Paul Frisina shared thisThe post below is so true! It's amazing how something so simple can have such a big impact.Paul Frisina shared thisThe power of a handwritten Thank You card can go a long way. The art of actually writing a thank you card is a skill that is slowly fading, but hopefully people will still continue to show thanks and gratitude. I got one last night after teaching my final class for the semester at Azusa Pacific University … and it felt awesome. #appreciation #thankyou #grat #gratitude #education #fitness

Paul Frisina shared thisThis is relevant for nearly everyone including parents...Paul Frisina shared thisIt takes outstanding leadership to build great teams, and winning teams are developed under leaders who can flex and bend their own personalities around each team member's needs. According to Glenn Llopis, team building is both an art and a science, and the leader who can consistently build high-performance teams is worth their weight in gold. When you manage each team member individually, you maximize their strengths and learn how to fill in for their weaker areas. This is what genuine support is all about. Supported teams are successful teams. Leaders are only as successful as their teams, and the great ones know that with the right team dynamics, decisions, and diverse personalities, everyone wins. Paul Frisina reacted on thisPaul Frisina reacted on thisWe’re proud to share that the 37th Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron raised more than $3 million for charity this year, bringing the tournament's all-time charitable giving total to more than $45 million, the highest in Korn Ferry Tour history. This incredible milestone is possible because of the support of our sponsors, volunteers, fans, partners and the Boise community, all of whom help turn a world-class golf tournament into a force for good. As players take the course this week, we're celebrating something even bigger than the competition: the impact we can make when people come together in support of local charities and the communities we serve. Thank you to Chevron, our tournament partners, the 850 volunteers who make this event possible, and everyone who helps make the Albertsons Boise Open a tradition that gives back year after year.

Today, as president of Food 4 Less/Foods Co., he still brings the same work ethic, determination and competitive spirit that shaped his early career. "Be open to saying yes. Be open to thinking beyond what you think is possible today. Once you do that, you can do anything you want with grit, tenacity and a strong will." Thank you, Mike, for your leadership and commitment to helping our teams succeed every day. Learn more about his story below. #WeAreKroger

Paul Frisina liked thisPaul Frisina liked thisWhat an incredible day at the Northern California Perishable Foods Council annual golf tournament. It is always so energizing to see everyone come together and reconnect. Our business is, in so many ways, a people business. The course was absolutely a buzz with energy, conversation and laughter. I also have to shout out my Epic Sales Partners team. They band together and make it happen, no matter what the ask is. No complaints, no questioning just always finding a way to say yes and have fun while doing it! To the Council of PFC, we sure know how to put on a fun event! Proud to serve alongside you all!

Paul Frisina liked thisPaul Frisina liked thisSad day hearing one of my former coaches has passed. Frank Gansz Jr. was tough, intense, caring & an absolute LEGEND in football, special teams & life. One of the most pedigreed coaches I had the pleasure of playing for. He came in when I was a senior after being in the NFL for 19 years. He gave 0 shits about pre-season lists or accolades. He gave 0 shits about my ambitions. He just expected greatness & held me to a very very high standard. Tough at the time but ultimately such a blessing. I remember this picture. My first punt of the game was taken back for a touchdown vs Fresno State in 2008. Bad My next punt was 27 yards out of bounds. Bad My next punt was a touchback. Bad. So before this picture was taken he pulled me aside & said something along these lines. “If you ever want a chance to play at the next level this is the type of punt you need to be able to execute. You’re gonna be in your own Endzone, into the wind, after 3 shitty punts & you need to get a good one off. I want it 42-45 out of bounds. Go.” And wouldn’t you know, 44 out of bounds. Maybe his biggest smile & reaction he gave me that year. What a coach, what a legend & what a man. Thank you Coach. Rest easy 🙏❤️
