Jon Bischke posted thisI’ve been in the recruiting tech business for the better part of the last decade and a half. But today feels different. 30 years ago Taleo was founded and for the better part of the last three decades, thousands of vendors have built cloud-based software to help TA professionals get their work done. I spent nine years in the trenches building Entelo and now almost two at ZoomInfo Talent Solutions building out our suite of products. Up until now, it’s largely been about building software to help people do their work. This week we’re launching Talent Autopilot. So why does today feel different to me? Because we’re starting to build something fundamentally different. Rather than software that helps people do parts of their jobs, we can now build software that actually does parts of those jobs for them. Autopilot, simply put, autonomously sources the best-fit candidates for open roles. It finds the people. It tells you why they fit. It sends outreach from your inbox. And it works hand in hand with your ATS and the other tools you already use. It’s not another sourcing “tool.” Instead it does the *work* on behalf of the recruiter or hiring manager, freeing up valuable time to focus on the human side of hiring. I’ve been a part of building recruiting technology for a long time. This is the first product I’ve been part of building where my jaw has dropped multiple times watching it work. And the 100+ customers who participated in our private beta this year have shared the same excitement with us. If you’re hiring right now and need to proactively find the right people, rather than just waiting for them to apply, you need to give Autopilot a try. It’s built on top of ZoomInfo’s industry-leading data foundation, nearly 20 years of professional data and intelligence that today supports more than 35,000 customers. That foundation matters. An agent can only be as good as the data underneath it. We’ve spent nearly 20 years building that data. Now we’re putting it to work. Check out Talent Autopilot at the link in the comments. I’m confident you’ll be glad you did.

Jon Bischke shared thisIncredibly excited to collaborate with Madeline Laurano and team on important research! Quality of data is so, so critical in the agentic world we're rapidly entering. More to come!!Jon Bischke shared thisWe are publishing our latest research report- The Confidence Gap: What Recruiters Believe About their Data and What it Costs Them- next Thursday, September 17 at 1pm EST with ZoomInfo 74% of recruiters are confident their candidate data is accurate and current. 61% say a quarter or more of their ATS records are out of date. Same survey. Same people. Data goes unreliable in 90 days. 15% of outreach never reaches the intended person. Teams six weeks a year fixing records by hand. And 90% say verified data is the condition for trusting an AI agent to act on their behalf. Registration link in the comments. Aptitude Research #hrtech Shannon Pritchett Jon Bischke

Jon Bischke posted thisYesterday’s earnings announcement for ZoomInfo was a very solid one and the quarter was an especially exciting one for our team: ** Q2 was the best quarter for ZoomInfo Talent Solutions in more than 3 years. ** 💪 I'm incredibly proud of what this team has accomplished. Over the past year, we've rebuilt our product, listened to many (many!) customers and made some big bets on where recruiting is headed. Seeing that work translate into real momentum has been rewarding. In the fall we'll launch something I've been looking forward to sharing for a long time: I've worked in recruiting technology for many years, and it's not often I see a product that makes me stop and think, "This is going to change how recruiters work." This one did. To everyone who has shared ideas, challenged us, tested early versions, and pushed us to make it better, thank you. Building great products is never something you do alone. If you're hiring and want an early look, comment "waitlist" below. I'll make sure our team gets you on the list to see what we've been building. I can't wait to share it with all of you. 🚀

Jon Bischke posted thisWe have coined a term around ZTS that should be true for almost every company building software these days. NAHWA Not Another Heavy Web App What do people want from their tech these days? Not Another Heavy Web App Building great tech that is NAHWA isn’t easy. But it’s definitely the future.

