Greg Frick reposted thisGreg Frick reposted thisReligious liberty rarely disappears all at once. Sometimes it disappears one exception at a time. A Connecticut Superior Court judge has dismissed the remaining claim in a yearslong challenge to the state's elimination of religious exemptions from school vaccination requirements. Connecticut eliminated new religious exemptions in 2021. Parents challenged the policy, including under Connecticut's Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Then, in 2026, Connecticut lawmakers expressly provided that the state's Religious Freedom Restoration Act does not apply to school and child care immunization requirements. The remaining lawsuit was subsequently dismissed. Supporters argue these vaccination requirements protect children and communities from preventable disease. Critics see something different: a troubling precedent for religious conscience when it conflicts with government policy. What happens when your sincerely held religious convictions collide with the requirements of the state? Religious liberty means very little if it only protects beliefs government officials find convenient. Real conviction eventually costs something. Popularity. Opportunities. Relationships. Even conflict with your employer, school, industry, or government. So how should Christians respond? We respond with informed, lawful, courageous, peaceful, prayerful engagement. Know what the law says. Read legislation before sharing outrage about it. Contact your representatives. Participate in the process. Vote according to your own informed convictions. And understand that religious liberty isn't merely a Sunday morning issue. It affects education. Employment. Leadership. Corporate policy. Parental responsibility. Christians cannot become so afraid of controversy that we stop paying attention when questions of conscience enter the public square. "Peter and the other apostles replied: 'We must obey God rather than human beings!'" — Acts 5:29 That verse is a reminder of where our ultimate allegiance belongs. Jesus Christ. So get informed. Pray. Engage. Speak respectfully. Defend religious liberty consistently. And stop assuming someone else will protect freedoms you are unwilling even to understand. When your faith eventually costs you something, will it still be your faith? To read the full story, please visit: https://bit.ly/4AAxvyj Paul M. Neuberger

Greg Frick reposted thisGreg Frick reposted thisThe United States Department of War has hired Katalyst Space to build a robot that assembles a solar station in orbit and beams the electricity down to Earth. A spacecraft with robotic arms will snap together solar tiles in space, turn the sunlight into microwaves, and transmit the power to a receiver on the ground. Under the ASGARD program, Katalyst supplies the robot, the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory supplies the tiles. On the battlefield, power comes from fuel convoys and fragile grids, both of which the enemy can hit. The war with Iran showed exactly how vulnerable those supply lines are. Power beamed from orbit cannot be ambushed on a road. But the deeper idea is assembly. A rocket can only carry so much. If you build in space instead of launching finished hardware, the structure can be far larger than any fairing, and you can resupply, expand, and upgrade it after it is up. Katalyst is not selling a satellite. It is selling the ability to build in orbit. The biggest markets open when a hard limit breaks. Rocket size has capped everything humans put in space for sixty years, break it with in-orbit assembly and new businesses become possible, power stations, giant antennas, factories. Do not build inside the limit. Build what removes it. 🔁 Repost and share this with founders in your network building in space.

Do you agree? 😏 Andrew Ng told Bloomberg TV that AI wiping out humanity is "much more science fiction than science." His argument: → The industry has hyped doom before to get attention and steer regulation → Big companies use the fear to push rules that pull up the ladder on new competitors → When he spoke to the Senate in 2023, he put the odds of AI extinction at about 1 in 10 million over a century He's not saying AI is harmless. Cybersecurity is a real problem. His fix is engineering: better testing and safeguards, the same discipline that made planes and bridges safer. So Amodei, Altman and Musk want the frontier paced. A researcher quit Anthropic saying they're gambling with our lives. And Ng says they're arguing about science fiction instead of doing the engineering. Either the labs are scared, or they're selling. Greg Frick shared thisAll three of you guys rock! Keep up the great work Stefan Mohand, Bhavana(Brooke) S., and Sidharth (Sid) Kamble.Greg Frick shared thisThis is a special post for me. I’ve completed one year at Dimensional Thinking, LLC, and I’m genuinely grateful to have more than 6 awards in my collection already; with hopefully many more to come. A big thank you to Tom and Abdul for giving me the opportunity, and to Muskan for that recruitment call that started it all. A special mention to Jason; the mastermind behind so many of our successes; and of course, Greg the Boss, for the constant support and guidance. One year down. A lot learned, a lot achieved, and a lot more to build. #1year #sales Bhavana(Brooke) S. Sidharth (Sid) Kamble #achievers

Current State of the US Staffing Industry Week Ending 03/06/26 The Spring Surge & The Efficiency Mandate: US Staffing Update As we close out the first week of March, the "Spring Surge" is officially here, but it looks different than in years past. In 2026, the industry isn't just fighting for talent; it’s fighting for process efficiency. Here is the "Current State" from my desk: 1. The "Skills-First" Pivot is Accelerating We are seeing a massive shift away from traditional degree requirements in the light industrial and tech-adjacent sectors. Clients are demanding Certified Skills over Pedigree. If your recruiting architecture isn't built to validate specific technical competencies in real-time, you're already behind. 2. The Fractional Workforce in Mid-Market Mid-sized firms are increasingly following the enterprise lead by utilizing fractional specialized talent. This isn't just "temp help"; it's high-level project expertise. The Standard in 2026 requires us to be "Talent Curators" rather than just "Resume Gatherers." 3. AI Integration: The 212° Difference While 90% of agencies are using AI for automated sourcing (the 211° baseline), the firms winning the big contracts are using it for Predictive Retention. They aren't just filling seats; they are using data to predict which candidates will still be there in 12 months. That is the extra degree of value. 4. The Wage-Inflation Plateau We are seeing a stabilization in wage growth across 65 major markets. The "bidding wars" of '24 and '25 have cooled, replaced by a demand for Culture and Flexibility. Candidates are now choosing the "Promise" of a stable environment over a $1.00/hr bump. My Take: The market is healthy, but it is unforgiving to those without a blueprint. As the locomotive of the US economy gains steam this spring, are you powered by Architecture or just Adrenaline? Enjoy the weekend, and let’s get back to the floor on Monday. #TheStandard #StaffingIndustry #MarketUpdate #Recruiting2026 #LaborMarket #EconomicTrends #PerformanceArchitecture #StaffingLeadership

Great insight from Staffing Industry Analysts. With so many organizations preparing to go through RFP processes for workforce solutions, having the right foundation behind hiring is critical right now. At The Liberty Group we see this regularly. Bringing talent in quickly works best when the staffing strategy, compliance processes, and screening infrastructure are all aligned from day 1. When these pieces work together, employers can move faster while still protecting their organization and maintaining consistent hiring standards. #peoplepropertypossibility #MultifamilyStaffing #PropertyManagement #TheLibertyGroup
