Corn tomme tartlet, Key Largo Lobster and heirloom squash bisque, buratta and tea poached pear, and Okinawa sweet potato pie w orange ice cream (courtesy the always amazing Sevanna Caban). We're not only grateful to our patrons and staff, but also to our amazing vendors like Farmer Mikes, Key Largo Fisheries, and Compost for Life!
