Raman Khanna shared thisHaving spent years as a CIO, I've seen firsthand how major technology shifts unfold. They start with excitement. Then come widespread deployments, growing budgets, and eventually questions about outcomes, accountability, and ROI. AI has gotten to the outcomes/accountability stage faster than any technology shift I’ve seen so far. Not too surprising considering the budgets that have been committed to its adoption. This challenge is what makes what David Tepper, Erik Winters, Doron Holan are building with Ascerta timely and interesting. Organizations need a system of record that connects AI activity to business outcomes and helps leaders understand where value is being created. Ascerta is building that into what we believe will become a foundational category: Enterprise AI Management. Dell Technologies Capital led Ascerta's Series A and we look forward to partnering with David and the team as they scale the company and build out the category!Raman Khanna shared thisI am beyond thrilled to announce that we have closed an $18M Series A led by Dell Technologies Capital! Also joining in the round were Hitachi Ventures and our previous investors Wipro, BGV, FUSE, Tola Capital, Gaia Ventures, and more. The market is full of meaningless vanity metrics. Companies are counting tokens, lines of generated code and agent runs, and struggling to work out the impact AI has on their business. Ascerta is designed to cut through the noise to deliver meaningful insights to leaders looking to optimize their business for an AI-first world. This is an emotional milestone. When we started on this journey 3 years ago, it was a side project while we were still employed at our other jobs. As the scale of the problem started showing itself, we set out to tackle it in earnest and... its been the most exhilarating and challenging journey of my life to build a team and a company capable of staying on top of the rush of AI innovations while staying ahead of the market. As I write this, AI spending is the fastest growing line item in enterprise history, and the curve is just starting. Business has changed forever and Ascerta is, by far, the world’s most capable platform to rise to the occasion. Today we welcome Dell and Hitachi into the fold. Their combined connections to enterprises the world over will help us enable enterprises to unlock the full potential of AI. I would like to especially thank Raman Khanna from Dell Technologies Capital and Gayathri Radhakrishnan from Hitachi Ventures for their foresight and support. The gloves are off. Time to start Round 2.

Raman Khanna shared thisEnterprise organizations have built up years of operational context through exceptions, handoffs, and decisions that can't be captured in documentation or system logs. Avinash Misra convinced us early on that this gap is where AI can move the needle at enterprise scale. By focusing on how work actually gets done, they can drive measurable and meaningful outcomes. Skan AI's traction — adoption by 7 of the 10 largest U.S. banks and more than a quarter of the Fortune 50 — shows he and his team are onto something here. As enterprises move from AI experimentation to production, context is becoming increasingly important. That's what makes this such an exciting category to watch and why Dell Technologies Capital co-led Skan AI's $63M Series C alongside Cathay Innovation. Congratulations to Avinash, Manish Garg, and the entire Skan team on this milestone. Looking forward to what comes next.Raman Khanna shared thisVentureBeat’s Michael Nuñez sat down with Avinash Misra to talk about how “the industry has misdiagnosed the [enterprise AI] problem” and why Skan AI is on a mission to give agentic AI a better understanding of the business. In the article, Avinash explains why not all context is created equal: data sources like documentation, SOPs, or even systems logs prepare agents for an incorrect version of how work gets done. Agents won't understand the work until the context that trains and governs them is built from observations of real work. Bridging this gap is exactly why Aviniash and co-founder Manish Garg started Skan AI seven years ago. Raman Khanna shared thisUnfortunately we are living in a time of heightened risks for anyone with an online profile. And that’s all of us. The stories here underscore why VanishID’s work is so important right now. We’re proud to support Matt Polak and the team as they scale the company to make digital safety broadly available to everyone.Raman Khanna shared thisThe line between your digital footprint and your physical safety? It's gone. Nation-state actors, extremist groups, and anyone with an axe to grind are using exposed personal data to find and target real people. We built VanishID to stop that at the source. I'm grateful to have Robert M. Lee, Ben Fried, Christopher Key, Evan Blair, Niloofar Razi, Matt Bigge, Charlie Moore, and John Evans lend their voices to this moment. These are people who've seen the threat landscape up close. Their confidence in what we're building means everything. Watch the video. Share it with someone who needs to see it. #Cybersecurity #ExecutiveProtection #DigitalPrivacy

