A new "multi-threading" module for M2 just dropped and allows you to process large collections of data in parallel using multiple child processes. This improves performance, and reduces the processing time of these long-running tasks. Some individuals lead others from the front while others lead from behind. Some people think that their popularity from their peers is a type of leadership. There are leaders that lead their group with a laissez-faire type of attitude, while others are more autocratic and don’t listen to the opinions and thoughts of their charges. Then there are the people whose leadership characteristics shine the most in certain situations…whether they be good or bad. Take some time and observe the picture of the wolf pack at the bottom of this blog. I would like you to notice a few interesting things about this photo… The three wolves in front are old & sick, they walk in front to set the pace of the whole pack so they will never be left behind. The next five are the strongest and best, their task is to protect the front side if there is an attack. The five wolves at the tail of the group are also among the strongest; they are in charge to protect the backside from any possible threat. The group in the middle is always protected from any attack. The very last wolf is the LEADER, the Alpha. He ensures that no one is ever left behind, and he keeps the pack united on the same path. He controls everything from the rear. He can keep his eye on the pack and circumstance or happening that is currently taking place. The leader is the one who decides the direction of his flock and guides them where he wants them to go. So, if anyone wanted to know what it really means to be a leader here is your answer. A true leader never leaves anyone behind but cares for each and every member of the “pack” laying the foundations of a society built upon humanity, care, and respect. Remember folks, A Leader is one who… Knows the way Goes the way And Shows the way!

🚀 From “Just an API” to “Intelligent APIs” — Rethinking How We Build ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A few years ago, APIs were simply the pipes of the enterprise. They connected services, moved data, and fuelled integrations — but they didn’t think. 🚦 Then GPT showed up. Not just as a model, but as an intelligence layer — an extension of our API ecosystem. Suddenly, APIs were not just exposing data; they could understand it, transform it, and even reason about it. This shift forced me (and many of us) to uproot old thinking: ➖ APIs were static; now they are dynamic and context-aware. ➖ Integrations were rigid; now they are adaptive and conversational. ➖ Governance meant control; now it means collaboration between humans, systems, and AI agents. Today, building an AI API with GPT feels less like integrating a tool and more like co-creating a partner: ➖ An agent that translates raw logs into incident narratives. ➖ A gateway that personalises product recommendations at scale. ➖ A co-pilot that ensures finance reconciliations meet compliance rules before they ever hit the ledger. 📌 And here is the kicker: This evolution is not about replacing what we know — it’s about elevating what we already do. 🧿 Just like APIs became the foundation of digital transformation, GPT-powered APIs are becoming the foundation of intelligent transformation. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 I'm hearing a recurring question: "If GitHub Copilot Agents can now fix bugs, run tests, and work across multiple files, why do we need custom frameworks like LangGraph or Google ADK?" The answer lies in the difference between 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 & 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗣𝗦) Think of Copilot Agents as a high-end navigation system that helps steer. They can independently fix a bug, update docs, or generate tests across multiple files. 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Bounded, session-based tasks like fixing a specific class or accelerating day-to-day PR workflows. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁: They maintain context within a session, but don't persist architectural decisions across sprints. Once the session ends, that strategic memory resets. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 (𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿) When modernizing a 500,000-line legacy monolith, you aren’t just driving one car, but you're managing the entire logistics of a fleet. This is where architectures like LangGraph or Google ADK take over: • 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Copilot Agents are often ephemeral. In a 6-month migration, you need a system that remembers: "We refactored Auth in Sprint 3, so Payment logic in Sprint 12 must align." • 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Moving legacy modules to microservices requires 50+ orchestrated steps. Custom agents use State Machines to recover from failures at Step 40 without restarting. • 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: In regulated industries, you need provable correctness. Frameworks like Google ADK and LangGraph allow for Pydantic-enforced contracts and full audit trails for every transformation step. 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Strategic, system-level transformation where stateful memory, recovery, and compliance are non-negotiable. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁'𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: • Copilot Agents for bounded, session-based automation. • Custom Agentic Systems (LangGraph/ADK) for stateful, multi-month enterprise transformation. One optimizes day-to-day work. The other solves transformational complexity. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Are you optimizing individual developer velocity, or are you building the autonomous system that transforms your entire enterprise architecture?
