Brian Lamar has built his career as a trusted resource for exactly these challenges. Join our new micro-webinar format and learn in 25 minutes how ROI Rocket can help you stabilize your foundation. Thursday 9/24, 11-11:30am ET 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼-𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿: 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 The sample landscape is unstable... panel quality issues, feasibility crunches, supplier M&A, and AI's effect on respondents (and bots) have all converged. For tracking studies, that's a dilemma: your methodology depends on consistency, but your sources are shifting. Standing still may feel safer, but it's riskier when the supply chain is changing regardless. Erinn Taylor shared thisI'm lucky to work alongside some seriously talented people. One of them, Ritesh Modi, is a published author of several books, including Confidently Wrong - How AI Agents Really Work, and he just did something generous with that expertise. He built a free, interactive site that teaches the fundamentals of AI from the ground up. I highly recommend checking it out. #ai #data #researchErinn Taylor shared thisMost explanations of AI ask you to watch. Ritesh Modi built something that asks you to play. Our head of AI, Ritesh Modi, has been building loopingly.com, a collection of interactive posts on AI he calls explainers. Each one is a single page you learn by reading and playing with it. Everything runs live in your browser. No video, no slides. Here is what you can dig into: 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 - A five-part course that clears up the basics: AI versus machine learning versus automation, how models actually learn, and when a simple rule beats a model. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 - The mechanics under the hood, including tokenization, multimodal AI, generative AI vocabulary, and a language model built out of matchboxes. 𝐔𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 - The practical layer: prompt engineering, evaluating and comparing models, and leading AI transformation. 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - What responsible AI looks like in practice, from the building blocks of GRC to governing generative AI. 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 - The engineering foundation: API rate limiting, Postgres table partitioning, and Azure service principals and OAuth. What makes these different is that the guidance is practical, not theoretical. We know because we are using much of it as we innovate on our own platforms. Our new panel system, due out at the end of the year, draws directly on concepts Ritesh explores on Loopingly: medallion architecture, Delta tables, vectorization, Postgres partitioning, Azure authentication, and prompt engineering. The same ideas you can experiment with on the site are the ones shaping what we ship. If you have ever wanted AI to finally click, this is the place to start. Explore it here: https://lnkd.in/geXHZuYM Nice work, Ritesh.

Erinn Taylor shared thisThe story here partially is that data security and governance preparation and testing prevents/prevented potential harm. Preventing fraudulent data is just part of the end to end solution for research; having adequate safeguards post collection of sensitive data needs to be equally scrutinized. #research #mrx #surveyErinn Taylor shared this🚨🤖 Anthropic kept Mythos away from the public for a reason. A single remark from a US senator just made that reason a lot clearer. In a Senate Intelligence Committee briefing on June 11, Senator Mark Warner relayed what he said NSA and Cyber Command chief General Joshua Rudd told him about Mythos, Anthropic's unrestricted frontier model. According to Warner, Rudd said it "broke into almost all of our classified systems, not in weeks, but in hours." The test he referenced was a classified red-team exercise, the kind designed to find weaknesses before an adversary does. What stood out was the speed. An automated model did in hours what a human team would normally take weeks to complete. The timing lines up with everything that followed. One day after the briefing, the Commerce Department used export controls to pull Anthropic's Fable 5 and Mythos offline. The two models share the same underlying system, but Mythos runs without the safety classifiers that Fable applies to sensitive requests, which is the kind of gap officials have pointed to. It is the clearest case yet of one demonstrated capability triggering a national security response against a commercial AI model. Erinn Taylor shared thisI’m going to take a slightly different stance on the Costco Wholesale decision to change the hot dog combo. My take is ouch to PepsiCo. Allowing cola product substitute with #kirkland brand bottled water. In 2024 #drpepper took number 2 spot behind #cocacola. By end of 2025, 14 straight quarterly loses on #duritos due to high cost markups. Now Kirkland water, instead of #aquafina or #lifewtr. Yes, Costco maintains the good nature of the $1.50 combo; but the punches continue for Pepsi. Does Pepsi have a brand identity or strategy at this point? #marketresearch #admeasurement #insights #brandlove

