Something special happened last Thursday night that I’d like to share with you.
With my wife
Keri Green by my side and surrounded by friends and colleagues from around the world, I was awarded the title of Emeritus Coach for contributions and mentorship to the
Gravitas Impact Premium Coaches community. Being an Emeritus Coach is the highest honor in this global organization; a recognition from and among colleagues.
Here’s the thing: I don’t think I’m that special.
Yes, I’ve worked hard, capitalized on opportunities, and sorted through my own mental crap and obstacles. But I’ve also had the good fortune to be guided, mentored, and befriended by some incredibly accomplished practitioners and leaders.
As a result, I’ve been fortunate to have the knowledge, experience, and platform to contribute to other coaches who, in turn, help more clients with more impact. I believe this force multiplier effect is the ultimate “pay it forward” for the myriad gifts I’ve received over the past two decades.
I am truly honored and humbled by this recognition and look forward to many more years of service to entrepreneurs, business leaders, and coaches worldwide.
Special thanks to my mentors and friends
Keith Cupp,
Ron Huntington,
David Herdlinger,
Marion Suro,
Les Rubenovitch,
Kevin Lawrence,

Shannon Byrne Susko,
Michael Mirau,
Kevin Daum, the late Arnie Rinzler, and countless others too numerous to mention. I appreciate each of you!
