The Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Foundation is an independent 501(c)3 community benefit organization providing an opportunity for local individuals and business owners to participate in how public safety is practiced in our community both today and in the future by building strong ties between community members and the public safety professionals who protect and serve them, while also serving as an innovation partner with the police department.

The foundation does this by partnering with the police department to engage community members in dialog concerning public safety and through funding a variety of technology, support, training, and community focused programs.

Producers of Jazz on the Plazz, our mission at Los Gatos Music and Arts is to inspire, nuture, develop, facilitate and produce educational programs, scholarships and other artistic programs for the benefit of young people on their music journey. The Conrad Foundation honors the legacy of Apollo 12 astronaut, Charles “Pete” Conrad, and his four-decade passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. Appointed by the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors, Advisory Commission on Consumer Affairs commissioners assist and advise the Director of the Santa Clara County Department of Weights, Measures, and Consumer Affairs and recommend to the Board of Supervisors appropriate action to be taken to protect the interests of consumers in Santa Clara County.

Appointed by the Los Gatos Town Council, Arts and Culture commissioners advise the Town Council, and work to encourage the development of art, drama, music, and other creative activities in Los Gatos. The Commission makes recommendations to the Town Council concerning public art, under the terms of the current Town Public Art Selection Policy and Procedure.

The California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST), established by the California Legislature in 1959, sets minimum selection and training standards for California law enforcement. POST functions under the direction of an Executive Director appointed by the Commission.

The Moffett Field Museum is located at NASA Ames Research Park in Mountain View, California.
