“It was an absolute pleasure working with Jenna during her team's offsite. She is truly one of the most exceptional Administrative Business Partners I’ve encountered. Jenna’s dedication, organization, and creativity went above and beyond, ensuring that every detail—from room assignments and catering to team-building activities and presentations—was flawlessly executed. I even received feedback from the vendor partners about the extraordinary job she did and their enthusiasm for being involved in her event. What truly set Jenna apart was her ability to create an environment where her team could focus on achieving their goals while building meaningful connections and lasting memories. She didn’t just manage logistics; she curated an experience that fostered collaboration and success. Jenna is not only a true team player but also an incredible partner. Her positivity, proactive approach, and impeccable attention to detail made her a joy to work with. Any team would be lucky to have her. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

Just before we hit WFH full time, Jenna put together framework for WFH for the team that included things like how we show up, meeting cadences, comms, etc. From planning our first remote birthday surprise to surprise and delights for individual team members and other upcoming celebrations for our team and the biz teams, its truly an amazing feeling when Jenna puts her virtual arms around you and gives you a big hug with her thoughtfulness and care. The team and I are so grateful for her energy!!
Jenna lives our values plain & simple. She not only crushes everything in her swim lane, but she is the first to jump in to help a team mate or leader no matter the task. She holds the bar for helping others put on their oxygen masks & does it with grace & dedication. The planning for admin week being a prime example of how she shows up everyday in every way! -

"A couple of weeks ago I got to participate in a truly awesome meeting (and we know that not all meetings are created equally awesome). As Asana grows and our teams and processes change, we’re constantly having to find ways to evolve with them. This person saw an opportunity to improve collaboration between the Admin and RC teams and raised her hand to drive the effort to make it so. The meeting was called “RC and Admins Ascend Together: Co-Creating recruiting solutions” and it was attended by the entire admin and RC teams. The goal was to resolve some gaps and pain points that both teams were feeling around the incredible responsibility to get candidates scheduled as quickly and efficiently as possible. And she could have easily gone very standard with it, presented a proposal, gathered feedback, and then called it a day. But she went above and beyond to make this not just a problem solving session but an opportunity for real team building. She collaborated with other members of the admin and RC team to gather data from their peers ahead of the meeting so that they could turn them into actionable agreements that would improve the overall recruiting scheduling process. She also planned a teambuilder game to kick off the meeting and build empathy cross functionally before diving into the meat of the proposed actions. Along with her co-facilitators she was able to garner commitments from both admins and RCs on specific actions to make the process smoother, and they ended the meeting with a round of appreciations and the gifting of little tokens (think unicorns, sunglasses, notebooks, and even a REAL POTATO!) that represented what great things people brought to the table that day or in their everyday work. It was impressive and thoughtful and above and beyond her role." -

Jenna earned the "JFDI Award" in June 2018. After a month of planning and preparing for an office move that included furniture selection mapped to the space, it all changed. At 4:00PM on Friday - the day before the move was to happen - the team was asked to move to another location for business reasons. Jenna pivoted and regrouped, collaborated with all stakeholders, and worked tirelessly over the weekend to complete the move to a new location within 24 hours of the change. When the office opened on Monday morning, the move was complete. She went the next step by informing team members nearby so they weren't surprised on Monday morning, and held an informal "get to know you" party to create a welcoming vibe in the space. -
