Construction and demolition (C&D) waste in the U.S. is an over $300 billion industry entailing millions of jobs. CurbWaste has been taking the industry out of the pen-and-paper age, and that’s why we are proud to invest in its $28M Series B. The round, led by Socium Ventures, builds on the $10M Series A we led at the end of 2023. Since then, CurbWaste has grown its customer base to about 150 haulers over 40 states and continue to scale three digit y/y revenue growth. Next Chapter started as three operators who believed M&A advisory should be led by people who've actually run businesses and speak the language of the modern tech stack. That bet paid off: dozens of deals and a team that earned trust by doing the work. Joining AND Capital lets us expand that mission. My new role as Chief AI Officer is to make sure we're not just talking about AI in private equity, but testing it, measuring it, and deploying it where it actually moves the needle. Not just on the mechanical side. On the creative side too -- how we source, how we structure, how we build. Neuroscience taught me that the best way to understand a system's capabilities is to experiment with it rigorously. That's how I see this particular moment in AI.
