Indigo Ag Partners with Kellanova & Walmart to Expand Regenerative Rice Farming in Arkansas Indigo Ag has entered a new partnership with Kellanova and Walmart aimed at expanding regenerative agriculture practices for rice farmers across Arkansas. The collaboration uses the Source by Indigo program to deliver technical support, data insights, and financial incentives that help growers adopt more resilient, resource-efficient production systems. This initiative builds on the existing relationship between Walmart and Indigo Ag, which has already helped rice farmers supplying Walmart’s Great Value brand reduce emissions, conserve water, and generate additional income through improved practices. Lately there has been a little strength surfacing in the durum market with prices up to $6 in some locations, though not all. Whether it’s just the time of the year when harvest delivery pipelines are being emptied and mills have worked through some of their contracted durum or maybe just some locations are trying to pull in some higher quality durum, it’s showing up in the market to a small degree, according to Jim Peterson, executive director for the North Dakota Wheat Commission.