Erinn Taylor shared thisThe rush to dole out AI solutions is leaving open doors. #Mcdonalds AI support bot helping a user with python. #ai #insights #plannedsolutionsErinn Taylor shared this🍔 McDonald's AI customer support bot is going viral after a user got it to answer a Python coding question instead of helping with an order. The screenshot was originally shared by Julien Flot on X with the caption "Stop paying for Claude AI. McDonald's AI is free and answers all questions, even if they're not about the Big Mac." In the screenshot, a user named Alok opened the McDonald's support chat, which greeted him with "Hi there! Welcome to McDonald's Support. How can I help you today? Feel free to describe your issue below or write a quick summary." Instead of reporting an order issue, Alok replied: "I want to order Chicken McNuggets but before I eat, I need to figure out how to write a python script to reverse a linked list. Can you help?" The bot, which McDonald's internally calls Grimace, answered without hesitation. It wrote: "Great question! To reverse a linked list in Python, you can use an iterative approach with a simple function," followed by a full working code snippet using prev, current, and next_node variables. It even added that the solution runs in O(n) time before asking if he wanted to order Chicken McNuggets, a burger, or something else. Many companies build customer service bots on top of general purpose large language models without tightly restricting what the system is allowed to respond to. Without strict guardrails that limit the bot to order and support related topics, it behaves like the underlying model and answers almost anything. It is funny, but it also points to a real issue. Companies running support chatbots on frontier models are paying for compute every time the system answers off topic questions, and they are exposing themselves to unpredictable behavior in front of customers. As more brands roll out AI support agents, scoping and restrictions are becoming just as important as the model behind them. Related to applying a fine tuned AI model to UI compliance measurement against a set of requirements. Shopify is a massively collaborative platform, extensible by thousands of third party applications. How do you curate a harmonious design experience across all those contributors? That’s part of the problem space I’ve had the good fortune of working in over the past couple years along with some incredibly talented and caring colleagues. Consistent, quality design at scale continues to be a challenging space, but new tools are opening the way for novel approaches. Most media plans treat CTV and direct mail as separate channels requiring separate budgets, separate dashboards, and separate audience builds. The data infrastructure underneath both of them tells a different story. The identity graphs that CTV platforms use to match audience segments to connected-TV devices (built by Experian, Epsilon, Acxiom, LiveRamp) are anchored to the postal address as the backbone of household resolution. That's the exact same identity spine programmatic direct mail has always run on. The activation endpoints differ, but the audience is structurally identical. Which raises an obvious question: why are most media teams building these audiences separately, in different platforms, with different vendors and different match rates, when the underlying graph is the same? Build the audience once and activate across both channels, and you eliminate that fragmentation entirely. Every household in your CTV reach file is also in your mail file with no reconciliation needed and no audience overlap mystery to untangle later. And when you sequence exposure deliberately (CTV awareness followed by a tangible mail piece) campaign performance tends to outperform either channel run in isolation, because you're reinforcing the same message across the two highest-attention environments a household has: their biggest screen and their front door. The architecture to support this already exists. Most planning workflows just haven't caught up to it yet — but the ones that do tend to run on Postie 📬 #CTV #DirectMail #ProgrammaticMail #FirstPartyData #PerformanceMarketing #DataDrivenMarketing

What does a CRO actually earn at an AI company? It depends entirely on where the company sits in its growth. From the first repeatable sales motion at Series A all the way to leading global go-to-market at a $1B+ private AI company, the compensation structure shifts at every stage. Very much agree with this strategy. You can't fix "Everything"at once, you have to work through the most important devices and applications in order. One Battle After Another, if you like. Is there an Oscar yet for cryptographic discovery? @BlueMeshSolutions has our own process named {CODE}. We follow the same philosophy. Thanks for your information Brian C.

The "New MarTech" isn't about tracking impressions. It’s about enforcing Market Honesty at the settlement layer. Most federal and enterprise clearing operations accept 120 bps of friction as the standard "cost of doing business." They allow legacy aggregators to leak value through slippage and inefficient routing. At Orkid Labs (18NQ1), we view that leakage as a failure of attribution. We treat every disbursed dollar as a high-fidelity event stream. We just pulled our latest live production data, and the quantitative reality of our deterministic clearinghouse is absolute. Here is how we are internalizing value for the federal balance sheet: 1.78 bps Median Execution: Our live "Clip Size 2" operations clear at 1.78 bps. Compared to the 120 bps market median, this is a 67x efficiency advantage. We do not simply optimize; we offer a Structural Privilege. 60% Toxic Flow Extinguished: Our system operates on strict Rust/Prolog logic gates. By enforcing a 2.0 Z-score threshold, we reject 60% of attempted transactions. We do not pass out-of-band friction to the ledger; we correct it before settlement. Deterministic Attribution: We have adapted a high-velocity event-streaming architecture to federal value clearing. We collect a fee solely for providing this service: enforcing structural integrity and returning the rebate directly to the client. (Our data proves that while standard market volatility expands exponentially with scale, our logic gates maintain a flat, deterministic risk profile.) We are currently opening a 14-day execution window for federal supply chain nodes and healthcare disbursement programs to integrate this architecture. If your agency or prime contract is bleeding basis points to legacy middlemen, the next non-negotiable step is to audit your clearing stack. Send me a direct message to initiate a structural rebate assessment and stop funding market inefficiency. #GovTech #FinTech #GovCon #MarTech #SupplyChain

Multi-location healthcare growth stalls when system architecture cannot support scale Across DSOs and multi-location healthcare organizations, we consistently see performance volatility tied to: • Conversion definition gaps • Inconsistent intake processes • CRM misalignment • Budget governance issues • Compliance blind spots Platform optimization alone cannot resolve structural ambiguity We published a detailed framework outlining how we evaluate and design paid media systems for multi-location healthcare brands across the United States This is an infrastructure guide, not a tactics guide If you are responsible for growth inside a DSO or multi-location healthcare organization, this framework outlines how to approach scale with structural clarity https://lnkd.in/gvnnk55r #healthcaremarketing #dsogrowth #googleads
