Marc Benioff reposted thisMarc Benioff reposted thisThe future of AI and the future of government aren’t separate conversations. Last week at Dreamforce, Marc Benioff brought together leaders shaping the future of AI. My highlight was sitting down with former Secretary of the Army, Dan Driscoll to explore what modernization can mean for defense—and the people who serve. We talked about courage, leadership, and bringing Silicon Valley and the Pentagon closer together. The question running through it all: how do we turn extraordinary technology into meaningful progress? Dan, thank you for your leadership, your service, and your relentless pursuit of better ways to solve consequential problems for the country. We are all excited to see what mission you take on next. 🇺🇸 ❤️ Watch our conversation: https://lnkd.in/gNbJ37Ci US ArmyDan Driscoll on Leadership, Innovation, & Service | Dreamforce 2026Dan Driscoll on Leadership, Innovation, & Service | Dreamforce 2026

Marc Benioff shared thisAI should give people more time for the work that matters most. Thames Valley Police and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary, two of England’s largest police forces, serve over 4 million people, responding to emergencies and investigating crimes. They also get hundreds of thousands of calls about nonurgent matters like requests for updates on active cases. So, TVP and HIOWC introduced Bobbi — a public-facing AI agent built with Agentforce. Bobbi resolves 75% of 200+ daily nonemergency conversations autonomously, enabling officers to focus on the urgent work of protecting their communities. Together with a Salesforce citizen portal for case updates, it has also meant £1.4M in avoided costs and 97% lower cost per interaction. Real AI. Real results. More time to serve. 🇬🇧 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/e_jXVNM8

Marc Benioff shared thisWhat an absolutely incredible Dreamforce 2026! I've never been more excited about the future of software than I am right now. As I said in my opening keynote, it’s not the end of software. It’s the end of software that makes humans do all the work. We're at the beginning of an interface revolution. For decades, people have had to go to software, navigate applications, and search for what they need. Now, with AIforce, we're flipping that around. The enterprise comes to you, unlocking all the value of our platform and bringing it to every person and every agent, wherever they work. Grateful to Dario Amodei, Roland Busch, Jensen Huang, and Denis Machuel, who joined me in my opening keynote. Four leaders all pointing to the same truth: enterprises are barely scratching the surface of what AI can do. When you combine probabilistic AI with the deterministic systems that run your business, you unlock incredible outcomes and entirely new ways of working. Thanks also to Sam Altman, H.E. Omar Sultan AlOlama, Travis Kalanick, my friends at the All-In Podcast and so many others for great conversations throughout the week. Among the many innovations we showcased at Dreamforce: 🤖 AIforce — the live interface layer for the Agentic Enterprise, bringing your data, workflows, business logic, permissions, security, and governance to where people and agents work 💬 Slackforce — AIforce makes Slack even more powerful, bringing the full context and intelligence of Salesforce into every conversation, workflow, and experience ⚡ Claudeforce — AIforce extends our partnership with Anthropic, bringing the #1 AI and the #1 CRM together to create trusted enterprise intelligence 🧠 Koa — Salesforce's first CRM reasoning model, built on NVIDIA Nemotron And we showed once again how business is the greatest platform for change. Since Salesforce's founding and the creation of our 1-1-1 model: 💙 $970M+ given, all-time 🤝 10.84M+ employee volunteer hours 🎓 65.3K+ nonprofits and schools using free and discounted technology In San Francisco and Oakland alone, we've given $303M+, including $156M for Bay Area public schools — more than any company in history. Finally, thanks to everyone who came out for Dreamfest and those incredible performances by Gwen Stefani and Usher. We raised $8.2M for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals — $138M in all-time giving to the hospitals. None of this happens without the Trailblazers, employees, and customers who make Dreamforce what it is. Mahalo!

