This is the replacement of Sugar CRM for call center. Redesigned and improved functionality of new Dynamic CRM 2011 based on Executive management objectives and fully integrated with new Nortridge Loan system, replacing an home grown processing application, to stream line processing from submission of an application to final funding and closing contracts.
