About
Hi, I’m Brian Honigman! A career freelancer and leading marketing consultant based in Philadelphia. For 16+ years, I've helped brands, leaders, and freelancers excel with marketing and career advancement. I provide marketing strategy consulting services, skills training for marketing teams, and career coaching for marketers and solopreneurs. Most known for my POV on marketing strategy, social media, content marketing, career advancement, and freelancing, I've taught 1M+ students as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor and adjunct professor for Kellogg, NYU, and UFM.
I help brands with strategy consulting services to ensure they’re creating actionable plans that produce results-oriented marketing programs and campaigns.
I support organizations with marketing skills and leadership training by instructing teams in-person, virtually, or both on how to integrate in-demand marketing competencies into their daily workflows.
I deliver marketing keynotes on how to navigate marketing realistically today and what to prepare for in the future, as well as how to build a rewarding career on your terms.
I work as a career coach for marketers, guiding clients on how to navigate their professional lives with clarity, intention, and a focus on taking action. I’m a Certified Executive Coach by the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, a part of the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. I’m also an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
I develop and teach courses on marketing and career advancement for universities like Northwestern’s Kellogg, NYU, and Francisco Marroquín University, as well as e-learning platforms like BizLibrary, Skillshare, and LinkedIn Learning. As a LinkedIn Learning instructor, my classes have been taken by over 1M+ students from the U.S. Air Force, Amazon, Nestle, McDonald’s, and other organizations.
I write articles, reports, assessments, and strategy documents as a freelance writer for select clients and cover marketing and career development for publications like Fast Company.
Think of my support as continuing education on marketing and career development to better position you to deliver long-lasting results.

Influencer Marketing on a Tight Budget: Incentives to Offer Beyond a Big Payout
Social Media Today
See publicationMany organizations want to work with influencers to gain attention and drive results, but few have the budget to make it happen.
When working with a non-existent or limited budget, you need to identify what your company can uniquely offer to influencers instead of always paying for their support. The goal here isn’t to take advantage of influencers, as I’m a big proponent of reasonably paying them for the value they’re able to provide. Getting Your Message to the Mainstream
