Chris Lobdell shared thisJanuary 1, 2029. That’s the hard deadline for software updates on foreign-produced robots on the Federal Communications Commission's Covered List. After that? Complete uncertainty. In robotics, software updates aren't routine maintenance. They're vital for security (patching critical vulnerabilities before exploit), safety (keeping autonomous operations compliant) and performance (delivering continuous AI capabilities so hardware gets smarter, not obsolete). Choosing the right partner is critical as what works today isn't guaranteed to work tomorrow. Enterprises scaling their Physical AI strategies cannot afford to build on shifting regulatory ground. To scale with confidence, trust must be built into the software layer from day one. At Brain Corp, our autonomy platform, BrainOS®, is architected and secured right here in the U.S. We partner with the largest, most innovative enterprises to deliver a secure, future-proof, and fully compliant foundation for their robotic fleets. Is your robotics roadmap protected?Chris Lobdell shared thisThe Federal Communications Commission recently added foreign-produced robotics to its Covered List. As Physical AI scales into our hospitals, airports, government sites, schools, warehouses and retail aisles, organizations face a critical question: How do we innovate without compromising national security and public safety? At Brain Corp, our position has always been clear: Security, public safety, and enterprise trust must be defined at the software layer. Because our autonomy platform, BrainOS®, is architected and secured in the United States, we provide our partners with a trusted, U.S.-engineered intelligence layer that safeguards physical fleet operations. Here is how we are delivering an accountable, transparent, and rigorously tested ecosystem to our enterprise partners today: ✔️ U.S. Data Sovereignty: Hosted securely on U.S.-based cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational telemetry and privacy-first features (like automatic face-masking) remain strictly domestic and shielded from foreign intelligence laws. ✔️ Audited Enterprise Trust (SOC 2 Type II): Independent validation of our overall security posture, including access controls, and data integrity protocols. ✔️ Proven Reliability (SIL 2 / IEC 61508): Proven functional fail-safes ensuring the system defaults to an instant, controlled stop. ✔️ Uncompromising Physical Safety (UL 60730): Our BrainOS Controller meets a strict certification standard that physically prevents hazards in high-traffic environments With over 50,000 autonomous mobile robots deployed and 25 million hours of real-world operation, we are proud to partner with enterprises to leverage our proven, U.S.-based autonomy platform. When we prioritize safety-first, privacy-first innovation, we build a future where Physical AI can make the real world work better. Chris Lobdell shared thisI'm so excited to share this announcement as another example of how Brain Corp continues to lead the industry as the Real World AI company. By expanding our formal research collaboration with UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering, we are building the foundational intelligence and contextual grounding layer required to make next-generation Physical AI deeply reliable and commercially deployable at massive scale. With over 50,000 autonomous robots already deployed globally, this partnership bridges the gap between advanced academic research and cutting-edge commercial execution. This is a massive win for our customers, who will see faster deployments, safer operations, and even more intelligent fleet orchestration across their facilities. A huge thank you to our incredible engineering, product, and research teams, as well as the brilliant minds at the UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering, for continuing to push the boundaries of what's possible in robotics! #PhysicalAI #BrainCorp #Robotics #Innovation #AI #UCSDChris Lobdell shared thisToday, we are thrilled to announce an expanded research collaboration between Brain Corp and UC San Diego to advance the foundational intelligence layer for Physical AI. As vision-language-action (VLA) and other generative AI models transform robotics, this collaboration will focus on advancing what we call the “contextual grounding layer”. This creates an intelligent digital representation of physical spaces, giving autonomous systems the situational awareness to comprehend their environment and intuitively respond. Led in collaboration with Dr. Nikolay Atanasov at the UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering, this research will make next-generation autonomous systems reliable, scalable, and commercially deployable in dynamic real-world environments. Why this matters for the future of autonomy: 🔹Beyond navigation: Enabling robots to understand what is actually happening around them. 🔹Contextual grounding: Creating a digital understanding and representation of physical spaces so AI-powered agents can adapt intuitively to humans and dynamic surroundings. 🔹Enterprise scale: Leveraging 25 million+ hours of operational data to bridge the gap between academic research and global commercial deployment. By integrating these advances into BrainOS®, we are building the infrastructure that allows autonomous systems to operate consistently and scale across entire facilities. Chris Lobdell shared thisWith over 40,000 robots deployed globally, I am proud to share how we are bringing enterprise-scale AI to Albert Česká republika's store environments with our BrainOS®-powered shelf-scanning robots. By automating manual inventory checks, Albert is leveraging our real-world AI to dynamically identify out-of-stocks and pricing errors with accuracy consistently in the high 90s. Because the system continuously gets smarter with every scan, it proves exactly how automation can eliminate time-consuming manual corrections and maximize planogram compliance. I couldn’t be more excited about these highly successful results and the groundwork they lay for future retail innovation, proving once again how Brain Corp solves operational challenges at scale to make the real world work better.Chris Lobdell shared thisAlbert Česká republika, a leading retail brand in the Czech Republic with over 350 stores nationwide, and a subsidiary of Ahold Delhaize, is driving smarter shelf execution with AI-powered inventory scanning powered by BrainOS®! Recognizing that manual inventory processes have limitations at scale, Albert deployed our AI-powered shelf scanning to capture reliable data in live store conditions. The pilot results provided clear ROI and actionable insights against a baseline accuracy target of 90%, the scanning technology consistently performed in the high 90s — dynamically identifying out-of-stocks and pricing exceptions. More importantly, because it is driven by AI, the system’s precision inherently compounds. With every scan, the technology's ability to recognize complex shelf conditions grows sharper. Armed with this data, store teams can immediately identify and correct shelf-execution issues. As Lenka Richterová, Operations Support Director at Albert, said: "Innovation at Albert is about measurable impact. We adopt technology when it delivers tangible operational benefits." Chris Lobdell shared thisScaling Physical AI requires more than just robust autonomy - it requires a foundation of Safety and Trust. That's why I’m excited to share Brain Corp is fully SOC2 Type II certified! When customers and employees know they can trust an autonomy platform, innovation accelerates and scaled deployments follow. As organizations seek to accelerate their Physical AI aspirations, the conversation quickly shifts from "what can the robot do?" to "how can we do it at scale while ensuring our data remains secure?" As the only enterprise-grade Real World AI company, I'm proud of how Brain Corp continues to set the safety and trust standard for autonomy, turning our customers' physical AI visions into commercial reality. Congratulations to Krystal Mattich and the team for continuing to lead the way. #PhysicalAI #Robotics #CyberSecurity #SOC2 #BrainCorp #RealWorldAI #AutonomyChris Lobdell shared thisTrust is a prerequisite for enterprise adoption. At Brain Corp, we’ve led the way in the commercial adoption of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) by providing the enterprise-grade infrastructure required to build, deploy, and scale solutions in complex environments. Today, we’re proud to announce a critical milestone in real-world AI: our BrainOS® platform has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type II examination—a rigorous, independent audit of how we secure data and operate systems over time. As AI moves off screens and into physical spaces like stores, warehouses, and airports, trust is paramount. With more than 40,000 AMRs powered by BrainOS® worldwide, this validation delivers: 1. Built-In Trust: Security and governance are foundational to our architecture, not bolted on afterward. 2. Accelerated Deployments: Reduced compliance friction helps organizations move from pilots to scaled rollouts faster. 3. Lower-Risk Automation: Enterprise customers can confidently adopt automation, knowing their sensitive operational data is rigorously protected. Meeting Scott, Russell, and the entire team at Cognition got me so excited to do it again with world-class technology. Hearing how customers spoke about how Devin is transforming their business made me realize this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. While I am not jumping on as the first sales rep this time, I can’t wait to dive in and help drive amazing customer outcomes while building a world-class sales team. As many of you know, Chad Peets was my co-pilot in building the sales team at Snowflake and my business partner when I joined RPT. There is no world where I could be the best version of myself without Chad. So I am thrilled that Chad and the RPT team will be working closely with me in our pursuit of building a generational company. LFG!!

