As I close this chapter, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the team I had the privilege of leading. Thank you for trusting me, challenging me, supporting one another, and showing up every day with dedication and resilience. What I’ll miss most isn’t the projects, processes, or systems—it’s the people. The relationships we built, the trust we developed, and the moments we shared are what made this experience truly meaningful. The bond we created is something I will always cherish. To my team: thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Watching your growth, celebrating your successes, and navigating challenges together has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.
