Judson Althoff shared thisToday we announced major steps forward in empowering our customers—grounded in what we believe are the two most essential elements of Frontier Transformation: Intelligence + Trust. Organizations need to harness their own unique work intelligence as they build agents and solutions; and all AI artifacts across their technology stack must be observed, managed, and secured to ensure they are delivering value responsibly. With this as a foundation, we can help them move AI from experimentation to durable, enterprise-wide impact that delivers real business outcomes and growth. I am pleased to share several important aspects of this news: General availability of Microsoft 365 E7: The Frontier Suite on May 1 for $99 per user. Microsoft 365 E7 unifies Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Agent 365 into a single solution powered by Work IQ—our intelligence layer that amplifies an individual’s IQ by tapping into an organization’s IQ—and integrated with the apps and security stack customers already rely on. It includes Entra Suite and advanced Defender, Intune, and Purview security capabilities, delivering comprehensive protection across agents and employees. New agentic experiences in Wave 3 of Microsoft 365 Copilot rolling out in March. Beyond a singular release of new capabilities, this is a commitment to continuous innovation—bringing frontier capabilities with enterprise promise to our customers in an open and model diverse manner. Copilot can now reason, plan, and act directly inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Microsoft 365 Copilot app—completing multistep tasks end to end right in the flow of work. Expanded model diversity with Claude and next-gen Open AI models available today. Microsoft 365 is model diverse by design. Copilot leverages leading models from Anthropic and OpenAI, operating openly across clouds and data services without locking customers in—and now Claude is available in mainline chat in Copilot. Copilot Cowork. Built in close collaboration with Anthropic, we are bringing the technology that powers Claude Cowork into Microsoft 365 Copilot to enable long-running, multi-step work that unfolds over time. It is currently being piloted with select customers and will become available as a research preview in March through the Frontier program. General availability of Microsoft Agent 365 on May 1 for $15 per user. As the control plane for AI agents, Agent 365 gives IT and security leaders a single place to observe, govern, manage, and secure agents across an organization—using the same infrastructure, applications, and protections they rely on to manage people. With intelligence grounded in work and trust built in by design, we are helping organizations unlock human ambition and organizational aspirations on their journey to becoming Frontier. https://lnkd.in/giDs5QcaIntroducing the First Frontier Suite built on Intelligence + Trust - The Official Microsoft BlogIntroducing the First Frontier Suite built on Intelligence + Trust - The Official Microsoft Blog

Judson Althoff shared thisAt Microsoft Ignite in November, we introduced Frontier Transformation—a holistic reimagining of business aligning AI with human ambition to help organizations achieve their highest aspirations and growth potential. While AI Transformation centered on efficiency and productivity, Frontier Transformation challenges us to do more for humanity by democratizing intelligence to unlock creativity and innovation for organizations and people around the world. Across industries, our customers are leading the way to becoming Frontier, sharing three common traits: •Putting AI in the flow of human ambition so people can achieve more in every role, across every industry •Inspiring the maker in every one of us with ubiquitous innovation that amplifies creativity and accelerates impact •Bringing observability to every layer of the stack to ensure outcomes are reliable, secure, and aligned with the business Microsoft’s differentiation is delivering cloud and AI capabilities built on a foundation of Intelligence + Trust. Our intelligence layer—Work IQ, Fabric IQ, and Foundry IQ—is grounding Copilots and agents in an organization’s own data, logic, and workflows; while Agent 365 is a single control plane for the governance, management, security, and observation of agents. I invite you to read my latest earnings blog to learn how our customers—many featured at Ignite—are achieving more with Frontier Transformation. https://lnkd.in/gYQsisXW https://lnkd.in/g4DDCG2vEmpowering Frontier Transformation | Microsoft Ignite 2025Empowering Frontier Transformation | Microsoft Ignite 2025

Judson Althoff shared thisIt was great to be in San Francisco this week, where we held our largest customer and partner event of the year: Microsoft Ignite. I had a chance to catch up with Mayor Daniel Lurie 丹尼爾·羅偉 to express our gratitude for hosting our employees, customers, and partners from around the world. We look forward to bringing continued innovation to the city and coming back again next year!Judson Althoff shared thisMicrosoft Ignite is in San Francisco right now, bringing 20,000 people to our city and generating an estimated $68 million in economic impact and 68,000 hotel room nights. Today, Judson Althoff and I announced that this flagship tech conference is coming back to San Francisco in 2026! By establishing San Francisco as their home, Microsoft is reaffirming what we already know: our city is a global hub of innovation. Ignite’s return adds to a strong year ahead for Moscone Center, which will host 36 major events in 2026—outpacing 2025 and continuing the momentum we’re building across the city.

