Had a great time meeting our customers and employees in Boston last week... best insights and collaboration comes not from behind a desk, but from conversations with our team and customers. The energy and expertise of the Boston team was inspiring. We had an exciting AI offsite earlier this month in Sacramento with our tech and product team - great to see the progress we are making in our Agentic platform that is foundational for our customers and enable them to leverage AI. Similar team event in Columbia, SC of our services group this week on rolling out AI in our implementations and reduce cost and implementation time significantly - key to provide faster time to value to all our customers. When talented people rally around a clear mission, real progress happens. Together, we’re helping insurers navigate complexity, risk and uncertainties - trust is key and we have mission to provide faster reliable mission critical core solutions to power their entire business —powered by AI grounded in trust and transparency. No surprise Duck Creek got recognized by Vista for 'Responsible Leadership' award across their portfolio of 70+ market leading companies! Excited to keep the conversations going and to connect with many of you at Formation ‘26 this April as we share what’s next for Duck Creek.

Hardeep Gulati shared thisWhat an incredible last week at the Duck Creek Technologies Conference in Australia! I’m deeply grateful for the chance to connect with our amazing customers, collaborate with our talented Sydney office team, and engage with our valued partners. A standout moment of the trip was being able to walk or take a short Uber ride to meet leaders from 15 of our top customers in the region over just 2 days. These interactions provided a deeper understanding of how critical Duck Creek is to their success—truly humbling and motivating. I’ve attached some photos from the week that capture the energy and collaboration of this fantastic event. A heartfelt thank you to our customer speakers at DuckTalk event - Tim Plant at MDA National, Katherine Carmody at Suncorp Group, Tara Reed at RAA, Stephen Dundon at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, Wendy Phillips at Capricorn and Sundeep Mehta at HDFC ERGO General Insurance for their thought-provoking contributions, truly inspirational and insightful on the impact in the region and communities. I also extend my gratitude to all our customers and DuckCreek APAC team for hosting me with such warmth. I’m on track to meet 60 customers in my first 60 days and over 200 in the first 6 months. Hardeep Gulati shared thisToday, I had the honor of joining fellow education and technology leaders including OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Oracle and Code.org among others at the White House for the AI Education Taskforce meeting—an important step toward shaping how AI can support America’s youth. We heard a variety of voices talk about the incredible potential of AI and the responsibility we all share as leaders to guide its growth thoughtfully. When I joined PowerSchool, we had an audacious goal: to unify a fragmented K–12 technology landscape and mission to personalize education for every student journey. Ten years later, I’m proud how we’ve grown PowerSchool into a trusted global platform supporting more than 60 million students across 90 countries. The team’s work continues to evolve with powerful innovations, including AI and data-driven tools that help educators personalize support for students, families, and school systems. PowerSchool is well positioned for the future with strong momentum and a team that delivers every day. Together with our mission driven customers, extraordinary team and supportive investors we have created a legacy, one that will continue to grow, evolve, and shape the future of education for generations to come. Now as I prepare to pass the baton to Antonio Pietri, who brings deep leadership experience and a shared belief in the power of education —I do so with immense gratitude, optimism, and pride. I’ll continue to lead the business through the summer and support Antonio and the Board as Senior Advisor after the transition.