Jon Bischke shared thisThis team just keeps getting better. Excited to officially welcome Jeremy Watson to the ZoomInfo Talent Solutions team as our Head of Sales and to welcome the very talented Stephanie Trapani to the team as well. Talent density meter going to 11! 🎸Jon Bischke shared thisAfter 2+ years leading the Strategic Verticals team, I’ve taken on a new role at ZoomInfo to lead sales for their Talent Solutions group! I see a huge opportunity here as ZoomInfo has proven time and time again to be exceptionally valuable for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams across 35,000 customers and the world’s largest companies. I'm excited to know that our Talent Solutions + Candidate Data can be as valuable an asset to Talent Acquisition teams as ZoomInfo has been for Sales & Marketing professionals. Stay tuned. ZoomInfo Talent is about to make some noise. Let’s go!!!!!!

Jon Bischke shared thisOpenAI announcing today that ZoomInfo is now available inside OpenAI Codex for Work. Let’s gooooooooo!!!Jon Bischke shared thisEarlier today OpenAI announced that ZoomInfo is now available inside OpenAI Codex for Work, built for go-to-market teams. Sellers, Marketers, RevOps, and GTM Engineers can run ZoomInfo skills right in Codex: find target accounts with buying signals, build contact lists of decision makers, map buying committees, prep meetings, and score pipeline, all on verified data. The work happens where you already are, grounded in data you can trust. Learn more at GTM.AI ; connect to Codex here: https://lnkd.in/efgjhHGR

Jon Bischke shared thisThe talent density keeps building! Very excited to welcome Shannon Pritchett, Anna (Dvorkin) Lee and James Baumgarten to the ZoomInfo Talent Solutions team. Fired up to have you all here and for what we will build together!!!! 🚀🚀Jon Bischke shared thisBig news, I’ve joined ZoomInfo to lead marketing for their Talent Solutions product! This wasn’t a decision I made easily. I’ve been in this space long enough to know what’s real and well, what's not. I've always cared deeply about where this industry is going, maybe more now than ever. I’ve been a long time fan of ZoomInfo. What surprised me was how little attention Talent Solutions has gotten. Ironically, that caught my attention. There’s something here that isn’t finished yet, and in the best way possible. It’s not polished or overthought, just something with the right foundation to build on. More on that later. For now, I’m lucky to be working with a team that sees it the same way and is willing to do the work to get it right. And finally, Jon Bischke and I get to make some noise together. Stay tuned. ZoomInfo Talent is about to make some noise. Let’s go! 💪

Jon Bischke shared thisEasily one of the most important posts that has been written in tech this year from Jason M. Lemkin. It's the Innovator's Dilemma on steroids. If you're at scale, you have to keep your base happy. But if you're not building the next generation of your tech at the same time, you run a massive risk of being left in the dust. This feels far and away like the most dynamic time to be building in history. It's both a huge challenge and an incredibly opportunity. What a time to be in the arena! 😊 https://lnkd.in/eqdE2CvX

Jon Bischke liked thisJon Bischke liked thisAI is moving deeper into recruiting, and ZoomInfo’s Talent Autopilot is a good example of where that evolution is heading. The new offering pairs an AI recruiting agent with ZoomInfo’s data to help recruiters identify and reach candidates who may be missed by traditional keyword-based searches. It reflects a broader shift from recruiting tools that simply surface information toward AI-enabled systems that can actively support sourcing and outreach. For 3Sixty Insights, this Market Alert also marks Lance Haun’s first Market Alert as a Principal Analyst with the firm. Lance brings a deep background spanning HR, workplace technology, talent, and industry analysis, with a particular ability to connect technology developments to the realities of the people and organizations using them. Read Lance’s analysis of ZoomInfo Talent Autopilot and what it signals for AI in recruiting:

Jon Bischke liked thisIn case you missed my more casual analysis of what ZoomInfo is doing, here’s my first market alert for 3Sixty Insights. I really appreciate Shannon Pritchett, Jon Bischke, and the entire ZI talent team’s early look at the product. I’m looking forward to seeing this develop in market.Jon Bischke liked thisI have always appreciated Lance Haun and is his ability to look at an HR technology development and get beyond the product announcement, to what it actually means for the people and organizations using it. That makes this a particularly fitting topic for Lance’s first Market Alert with 3Sixty Insights. ZoomInfo’s Talent Autopilot brings an AI recruiting agent together with ZoomInfo’s data to help recruiters identify and reach candidates who may be missed by traditional keyword-based searches. It is another example of AI moving from simply assisting recruiters with information toward taking on more of the work involved in sourcing and engaging talent. In this Market Alert, Lance examines Talent Autopilot and what this development says about the direction of AI in recruiting.

