A huge thank you to Andrew McCaughan and Omer Horev for the opportunity to join this amazing team. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and excited for what’s ahead. I’m especially looking forward to working alongside Zak Fishman and building on the tremendous work he has done to date. I’m excited to lead our real estate efforts as we continue to build on that foundation and expand the Pura Vida footprint throughout existing markets and into many new markets across the country. There’s so much opportunity ahead, and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it. Let’s grow! 🚀

This is the fourth sweetgreen location in NJ, with others in: Jersey City, Hackensack (The Shops at Riverside), Shrewsbury (The Grove at Shrewsbury) and now Montclair. Jordan Cohn and Clare Golz of RIPCO represented the tenant and Florian Suserman and Lisa Ricca of RIPCO represented the landlord. A great addition to this thriving downtown community. The community has been looking forward to this one for months, and it's great to see the space come to life. It's open and airy with plenty of seating. Customers love the pink eco-friendly packaging, and the food is a hit. It's already turning into a neighborhood go-to spot. One of my favorite parts of this deal is having Here Hot Yoga & Strength right next door. Two brands with a shared focus on wellness and community create great synergy for the entire property. Pamela Haber liked thisPamela Haber liked thisAs I reflect on my final ICSC Board meeting as part of the 4 Under 40 experience, the word that comes to mind is gratitude. What an incredible two years. Being named an ICSC 4 Under 40 honoree was an honor, but what made this experience so special was the opportunity to be exposed to some of the brightest and most thoughtful leaders in retail real estate. I’ve been able to sit in rooms that challenged me to think bigger, ask better questions and broaden how I think about our industry. Our final Board meeting was no exception. From conversations around the growing divide in consumer spending and continued inflationary pressures to the massive investment in AI and what it could mean for the labor market, one takeaway really stuck with me: to understand real estate, we have to understand everything happening around it. Technology, capital markets, demographics, geopolitics and consumer behavior all ultimately shape the places we build and the communities we serve. Thank you, ICSC, for giving us a seat at the table and the opportunity to learn from so many incredible leaders. EDENS for supporting this opportunity. And to Evie Gross, Jonathan Schwartz and Morgan Hill Konstantinidis , I’m especially grateful that I got to experience these two years with you. The conversations, laughs, shared experiences and friendships have been one of the best parts of this entire journey. I leave this experience with more knowledge, a broader perspective, deeper relationships and an even greater appreciation for this industry.
