ESPN & the Bristol CT Boys & Girls Club put on our first ever STEAMfest to help promote Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Math to the youth of Central Connecticut. My role as exhibitor coordinator included being the first to reach out to each internal and external exhibitor as they registered for the event, confirming all of their activity details and relaying that data to our logistics team in order to secure floor plans and adequate power supplies, answering any questions or concerns leading up to the event, and finally being there to greet and assist with any set up the day of the event.

I also was one of the Content Editors for our promotional site (https://steamfest.espn.com/) working with our lead and another editor to ensure all appropriate information was available for exhibitors and participants.

It was a wonderful event and one that I am very proud to have been a part of!