Judson Althoff shared thisI was so pleased to be joined by customers and partners around the world for Microsoft Ignite with 20,000 attendees joining in San Francisco and 200,000 online. It is an exciting time as we shift from an era of AI Transformation to Frontier Transformation: a holistic reimagining of your business, aligning AI with human ambition to achieve your organization's highest aspirations and potential. By democratizing intelligence—empowered by Copilots and agents—we will help them obsolesce the mundane, unlock creativity, and drive even greater innovation. As our customers realize success, we have identified three common themes below with new product announcements aimed at empowering the Frontier Firm: 1. AI in the flow of human ambition. AI needs to be seamlessly accessible in the tools and solutions people use every day and tied to the key business metrics they use to determine ROI. Work IQ amplifies an individual’s IQ—it is the intelligence layer that enables Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents to know how you work, with whom you work, and the content you collaborate on. 2. Ubiquitous innovation. There is a maker in every one of us. The person closest to the challenge is often the best to solve it. Empowering employees with the ability to create AI artifacts in the flow of work and coupling citizen development with IT and professional developers through robust collaboration enables innovation at pace. ▪️ Foundry IQ is the intelligent connection point between all structured and unstructured knowledge and models that agents need. It is the first large scale implementation of context engineering pulling from multiple sources through a single API. ▪️ Fabric IQ is the semantic layer that agents and apps use to reason with enterprise context across your entire data estate, turning unified data into unified intelligence for decisions. If you are already using Power BI, all pre-existing data modeling will act as an immediate accelerant, giving your agents the unique context that defines how your business runs. ▪️ Microsoft Agent Factory harnesses the power of Work IQ, Foundry IQ, and Fabric IQ through a single metered plan, measuring ROI for AI before you start building agents. You can leverage our forward-deployed engineers, our partners, and our skilling assets to build and deliver agents. 3. Observability at every layer of the stack. You need to see all AI artifacts and how they are being used in real workflows. Microsoft Agent 365 enables you to observe, manage, and secure your AI agents whether they are created with Microsoft platforms, open-source frameworks, or third-party platforms. Underpinning these three traits are the fundamental Frontier building blocks of Intelligence + Trust. Enabled by Microsoft’s model diverse, open, and heterogenous platforms, we can bring together your organization’s IQ and help you achieve your highest aspirations in the pursuit of Frontier Transformation. https://lnkd.in/gvUW-M8a

Judson Althoff reacted on thisDear Microsoft, Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Unapologetically inclusive—that’s our mission. Together, we have transformed our company, our culture, and, in meaningful ways, our industry. When we create the conditions for everyone to contribute and thrive, employees flourish, products improve, and customer experiences become more human and more powerful. There is a vast, complex world counting on Microsoft to help bend the arc of the future toward good. I am honored to have been part of this transformation for the past eight years. While I am stepping into a new chapter, I will remain deeply committed to this extraordinary company and the community that makes it what it is. Please take good care of one another, and of our customers. Dear Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines, I could not be more excited to join the Alaska family. Thank you to Ben Minicucci and the executive team for this opportunity. Aviation has long been part of my story. My grandfather and uncle were pilots for Air Canada; my aunt was a flight attendant. I grew up in awe of airplanes and of the extraordinary people who make air travel possible. Few industries so directly connect people and communities every day or play such a defining role in shaping how the world moves and advances. I am energized by what lies ahead and can’t wait to learn, build, and innovate alongside you as we grow together. With gratitude, Lindsay-RaeJudson Althoff reacted on thisThe strength of Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines is our people – and our success depends on attracting, developing and supporting the best people in the business. Judson Althoff liked thisJudson Althoff liked thisSo much exciting news came out of Microsoft this week and it all points to a big shift in how AI shows up at work. For the past couple of years, many organizations have been experimenting with AI. Testing ideas. Exploring what’s possible. Now we’re seeing the next phase take shape: moving from experimentation to real transformation. Here are a few highlights that stood out to me from this week’s announcements: ➡️ AI embedded in the flow of work With Wave 3 of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI is more deeply integrated into tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Copilot Chat. New capabilities like Copilot Cowork help turn a request into action, coordinating work across your emails, meetings, files, and data. ➡️ AI that helps teams focus on what matters most AI agents are beginning to support everyday tasks like gathering research, preparing materials, and coordinating routine workflows, giving teams more time to focus on creativity, strategy, and the human connections that drive great work. ➡️ Governance and security for the agentic era As AI adoption grows, visibility and trust are essential. Microsoft Agent 365 provides a control plane that helps IT and security teams observe, govern, and secure AI agents across the enterprise. ➡️ A unified platform for scaling AI Microsoft 365 E7: The Frontier Suite brings Copilot, Agent 365, Microsoft 365 E5, and advanced security together in one solution, making it easier for organizations to scale AI responsibly across the enterprise. What excites me most is what this unlocks for our customers. We’re at an inflection point where AI moves from promise to real, everyday impact — helping organizations work faster, smarter, and with more confidence. This next chapter is about turning possibility into progress, at scale.