Marc Benioff shared thisEvery enterprise now has access to intelligence — models keep getting smarter, agents keep multiplying, and AI is showing up everywhere you look. But intelligence alone was never the hard part. The hard part is trust: can AI actually understand your business, and can it act on it safely, inside your governance, your security, your rules? Most AI harnesses out there wrap around a single agent. That's not enough. An enterprise needs a trusted harness around all of its AI. This week we introduced the Salesforce Trusted Enterprise AI Harness. It's built on six capabilities, working as one system: 🧠Trusted Context — customer data, metadata, semantics, knowledge, real-time signals, and memory 🤖Trusted Agency — reasoning, planning, memory, and orchestration, balanced with deterministic controls ⚡Trusted Action — secure connections to apps, APIs, workflows, and business processes 📋Trusted Governance — lineage, quality, guardrails, and controls over data, metadata, and policies 🔒Trusted Security — identity, permissions, data protection, privacy, and runtime security ⚙️Trusted Models — intelligent routing to the right model based on accuracy, performance, cost, and business need This is decades of Salesforce innovation — Data 360, Informatica, MuleSoft and Agent Fabric, Tableau, Agentforce, Salesforce Guardian and the Salesforce Platform — coming together into one open architecture. And it goes wherever you go. Our harness extends into whatever AI experience customers choose — Claude, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Agentforce, and beyond. Wherever the AI experience lives, the Salesforce Trusted Enterprise AI Harness can bring the enterprise with it. The agent harness makes an agent work. The Trusted Enterprise AI Harness makes AI work for the enterprise. That is the future we are building at Salesforce. See it in action at Dreamforce. 🚀 https://lnkd.in/drfmV3BeSalesforce Introduces the Trusted Enterprise AI HarnessSalesforce Introduces the Trusted Enterprise AI Harness

Marc Benioff shared thisWe just delivered one of our best quarters ever at Salesforce, outperforming across every key metric. 📈 $11.3B Revenue. +11% 💰 $33.5B cRPO growth. +14% 🚀 $5.90 Non-GAAP EPS. +103% 💵 $15.2B TTM Free Cash Flow 🤖 $3.9B Agentforce + Data 360 ARR ⚡ 7.0B AWUs delivered all-time 📊 Raising FY27 guidance to $46.1–$46.4B 🔥 3.2B AWUs in Q2 (+97% Q/Q) 🔗 6x growth in MCP calls 🤝 Customer attrition near all-time low Despite all the talk of a SaaSpocalypse, we’re seeing just the opposite. Net new AOV growth is the strongest it’s been in four years; attrition is near its lowest level ever; seats are growing, customers are upgrading to higher tier offerings; and agentic use of our platform is surging. AI isn’t replacing Salesforce. It’s unlocking more value across our platform. With this momentum, and Contentful and Fin joining Salesforce in Q3, we’ve raised our FY27 revenue guidance by $300 million in constant currency. We also announced Claudeforce, an exciting expansion of our partnership with Anthropic. Claudeforce combines Claude's extraordinary intelligence and reasoning with the trusted data, workflows, business logic, and governance businesses rely on. Powered by AIforce, our enterprise AI harness, Claudeforce brings the two together in a dynamic interface that makes Salesforce available wherever you work. This is the future of enterprise software. What Claudeforce changes today: • Instant Grounded Intelligence — ask complex enterprise questions and get real-time, trusted answers. • App & Agent Builder — deploy custom workflows, agents, and secure apps on the fly. • Action-Oriented — trigger live enterprise actions and get work done, not just summaries. • Ironclad Governance — Zero Data Retention, full trust boundary, Salesforce-certified by default. Probabilistic models alone can’t run a company. Deterministic systems alone can’t reason. Claudeforce fuses Claude’s reasoning with Salesforce’s trusted data and controls. The AI is the interface. This is how every business will run. See it at Dreamforce.

Marc Benioff shared thisDon't code alone. 🚀 Slack Code is live — and it’s where humans and agents can plan, write, and review code together. All you have to do is tag an agent and Slack creates a dedicated channel for your work, while pulling in your team. Everyone can see code diffs, planning docs, or a live HTML preview right there in the channel. No specialized tools, no leaving Slack. We're launching with agents from Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub, Cognition, and Vercel — and more on the way. We originally built Slack Code as an internal feature for our own engineers, and we've already found that it makes our own work faster. Our teams are spinning up code channels, moving from idea to merged PR, and closing them out — often within the same day. This is real multiplayer coding. Check out the video below for more, and come see it in action at Dreamforce!

