CJ Jouhal posted thisBanks don't need to rip out what works to modernize. That's the part people miss about tokenized deposits. Anchorage Digital infrastructure runs as a parallel blockchain-based ledger alongside existing systems — Blockchain Deposit Account balances stay reconciled with the core DDA, so banks get 24/7/365 settlement without disrupting what already works. Weeks to deploy, not years. We've secured tens of billions in assets for the world's leading institutions. For banks evaluating tokenized deposit partners, that track record matters.

CJ Jouhal shared thisOne of the most expensive mistakes banks make is that they believe they can build everything themselves. After years of building digital asset infrastructure, as a technology leader, I have learned that this is much harder than it seems. Competitive advantage rarely comes re-inventing the wheel. This is a key reason why this new digital assets playbook resonated with me. https://lnkd.in/ee4c84hHAnchorage Digital & BCG: A Strategic Playbook for Banks in the Digital Asset EraAnchorage Digital & BCG: A Strategic Playbook for Banks in the Digital Asset Era

CJ Jouhal shared thisNew from Anchorage Digital Digital Intelligence– the most comprehensive systematic analysis of covered call writing on Bitcoin available to date. For most of the past decade, institutions approached crypto as a directional bet: You bought BTC. You hoped it went up. But that’s not how institutional portfolios are built. Institutions don’t just look for returns, they look for: - Risk-adjusted returns - Income generation - Portfolio construction tools And that’s where options come in. Covered calls, in particular, are one of the most widely used yield strategies in traditional finance. But in crypto, they’ve largely been treated as an intuition rather than something rigorously tested. To test the intuition, Anchorage Digital ran: - 25,000+ backtests - Across every possible entry point - Using hourly data across the full BTC options surface from 2021 to 2026 The findings: https://lnkd.in/eVpGc9TGAnchorage Digital Intelligence: Synthetic Yield on BitcoinAnchorage Digital Intelligence: Synthetic Yield on Bitcoin

CJ Jouhal shared thisOne stop shop - Crypto, Fiat & Agentic banking - the only technology partner you need is Anchorage Digital. Learn about "the missing layer" to enable AI to work with money.CJ Jouhal shared thisAI is about to touch money. That’s not a future idea, it’s happening now. The problem is: you can’t just give an AI system access to a corporate treasury. So we built the missing layer. Meet our new Agentic Banking solution, built in partnership with Google Cloud. Institutions can actually deploy agents safely, not experimentally. This is where financial infrastructure is going. Read the article:

CJ Jouhal shared thisWhat are the real culprits behind recent high-profile protocol exploits and attacks? Transaction complexity and blind signing. Signers are authorizing malicious admin transfers simply because they can't decode the underlying payload. These common attack vectors aren't possible with Porto by Anchorage Digital. Here is why: ✔️ No blind signing: Transactions are decoded into plain, human-readable text which means a shady admin transfer or hidden governance change would be presented to the user immediately. We have open sourced our efforts to expand onchain transaction visibility across multiple chains with VisualSign so that builders can express semantics to users as clearly as possible. ✔️ Institutional-grade transaction control: Internally managed sequencing protected by hardware security modules (HSMs). No room for attackers to manipulate order, insert delays, or chain staggered exploits. ✔️ Enforced Governance & Quorum: Strict off-chain policies enforced by air-gapped HSMs, allowlisting, and multi-party controls protect all critical actions like admin changes.

CJ Jouhal liked thisExcited to be supporting Puffer’s UniFi protocol.CJ Jouhal liked thisWe’ve been waiting to share this one. Anchorage Digital, home to America’s first federally regulated crypto bank, is partnering with Puffer UniFi as its day-one institutional custodian. Institutional finance on Ethereum needs more than fast execution. It needs trusted custody, stablecoin infrastructure, native settlement, and institutional payment rails. Together, we’re building the infrastructure institutions need to operate natively on Ethereum. 🐡 This partnership brings together: Anchorage Digital: regulated institutional custody, stablecoin infrastructure, and agentic payment capabilities Puffer UniFi: high-performance execution, native settlement, and direct access to Ethereum liquidity The result: a stronger foundation for institutional onchain finance, including: • Institutional stablecoin issuance • Real-time payments & settlement • Agentic payments • Institutional access to Ethereum liquidity More here ↓ https://lnkd.in/dYUge8nF

CJ Jouhal liked thisCJ Jouhal liked thisAfter 13+ years, it’s time to say goodbye to Zocdoc - ZOCDOC ONLINE HEALTH MANAGEMENT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. ❤️ Some chapters are jobs. Some become a part of who you are. Zocdoc has been a huge part of my journey — a place where I grew professionally, built teams, created functions, navigated change, made mistakes, learned, led, and most importantly, grew alongside some truly incredible people. I’ve had the privilege of seeing the company evolve, while evolving with it — from Operations, to Business Operations, to Provider Data, and most recently, Trust & Safety. From building teams and processes from the ground up to leading through scale, complexity, and transformation, every chapter has left me with something I’ll carry forward. But the biggest takeaway isn’t the titles, the numbers, or the milestones. It’s the people.🫂 The leaders who trusted me. The managers and teammates who challenged me. The people I coached and learned from. The friendships that went far beyond work. And the many people who made even the toughest days worthwhile. To everyone who has been a part of my Zocdoc journey — thank you! You’ve shaped me in ways you may never know. I’m leaving with immense gratitude, a lot of memories, and an even stronger belief in what I want to build next. From founding functions to leading teams, from navigating complexity to creating scalable growth — what a journey it has been. Here’s to closing one chapter with gratitude and opening the next one with curiosity. ✨ Thank you, Zocdoc. You’ll always be an important part of my story, my life, me! 💛

CJ Jouhal liked thisCJ Jouhal liked thisI trained as a doctor before starting Zocdoc. One thing doctors don’t train for: figuring out how to be bookable everywhere. But patients now look for doctors across a growing number of front doors to care including search engines, insurance directories, review sites, AI platforms, Zocdoc, and more. And we’ve seen that if doctors aren’t bookable where patients are looking, they’ll give up and move on. Providers shouldn’t have to keep up with every new place patients search. So today, we’re changing that. Now, providers can connect once to become bookable not just on Zocdoc.com but across our growing partner network of places patients search for care. As that network grows, so does providers' reach. More paths to providers mean more searches that end in scheduled care. This is a true win-win for patients and the provider organizations who serve them. Join us to be bookable everywhere patients search: https://lnkd.in/e6qMVB5J

💬 Hiring for Fintech: Stop Looking for Rockstars, Start Building Systems I see it all the time, companies search for the “rockstar engineer,” someone who can single-handedly build the next unicorn feature. Here is the truth, based on years of experience. It rarely works that way; fintech is not a solo act. It is an orchestra. The real magic happens when you build systems, processes, and teams that work together, not just rely on a single superstar. I have learned a few lessons the hard way: 1️⃣ Skills can be taught, culture cannot: Hire people who care about reliability, trust, and collaboration first. 2️⃣ Build processes, not personalities: The strongest teams are repeatable, resilient, and do not crumble when someone leaves. 3️⃣ Celebrate teamwork over heroics: A system that works consistently beats a genius who burns out every week. At Parallel Loop, the focus is on designing systems and supporting teams. That way, when one person is away, the work continues, the product keeps running, and trust stays intact. 💭 The next time you are hiring, ask yourself: are you building a team, or just looking for someone to save the day? #FintechLeadership #EngineeringCulture #TeamworkMatters #ReliableSystems #HiringForGrowth #TechLeadership #PaymentSystems #SystemDesign #InnovationInTech #BuildingTeams
