Jamie Dwyer shared thisMost integrations don’t fail because of strategy. They fail because the systems underneath weren’t built to carry the weight. Founder‑led and acquisition‑driven companies feel this the hardest — especially when growth outpaces structure. The unlock isn’t more effort. It’s more discipline — the kind that makes scale predictable instead of chaotic.

Jamie Dwyer shared thisSo many of us are guilty of seeing our flaws before our strengths. But the truth is simple: most of the barriers we face aren’t real — they’re internal. Confidence isn’t about having every answer. It’s about showing up when you don’t. Growth begins the moment you stop shrinking to fit your comfort zone. If you’ve been playing small, this is your reminder: Your potential is bigger than your fear. Your talent is deeper than your doubt. The world needs the boldest version of you, not the edited one. I'm sharing this because it’s a message we all need to hear — reset and go for the gold!Jamie Dwyer shared thisWe are often our own harshest critics. We look in the mirror and see the mistakes, the "what-ifs," and the limitations. But today, I want to remind you of a truth you might have forgotten: You are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine. Most of the boundaries we face aren't made of stone; they are made of doubt. We stay in our comfort zones because we underestimate the sheer power of our own potential. But every extraordinary achievement in history began with a simple, quiet choice: to believe. Belief isn't about having all the answers; it’s about having the courage to show up when you’re uncertain. Your talents are deeper than your current results show, and your capacity to overcome is limitless once you stop negotiating with your fear. Stop playing small. The world doesn't need your perfection; it needs your unique, bold, and unapologetic self. Believe in the giant within. Jamie Dwyer shared thisEveryone wants growth. Far fewer want the discipline that makes growth real. Acquisition models expose that gap faster than anything else.

Jamie Dwyer shared thisOne of the clearest messages from McKinsey’s recent analysis is that seafood continues to miss the global protein boom — not because consumers don’t want seafood, but because the category hasn’t consistently communicated protein on the package or delivered formats that make the protein value unmistakable. The new Bon Cuisine Seafood Protein Line from Northern Wind is a strong example of where the category needs to go: - Protein‑forward positioning that meets shoppers where they already are - Clear, simple labeling that removes friction - Convenient, ready‑to‑use formats that fit modern meal routines - Wild‑caught, sustainable Patagonian scallops - Chef‑developed flavors built directly from consumer trend data The FMI Power of Seafood session at SENA reinforced the same direction with data: - Consumers increasingly shop by protein content, not species - Clear labeling increases purchase likelihood by over 60% - Value‑added seafood continues to outperform the broader category - Sustainability and wild‑caught sourcing remain top drivers of trust This item aligns with all of those insights — and it delivers on taste. I was fortunate to be part of the team that developed it alongside talented colleagues. A great product and a strong signal of how seafood can compete in the broader protein landscape.Jamie Dwyer shared thisRetailers, meet the seafood your customers are looking for. The Bon Cuisine Seafood Protein Line is chef inspired and built for today’s protein focused consumer. Featuring premium scallops and shrimp, these products make it easy for shoppers to prepare restaurant quality seafood at home. Retail ready. Chef inspired. Jamie Dwyer shared thisGreat insights from the FMI Power of Seafood 2026 session at SENA. The data reinforces what many of us see daily: consumers want seafood — and the retailers who deliver consistency, value, and confidence are the ones driving real growth. Leaders like Jason Driskill (H‑E‑B) and Jason Pride (Hy‑Vee) continue to show what strong seafood programs look like: quality, transparency, education, and a relentless focus on the customer. Seafood demand is strong. The opportunity now is making it easier, more accessible, and more consistent for every shopper.Jamie Dwyer shared thisWhat are U.S. consumers saying about seafood? Here are insights from the FMI Power of Seafood 2026 consumer survey presented as a conference session at SENA '26. Q: If all meals are the same price, choose your protein? A: Seafood 30%, Beef 30%, Chicken 29%, Turkey 4%, Plant based 4%, Pork 3%. Insight: People like seafood, especially if they can afford it. Fact: 40% of seafood is bought by 10% of the customers. Insight 1: People who like seafood buy a lot of it. Insight 2: Take care of your best customers. Give them great quality and service every time. Frequent Seafood Shoppers are: - Affluent. - Have more formal education. - Larger households. - Spend more. - Shop frequently. - Shop around. - Closer to the ocean, the Northeast and West are heavier seafood eaters. Insight: See insights #1 and #2. Consumers' Primary Seafood Store: 2018 - Grocery 60%, Mass 20%, Club 5%. 2026 - Grocery 36%, Mass 26%, Club 14%. Insight 1: Walmart and Costco are kicking butt (selling more seafood), likely due to consistent quality and good value. Insight 2: Seafood markets and natural foods stores are likely gaining seafood market share. Panelist Insights: Jason Driskill - HEB. - Target frequent shoppers with promotions, variety, and sustainability. - Appeal to all incomes with large packs, frozen, stories, promotion, and value. - Target Gen Z with social media to drive trial. Educate on sustainability, climate, and easy-to-prepare seafood. - Target GLP-1 consumers with lean protein and value-added. - Create a fish market experience with quality and great service. - Train on product info, quality, and sustainability. - Responsible means there is no finish line. Things are always changing; it is not a competition. Must have transparency and visibility. Jason Pride - Hy-Vee. - Lead with promotions, portion size, and value. - Innovate with flavors and variety. - Engage with recipes and ideas. - Show sushi up front, and seafood cocktails. - Promote entry-level seafood items to grow new customers. - Demo your shrink. - Sell confidence that you can prepare seafood at home. - Quality is #1. - People make the difference. Two seminars a year for seafood managers. - It takes years to build a reputation. Respond to every customer complaint. - Be transparent. - Have a supplier code of conduct. There is a reason these retailers have wonderful seafood programs. This conference session is always informative and insightful, and this year was no different. #SENA26 #SeafoodExpoConferenceSessions #Learning #FMIPowerOfSeafood #HEB #HyVee #JasonDriskill #JasonPride #CertifiedQualityFoods #SeafoodQuality #SeafoodEducation #SeafoodConsumerSurvey

