Kenneth Binmoeller liked thisKenneth Binmoeller liked thisContinuous Academics last 5 months with Shifting to the new SIDS Hospital Started with ISGCON at Jaipur- Lecture on EFTR, a few panel did and icing on the cake received the prestigious fellowship of Indian Society of Gastroenterology FISG. Wonderfully organised North East Gastro Meet by B. D. Goswami sir with panel discussion and lot of interactions and great hospitality. An excellent academic meet on Pancreas at Delhi organised by Dr. Ajay Kumar sir with panel discussion on acute pancreatitis! GI update at Mysore, excellently organised by Dr. Rajkumar Wadhwa, excellent live cases demonstrating EFTR and POEM and conducting panel discussions on ERCP. AIG IBD Summit - excellent conference by Dr. Reddy, Dr Rupa Banerjee and the wonderful AIG team, honoured to demonstrate a live case of Endocytoscopy. ERCP LIVE, a great congress organised by Dr. Amit Maydeo Sir, my mentor with opportunity to give a talk on ERCP complications prevention and demonstrating live cases. Great show with great stalwarts from all across the world. ESGE DAYS at Dublin, presented 7 posters and one oral presentation on behalf of our SIDS team. Short but memorable stay with meeting the great Prof. Haroue Inoue and Prof. Yamamoto, the mighty POEM ans ESD innovators. Yet a wonderful workshop and live cases at Ludhiana organised by Dr. Nirmaljit, Dr. Rajiv and Dr. Jasmit with a talk on third space beyond POEM and live cases of ETFR. Great hospitality from the entire team. DDW lastly with two orals of SIDS involving in two fantastic multicentre studies and one video in GI Leap. Meeting of International Committee of ASGE and exciting interacting with great luminaries from across the globe at the other events and meetings. Lastly seeking your wishes and blessings for the inauguration of our new Hospital SIDS Hospital and Research Centre!

PUBLISHED! Our new paper in collaboraion with King Saud University and Dr. Salman Albeshan in Journal of Medical Imaging and Interventional Radiology (Springer Nature). a systematic review exploring how Amide Proton Transfer (APT) imaging, combined with machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL), is reshaping malignant tumor diagnosis. 🧩 What we found: APT imaging, a molecular MRI technique, detects tumor biochemistry without contrast agents. When enhanced with ML/DL, it achieves exceptional diagnostic accuracy (AUC 0.82–0.97) — particularly for glioma molecular markers (IDH, 1p/19q, H3K27M). AI-driven APT imaging helps distinguish true tumor progression vs. pseudo-progression, improving treatment decisions. Despite the promise, most studies were retrospective, single-center, and focused only on gliomas — indicating the need for multicenter validation and broader cancer applications. 💡 Why it matters: APT-AI integration enables non-invasive, contrast-free, and highly precise tumor characterization. This could significantly reduce the need for surgical biopsies and improve precision oncology. 🔭 Next steps: ✅ Prospective, multi-institutional studies ✅ Broader tumor coverage beyond the brain ✅ Standardized imaging and ML/DL protocols
