I’ll be working with CFOs, controllers and business owners to connect them with the right expertise—from strategy and transformation to risk and accounting advisory, technology solutions, outsourcing and managed services. After sixteen years of building and leading Harris & Dickey, I wasn’t looking for the next opportunity - I was looking for the right one. Armanino stood out because of its genuine focus on people—both its employees and its clients. I saw the same people-first culture we worked hard to build at Harris & Dickey, but with a much broader platform of services, resources and expertise that I can now bring to my clients. It’s a new chapter, but the way I approach the work hasn’t changed. Mark Dendle liked thisMark Dendle liked thisAfter a 7-day trial, the jury deliberated for about 2.5 hours and came back with a verdict in favor of our client on our breach of contract claim and awarded our clients the full amount of damages we requested totaling over $7.7 Million. This was a hard-fought battle with very good lawyers on the opposing side. The case involved highly complex issues regarding alleged breaches of a licensing agreement for use of downhole pipe cutting tools in the oil and gas industry. The Bell Nunnally trial team was phenomenal. Well done Meredith Palmer, Monica Dike, Beverly Whitley, Rhonda Polvado, Peter Tishuk, and all the other amazing folks from Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP who supported this case over the past three years.