Marc Benioff shared thisAgentforce is trusted where trust matters most. Agentforce 360 – Salesforce’s complete portfolio of trusted AI agents, data capabilities, and applications – has officially achieved Impact Level 5 (IL5) authorization and is now embedded into the Missionforce National Security platform. This is the Agentic Enterprise operating at the highest levels of national security, with Agentforce 360 now live across all defense and federal agencies. The U.S. Army Human Resources Command is leading the charge, deploying IL5-authorized Agentforce and supporting 9.2 million soldiers, veterans, civilian employees, and military families with 24/7 AI-powered HR support. At full scale, it will handle 55 million+ agent conversations per month, freeing HRC's 3,000+ analysts to focus on the complex decisions that matter most. This is what a force multiplier looks like: technology that shows up for those who serve. Thank you to the HRC team. We are grateful for your trust. 🇺🇸 https://lnkd.in/dWtNxes6Salesforce Secures IL5 Authorization for Agentforce, Army HRC First to DeploySalesforce Secures IL5 Authorization for Agentforce, Army HRC First to Deploy

Marc Benioff shared thisIn a sport measured in milliseconds, speed matters – on and off the track. Formula 1 cars stream live telemetry, tracking everything from speed and tire pressure to track conditions, generating 1 million data points every single minute during a race. Previously, sending push notifications out to millions of global fans could take up to 20 minutes due to the sheer scale of their fandom. By moving to a unified platform with @Salesforce, F1 completely transformed how they handle fan data: • Race data is now customer-ready in just 3 seconds, allowing F1 to send millions of push notifications per minute to data-hungry fans. • "Your Tech Director" — a new AI agent built on Agentforce 360 — fans can now ask questions and digest complex technical rule changes instantly, without needing to switch between different apps. • F1 is building personalized conversational, real-time engagement that connects with fans. That’s how you take fan engagement from zero to 200 mph. Marc Benioff shared thisJensen Huang said it best: the world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models. At Salesforce, we've been building in the open for years. Since 2018, Silvio Savarese and team have made our open-source models available for the world to use freely on Hugging Face including CodeGen, XGen, BLIP, Moirai, xLAM, and Merlion. Open innovation fuels progress and ensures AI technology benefits everyone, not just a few. AI will power every company and transform every industry, but that future depends on openness, transparency, and collaboration. Want to help us shape the future of open AI? We’re hiring top talent. Check out open roles on our careers page and join the team! https://lnkd.in/g5JQcQKxMarc Benioff shared thisI’m sharing a letter NVIDIA signed on why open models matter. AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country. Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty. Agentforce is the best thing to happen to Salesforce automation in a decade. It also gets even better when you pair it with the right partner. Every Salesforce leader has a list of work they want agents to take on. The teams getting the most out of Agentforce are the ones who sort that list first, so Agentforce runs what it was built to run and a custom agent handles the rest. We took nine pieces of work every Salesforce org recognizes and ran each one through five questions: 1. Are the systems and actions known up front? 2. Does it repeat the same way many times a week? 3. Is it for a team, or for one person? 4. Does the outcome need an audit trail? 5. Is the deliverable a record change or a document? Five are Agentforce work. Lead routing, order status, stale opp nudges, case routing, policy Q&A. Record work at volume, governed by the org, with an audit trail nothing else gives you. Four are custom agent work. The quarterly adoption update, the nuanced escalation reply, the win/loss analysis, and writing the requirements for the Agentforce agent itself. Judgment work for one person that ends in a document. Neither one replaces the other. When a use case looks like both, it is two use cases wearing one name. The one that surprises people most: win/loss analysis from opportunity notes. The data lives in Salesforce, so everyone calls it platform work. It is a document, though, and a custom agent is the right tool for writing it. We build and run both kinds at Cirrius, including for ourselves, and the pattern that works is always the same. The custom agent designs it. Agentforce runs it at scale. Every cycle gets faster. What is on your list right now that you are not sure where to put? Drop it below and I will sort it. https://lnkd.in/gjGwzcrN #Agentforce #AIAgents #Salesforce #EnterpriseAI #CirriusSolutions

AI is advancing faster than most organizations can comprehend. The question is no longer whether to adopt AI, but who will control it. Recent events serve as a wake-up call: we are entering largely uncharted territory. The exponential pace of AI demands action now, and ServiceNow is uniquely positioned to help organizations gain control. This is becoming increasingly important as governments introduce AI regulations and organizations must demonstrate that effective governance and controls are in place.