We help SaaS leaders turn marketing insights into predictable ARR. By prioritizing one or two focused tactics—account-based demand gen and content-to-revenue mapping—we see faster pipeline velocity, higher lead quality, and lower CAC. For example, ABM programs that target high-value accounts typically raise conversion rates by 20–40% and can reduce CAC by 15–30% when paired with intent-driven content. Mapping content to revenue clarifies which assets move prospects through stages, improving MQL→SQL conversion by 10–25% and shortening sales cycles by several weeks. Combine those with tight product-led growth touchpoints and you get compounding lift: stronger expansion signals and more efficient acquisition. At Integro, we translate these trends into measurable programs—audience modeling, content attribution frameworks, and campaign optimization—so marketing becomes a predictable revenue engine. Want benchmarks tailored to your model? Let’s run a quick diagnostic and outline a 90‑day plan. https://wix.to/5KeYX6Z 🔎🚀 #SaaSMarketing #ABM #RevenueOperations

Government doesn’t have a technology problem. It has an adoption problem. That was the clearest takeaway from a recent Shift AI conversation with Nadia Hansen, Global AI GTM Leader for Public Sector at Salesforce and former CIO of Clark County, Nevada. The tools are there. The real work is meeting people where they are - running workshops, co-creating use cases with employees, and letting adoption build from the ground up instead of mandating it from the top down. A mindset shift, not just a tech shift.

The official MCP Server for Marketo Engage went GA today. This means you can connect almost any AI tool directly to your instance, with enterprise-grade security and no data leaving your environment. It's a real milestone, and for the next few weeks the conversation is going to be about everything agents can now do inside Marketo. But here's what I really want you to pay attention to: the MCP is not what decides whether this works for you. Your instance is. Marketo Engage works the way you configured it, so an agent connecting to it reads your configuration, your templates, your naming, your folders, not Marketo Engage in general. Ask an agent to clone your standard webinar program. If you don't have a governed master template there's nothing to clone from, so it grabs the closest-looking recent webinar instead. Last quarter's tokens, an expired offer, someone's abandoned test campaign, all inherited. The output looks right, but it is full of holes. So before you connect anything, go look at your templates, your naming, your folders and your tokens. The read-only audits we use for that are free here: https://lnkd.in/dBJ8wb8k

I liked this MarTech piece on AP2 and agent-led commerce. In this world, “abandonment” won’t mean a shopper left a checkout page. It implies an AI agent couldn’t verify your shipping promise or parse your return policy, so it simply moved on. That raises the bar for product data. If your content isn’t structured, accurate, and machine-readable, you won’t even be in the conversation.