Raman Khanna shared thisOne of the bigger hurdles to ROI with AI today is the infrastructure required to make it work at scale. In a new market landscape, DTC's Radhika Malik explains why 2025 was the year the "Messy Middle" layers in the infra stack emerged as the literal backbone of the enterprise. Something the market has woken up to with more than $10B in exits in the last 24 months. More details in her Messy Middle report. If you’re building in this space, reach out myself or anyone on the Dell Technologies Capital investment team. It's an area we have deep experience in and we’d love to talk.Raman Khanna shared thisOur team has spent the last several years tracking the enterprise AI stack, and especially the "Messy Middle" (fka #MLOps and #LLMOps) - the layer of tooling between raw models and apps. This category is one that has long felt like it was just waiting for its moment (hence "messy"). 2025 is the year we can declare that moment finally arrived. 🚀 We’ve officially moved from a struggling category to a $10B+ acquisition wave led by giants like NVIDIA, AMD, Databricks, and OpenAI. The market is finally validating what many infra founders have understood all along: you can't scale AI without a mature, reliable layer to run it. Going into 2026, I wanted to do a deep dive into why this category is finally getting its due. 👉 Why this category was “Messy” for so many years despite a seemingly clear need 👉 The evolution from #MLOps to #LLMOps to #AgentOps today 👉 Where some big opportunities lie in 2026 The stack is evolving quickly. Landscapes are just a snapshot in time. What companies or maybe even entire subcategories did I miss? Our team at Dell Technologies Capital is excited to make more bets in this space. Special shout out to Nina Lu, Daniel Docter and Ronda Scott for the invaluable feedback on this one. https://lnkd.in/ggXEESmnDTC | How AI Infra's "Messy Middle" technologies found its strideDTC | How AI Infra's "Messy Middle" technologies found its stride

Raman Khanna shared thisWhen we invested in Netskope way back in 2014, we considered the company to be “ahead of the headlights” in cybersecurity. They recognized early on that the shift to cloud-first environments would require a fundamentally new approach to security—one that combined cloud-native architecture and a platform approach. Even though they started with CASB, they had architected the product to be a platform capable of seamlessly adding new services like DLP that would all be delivered through a single console. Sanjay Beri and team were pioneering the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) market before it even had a name. Then, it was an unproven need. Now, it’s obvious how prescient it was. Today, as Netskope debuts on Nasdaq (NTSK), they’re a company that has continued to evolve and innovate with the needs of industry. We celebrate this milestone as a reflection of the hard work and dedication of Sanjay and the entire Netskope team. It’s been a privilege to support the company on this journey, and we look forward to their continued success! 🔔📈🚀!Raman Khanna shared this🔔 Netskope is now a #NasdaqListed company 🎉 As we celebrate this significant milestone, we want to thank: 🩵 Our customers, partners, and investors for your trust and confidence. 🧡 Netskopers, for your GRIT (guts, resolve, integrity, and tenacity) as well as your families for their support. At Netskope, we have reimagined security and networking for the era of cloud and AI. We strive to empower businesses to fully embrace technology without compromise, and to ensure that everyone, everywhere, can have a fast, seamless, and secure digital experience. #NetskopeIPO $NTSK Credit: 2025 Nasdaq, Inc / Vanja Savic

Raman Khanna shared thisThe AI surge across the enterprise is not slowing down. What Shiv Agarwal and team are building with Singulr AI is the missing piece enterprise-scale companies need to get the most out of AI innovation without losing control of their data or costs. Raman Khanna liked thisBig congratulations to David Tepper, Doron Holan, and the Ascerta team on their $18M Series A led by Dell Technologies Capital, with Hitachi Ventures joining the round. Proud to have backed Ascerta early at Wipro Ventures. And looking forward to working alongside Raman Khanna and Gayathri Radhakrishnan as we support the team in this next phase. AI spend is now the fastest growing line item in the enterprise budget, but most organizations still measure it with vanity metrics: tokens consumed, lines of code generated, agent runs. None of that answers the question CIOs and CFOs are actually asking... what outcomes and business impact is the spend producing. That measurement gap is exactly where Ascerta sits. As AI budgets scale, the platform that connects AI activity to business outcomes becomes essential infrastructure, not a nice-to-have. Super excited for what comes next. Raman Khanna liked thisRaman Khanna liked thisHeadless access to Fullstory has grown 25x since April, as measured by MCP tool call volume. That growth tells you how insight delivery is changing. The old model: a human opens a dashboard, watches a session, writes up what they saw. The new model: 1. No dashboard. Just insights, delivered however you want them. 2. No human watching session replay. Agents watch it for you. 3. No manual analysis. Automated loops that actually get things done. We're not just building a product people use. We're building one agents use, so the value shows up wherever our customers already work.

Raman Khanna liked thisRaman Khanna liked thisMy cofounder Manish Garg and I are proud to announce that Jennifer Hewlette has joined Skan AI as our first Chief Marketing Officer. There comes a point in every company's life when the product moves faster than the language used to describe it. Our customers, seven of the ten largest US banks among them, rely on Skan to give their AI the context it needs to work at enterprise scale. The way the market talks about what we do is still catching up. That is the inflection point we're at, and it's why Jennifer is here. Jennifer has built marketing at Apollo, DataRobot and Cisco, and she has led it through exactly this kind of moment before. What stood out to Manish and me was how she arrived. She came into the process with a genuine outside-in view of Skan, and what she saw energized her. The team and the moment we're in mattered to her as much as the product. Jennifer has already achieved a great deal in a short space of time. Together with our marketing team, she has delivered our brand relaunch and our Series C announcement. And she has big ambitions for how Skan shows up in the world, starting with putting our customers' stories at the center of everything we say. Welcome to Skan, Jennifer.
