #culture #vibesAngie Thomas reposted thisThe lights are up. The red carpet is ready. A new star has arrived on the scene, and you already know her name… Shirley Temple was always destined for stardom, and now it’s time to give this Hollywood icon her well-deserved moment in the spotlight. Angie Thomas reposted thisAngie Thomas reposted thisThursday Thoughts.... 🤔 Living your #brand is not something a marketer takes lightly. It is an act of self-expression, and act of loyalty, and a true act of passion. From wearing your favorite swag, to convincing your friends to try your latest product, believing in a brand is something special - and represents a bond that lives beyond any assignment. Throughout my career I have been blessed with the opportunity to live many brands - and these brands continue to have deep personal meaning to me. From bleeding copper and black (The Duracell Company), celebrating the "joy of cola" (#Pepsi), wanting to “be like Mike” (#Gatorade), to “doing the Dew” (#MountainDew), brands have helped shape me as a person and a marketer. Of course, it isn’t only about the brands you manage, but when you have the privilege to manage an iconic brand, you make a deposit into a brand's equity account that will yield returns forever! I write this after spending an amazing few days with the poppi team. Crazy to think that this brand is only five years old, and the #passion of its team, its founders, and of course its fans is not only contagious - it is compelling. I never thought I would sit in a meeting wearing a sweatsuit, nor debating which was the greatest reality TV moment, but this week I did - - - and I loved it! 💗 Thank you team poppi for the chance to live your brand, and for welcoming PepsiCo to the “Pink poppi Club”! Angie Thomas reposted thisAngie Thomas reposted thisToday we announced an agreement to strengthen our strategic partnership with CELSIUS Holdings, marking a meaningful milestone in PepsiCo’s ongoing beverage portfolio transformation. Whether through partnership, acquisition, or innovation, we’re reshaping our portfolio for long-term growth and expanding our presence in high-growth categories like functional beverages. This latest move deepens our strategic partnership with Celsius Holdings and brings together Celsius, Alani Nu, and Rockstar under a more unified commercial approach. PepsiCo will distribute the Celsius Holdings energy portfolio, including Celsius, Alani Nu, and Rockstar, across the U.S. and Canada, expanding reach and execution across channels. Celsius Holdings has acquired the Rockstar brand in the U.S. and Canada, while Alani Nu joins the PepsiCo distribution system. Celsius will lead brand strategy for all three energy brands in the U.S., while PepsiCo focuses on distribution – leveraging the strengths of both companies to better serve our retailers and consumers, and better compete in the energy category. This builds on momentum from recent moves like our acquisition of poppi and the upcoming launch of Pepsi Prebiotic Cola, as we continue to evolve our lineup to reflect changing consumer priorities. Looking forward to partnering with John Fieldly and Eric Hanson on this next chapter of energy. And excited for what’s ahead as we reshape our PepsiCo portfolio for continued growth.

Searching for growth? General Mills has announced plans to boldly go after the over 55s in their quest to increase volumes. While much of CPG chases 18-45s or the latest wellness fad, General Mills is placing its bets on three under-the-radar, high-leverage consumer groups: - Adults aged 55 +, who account for nearly half of U.S. households and have enormous spending power. - Consumers using GLP-1 medications (up to 12%+ of U.S. adults), who’re eating less but seeking more protein, more functional nutrients, smaller portions. - Hispanic shoppers, where General Mills plans to ramp up innovation and engagement by ~40% in FY26. This move takes product renovation in new directions - redesigning products and formats to match how people now live, eat and feel. They’re innovating for smaller households (smaller pack sizes), higher-protein need states, functional nutrition and not just indulgence. And this isn’t an isolated move. It’s part of a broader CPG reboot as the absence of growth looms.