Jon Bischke liked thisJon Bischke liked thisTalent Autopilot is here. Everyone has an agent. Not everyone has nearly two decades of verified professional data behind it. Recruiting doesn’t have an AI problem. It has a data problem. AI can do more work than ever, but bad data means it can also be wrong faster than ever. Tell Talent Autopilot who you need. It does the sourcing work for you, finding qualified candidates your searches may never have uncovered. Better Data. Better Discovery. Better Candidates. Jon Bischke liked thisJon Bischke liked thisA candidate may never have held the exact title you’re hiring for, but their combined experience could make them a strong fit. Great recruiters and sourcers know how to connect those dots. But uncovering those connections can take hours and is difficult to do at scale. That’s where ZoomInfo Talent Autopilot comes in. Our data is the foundation. AI helps scale your expertise. Talent Autopilot reads between the lines, connects the dots, and goes beyond traditional keyword searches to surface candidates who might otherwise be missed. It gives recruiters the ability to apply that thoughtful approach at scale, with more time to build relationships. Great talent doesn’t always describe itself the way you search for it. Curious what Talent Autopilot could uncover for your team? Let’s connect. #ZoomInfo #TalentAutopilot #TalentAcquisition #AIRecruiting

Jon Bischke liked thisJon Bischke liked thisLess than 12 hours after getting back from vacation, I had 35 ZoomInfo teammates at my home for a 2-day offsite. And my mom cooked Persian food for all of them. My wife Jessica set up the house, my daughter Grace welcomed everyone in. Some people might say that’s crazy. But NOTHING gets me more excited than working on ZoomInfo with our amazing team as we rebuild for the AI era. Some big announcements coming soon.

I am seeing a lot of takes about how AI is pulling all the energy (and talent) back to San Francisco. This article by a16z is a thoughtful version of that argument - but from a Midwest vantage point, it misses something important. AI’s center of gravity isn’t just where models are trained; it’s where those models get embedded into real industries. That’s factories, farms, hospitals, insurers, and logistics networks - the backbone of the Midwest economy. Iowa alone sits at the intersection of production agriculture, advanced manufacturing, finance/insurance, and healthcare services, all of which are already deploying AI at scale. Add in Iowa's advantages - abundant renewable power, land for data centers, strong research universities like Iowa State’s AI Institute for Resilient Agriculture, and a cost structure that rewards building sustainable businesses over vanity metrics - and you get a compelling thesis: the next wave of AI value will be created in places like Iowa. This is exactly why I and Next Level Ventures are committed to investing in Iowa. SF may be building the infrastructure, but the Midwest is where AI meets the real economy. https://lnkd.in/gHMk2uNf

🚨NEW EPISODE: Recorded live at FUTURE TITANS 2026 - Jeff Perry of Carta sat down with the iconic Seth Levine, co-founder of Foundry. Seth has been in venture for 25 years, built Foundry from scratch as an emerging manager himself, and has backed about 50 emerging manager funds through his fund of funds. He has genuinely seen every side of this table. They went deep on building Foundry, why VCs are in the influence business, not the decision business, and why the concentration problem in venture is not only bad for LPs, but also for the innovation ecosystem overall. And why Seth's new book, Capital Evolution, is so important for the future of America. 🎧 Links to listen... Apple: https://lnkd.in/ehQUQ2EM Spotify: https://lnkd.in/eU4FExpg

Most family office principals don’t set out to become the operators of a complex institutional structure. Yet that's often what the role demands. Staffing, governance, vendor oversight, cost management—it compounds quickly. Understanding how to balance what stays in-house with what gets outsourced is foundational work, not a detail to revisit later. This article offers a look at how experienced principals are approaching that question: https://lnkd.in/eXjqWrRe