ServiceNow raised its annual subscription revenue forecast on Wednesday, sending its shares up more than 7% in extended trading. The Santa Clara, California-based company, which in March announced the acquisition of AI firm Moveworks for $2.85 billion, said the ongoing budget constraints among U.S. federal agencies are expected to persist through the current quarter. ServiceNow has signed contracts with six new customers in the U.S. public sector, CEO Bill McDermott said in an interview. The company's planned Moveworks acquisition is under regulatory review by the U.S. Justice Department, he added. https://lnkd.in/eiWFVb6G

What won’t change matters just as much as what will! Jeff Bezos once said: “Don’t ask what will change in the next 10 years—ask what won’t.” That mindset deeply shaped my thinking during my time at #Amazon. While we chase innovation and adapt to change, it’s the unchanging expectations—like speed, trust, and value—that should ground us. But here’s the balance: embrace change boldly, as long as it serves what customers will always care about. Here are 3 timeless + timely tips: 1️⃣ Deliver Consistently – Trust is earned by showing up reliably, every time. 2️⃣ Evolve With Purpose – Innovate, but stay anchored in what matters most to your customers. 3️⃣ Respect Time & Attention – Whether through speed or simplicity, this never stops mattering. And even as #AI reshapes how we operate, it’s still the timeless needs—speed, trust, value—that will separate brands that thrive from those that fade. What’s one customer truth you think will never change? 👇 #Leadership #Business #Strategy #Innovation #Culture

A clear, long-term vision is one of the most powerful tools in business. Great leaders define outcomes, align teams around those outcomes and use simple frameworks to turn ambition into action. Few have done this better than Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff. His goal-setting approach, V2MOM (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles and Measures), is a master class in clarity, alignment and execution. V2MOM works because it makes the complex simple and connects daily work to meaningful results, regardless of industry or scale. (Examples: ExactTarget, Reynolds Farm Equipment, AgriNovus Indiana, Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center) In today’s Indianapolis Business Journal, I share lessons from applying V2MOM and why disciplined goal setting matters in this season of planning. Transformation at scale is never about technology alone. It is about people, outcomes, and trust. One company that embodies that fully is Pacific Gas and Electric Company. At the SAP for Utilities conference last week, I saw the future taking shape. Many customer stories stood out. But I can’t stop thinking about PG&E’s. They serve approximately 5% of the U.S. population, which is more than 16 million people. When a company of that scale transforms, the impact is massive. Through their transformation with SAP, today PG&E is in the process of: · Reducing their risk · Delivering more predictable outcomes · Connecting every part of their business And the outcomes will be clear: · Faster customer connections · Streamlined processes · Greater transparency · Better service for those millions of people Energy will be the difference maker in how far the AI revolution goes, given the power needs of the data centers that make it possible. PG&E’s journey shows how technology can be a big part of the solution and deliver outcomes that matter for every business: smarter planning, faster cycle times, and more capacity for growth. Congratulations to PG&E on the Innovation and Vision Award. I am proud that SAP is part of this journey! #Utilities #DigitalTransformation #SAPInnovation #CustomerExperience #BusinessOutcomes #SAPforUtilitiesConference #EnergyMatters #FutureOfEnergy #PeopleFirst #Trust

As we close out Microsoft #Build 2025, one thing is clear: the future of software is being built with AI—and our partners are leading the way. This year’s announcements reflect a unified vision to empower the entire partner ecosystem, from software companies to systems integrators, managed services providers, resellers, and startups to enterprise, to innovate faster and scale smarter: • New AI capabilities and agentic tools are transforming how apps are built, deployed, and experienced. • Azure AI Foundry helps partners optimize performance, reduce costs, and accelerate time to value. • Programs like the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and Microsoft for Startups are meeting partners where they are—with the right support at the right time. • And we’re doubling down on skilling with AI Agents Day, Certification Weeks and technical bootcamps to help every role stay ahead. This is more than a moment—it’s a movement. Let’s keep building together. Read the full blog https://lnkd.in/gHBxDE6K

One of the best pieces of advice I ever received from a mentor was simple: “Make space at the table, and then help others to pull up a seat.” I have often remembered that throughout my career, and in my role today, I do the same. Create room for growth and amplify new voices. 🌱 It’s all about recognizing potential and making sure it doesn’t go unnoticed. Because the future of technology will be shaped by bold thinkers. 💡 Here’s what I try to focus on to empower the next generation: 🔹 Make time: Schedule regular check-ins, even informal ones 🔹 Give visibility: Invite them to join key meetings or present ideas 🔹 Encourage curiosity: Let them ask hard questions, even if there’s no easy answer 🔹 Create safe a environment: Let people fail, learn, and try again 🔹 Celebrate progress: Not just outcomes How are you empowering future leaders today? #WeAreLenovo #Leadership #Mentorship #PeopleFirst
