Ryan Sisson shared thisOver the years there have been many things in business made quite clear. One of the things specific to Moniker is that most people dont know all the things that we do! I am on a mission to find ways to share more details on what we do as a company and the 10 different businesses that make up Moniker Group. Since it's hard to know where to start I figured I would begin at the beginning. Our first venture was Moniker Design and originally we set out to create visual experiences for conferences and events. The company has been around since 2010 and has moved from doing conference and churches to designing incredible residential and commercial interiors. Because we also run our own spaces we have a unique value proposition in our design. In addition to managing our own businesses that are built around bringing people together we also have a sister company of Design that does all the customer furniture and finish work. We have the ability to design a space for people specifically from the position of what has worked for us AND we can even understand how to build it. If you are contemplating bringing new life to your home, office, restaurant or other hospitality project please let me know. www.monikerdesign.coMoniker Design Studio - San Diego Interior Design - Residential & CommercialMoniker Design Studio - San Diego Interior Design - Residential & Commercial

Ryan Sisson shared thisStarting off the year the right way. Some great insights from our Moniker Group COO...more to come.Ryan Sisson shared thisHave you ever had one of those "oh cr@p” moments when you realize you might have been looking at something wrong this whole time? Well, I'm in the midst of one of those right now. At the beginning of the year, we embark on our yearly ritual: recalibrating, refocusing, dreaming big, and strategizing. Setting our sights on the horizon and crafting those audacious goals is essential - I'm a firm believer in that. But as I was thinking about the elements of growth and traction that I see common in our businesses (I'll explain shortly), I had a moment. I'd been pouring a lot of emphasis into one aspect and likely neglecting a major linchpin of success right out of the gates. Here's where I'm at. From where I stand, most of the problems or challenges that we are trying to solve in our businesses can be traced back to one of these buckets: #pursuit Sometimes, it's the lack of a crystal-clear understanding of our business vision, mission, motivation, and aspirations. Is the vision clear and shared amongst all? #path It's not just about having a goal; it's about charting the right course to reach it. There are countless paths to the top; which one are we taking? #people Do we have the right team structure and the right individuals to fit that structure? But, more importantly - do we truly understand the unique talents and gifts within our teams and do we assign work that commands their personal genius? #process We often cling to old habits, which may have served us during the building phase but aren't suited for where we are today or where we are headed tomorrow. It's here, in processes, systems, and discipline, that the magic unfolds. #place Often overlooked, yet so vital for us. Whether in the digital or physical realm, the environments we create for our teams and customers to connect profoundly influence our brand's success. So, what's my revelation? It's more of a conviction, I suppose. I've come to realize that while nailing down the pursuit is crucial, our goals won't dictate success as much as the habits and processes we construct to reach them. My takeaway? In 2024, we're not going to just cast visionary pursuits, but we're also going to devote equal, if not more, attention to building processes, systems, and developing really good habits that'll steer us toward success. What's on your radar for 2024? #success2024 #PursuitVsPath #newyeargoals #goodhabits #pursuit #path #people #process #place

There's a healthier way to pastor, minister & lead. We believe that Pastors deserve the right to be fully alive and yet many are struggling under the weight of unrealistic expectations, a lack of leadership training and isolation. This is why we started the 10|Ten Project.

Change The Course
The Colorado River doesn’t reach the sea anymore, and its tributaries are depleted.
Here is how Change the Course helps.
1. Pledge to shrink your water footprint
2. Corporate sponsors underwrite your pledges and fund water restoration projects
3. We work with conservation organizations to fund projects that restore flows
4. You share the pledge! The more pledges we get, the more water we can give back!Other creatorsSee project -