Jamie Dwyer shared thisThe seafood industry is evolving, but the fundamentals that built it still matter. Across conversations with operators, founders, and commercial teams, I’m seeing a shift toward more discipline, more visibility, and more alignment —without losing the identity that makes each company unique. Curious what you’re seeing in your part of the industry.

Jamie Dwyer liked thisJamie Dwyer liked thisEvery good conversation starts with good listening. In my work, I once helped mediate a discussion between two leaders whose roles required close collaboration. Both were passionate about their work. Both had valuable insights. And because they represented different functions, they naturally saw the situation from different perspectives. But one challenge became apparent almost immediately: ❌ Neither person would let the other finish a sentence. ❌ They weren’t always responding to what the other person had actually said. ❌ They were responding to what they assumed the other person meant or intended. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that many difficult conversations are not caused solely by disagreement. Sometimes disagreement arises because people never fully hear or understand the other person’s perspective. When we interrupt, complete someone else’s thought or assign motives that haven’t been expressed, we stop listening to the other person and start having a conversation with ourselves. Have you ever found yourself doing that? I know I have. 🤦♀️ Here are a few practices I’ve found helpful, both for myself and for the leaders I work with: ✔️ Let the other person finish their thought. ✔️ Listen closely to the words they actually use. ✔️ Don’t assign motives that haven’t been expressed. ✔️ Check your interpretation before responding. That can sound as simple as: “Did I understand you correctly?” “When you said ___, what did you mean?” “Can you explain that further?” “What led you to that conclusion?” An important reminder: Listening does not require agreement. It requires enough curiosity and patience to understand what the other person is truly trying to communicate. Sometimes the most important contribution we can make to a conversation is giving someone the space to finish their thought. I’d love to hear from you: What helps you listen well when you disagree? #Leadership #Listening #Communication #Collaboration #LeadershipDevelopment

It is unbelievable that the board just will not make serious changes to Celsius's senior management team!!! $35.34 on 8/25 $26.63 on 9/10 11 trading days Down $8.71 per share or about 25%...JUST INSANE !!! Start executing/focusing on core Celsius and make sure your top SKU's are on the shelves, in cold vault and on the displays...a case is not a case!! If Q3 is a miss (no growth) on core Celsius this stock will be worthless in November after earnings. It is not the brand... there is no execution and focus on the Celsius brand...fuck Alani Nu for the next two quarters and get back in the game with the horse that you there!!! If the Pepsi sales force cannot "walk and chew gum" and execute both brands then get out of there!!! In the past Coke and Pepsi have been NOTORIOUS for killing brands (too many to name) and Celsius maybe the new brand on the kill list. Time is running out....

February beer data just dropped and it tells an interesting story. Dollar sales are up 1.6% year-to-date, but volume is basically flat. What’s working? Imports. Super-premium domestic. Hard cider. Non-alcoholic beer. What’s struggling? A lot of craft and domestic premium. The takeaway isn’t that people stopped drinking beer. It’s that consumers got selective. The brands winning right now have three things: • Velocity • A clear point of view • Absolute clarity on who they’re for If you’re trying to be everything to everyone… the shelf is going to humble you. Truthfully, Sam #beverageindustry #beerbusiness #cpg #drinkup #brandstrategy

The “Soft on Crime” saga continues… Chaplins know it’s a small speed bump. Their monopoly grows. A page from Robert Kraft’s NE Patriots - the ol’ - ‘if you aint cheatin’, you aint tryin’ motto! Lots of $$$ gains with minimal $ consequences. No privileged licenses lost? No one expelled from NFL ownership? Same/Same. Setting great examples as leaders - such ‘captains of industry’! Coincidences? Do you Notice the patterns?
