Sabastian V. Niles shared thisCould not be more excited about our agreement to acquire Listen Labs! Their AI-powered customer research and human simulation platform has reimagined customer experience, market research, and customer simulation with AI agents that can conduct meaningful research and uncover context behind customer and user feedback. This acquisition will expand Salesforce’s customer and user understanding capabilities, complementing Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and our broader AI portfolio. With Listen Labs, Salesforce will further empower companies worldwide to move beyond static surveys and traditional market research to understand — and even simulate — what customers will do and why, then turn those insights into action. https://lnkd.in/gZB3zqTDSalesforce Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Listen LabsSalesforce Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Listen Labs

Sabastian V. Niles shared thisStill riding the high of an incredible week at #DF26, I am so energized from connecting with Salesforce customers, partners, colleagues and Trailblazers as our ecosystem came together to define (and debate!) the future of the agentic enterprise. Some highlights: 💡 Engaging with Justin Boitano, NVIDIA’s GM of Enterprise Computing, in our fireside chat, discussing trust at every layer of today's tech stack (with a special guest appearance by our friend Geoffrey Moore, author of Crossing the Chasm, Zone to Win, The Infinite Staircase, Inside the Tornado, Escape Velocity and more!) 💡 Joining the Salesforce on Salesforce: Scaling the Agentic Enterprise keynote to share Legal's Customer Zero story and how we use agents as a force multiplier to accelerate sales cycles, reduce costs year-over-year, remove tens of thousands of hours per year of friction and deliver real annual return on investment 💡 Hosting a Professional Services keynote and an outstanding panel, where we discussed the transformation playbook for connected firms, and how Data and AI are reshaping legal, staffing, consulting and advisory firms 💡 Sitting down with Max Junestrand CEO and Co-Founder of Legora, to unpack the high-stakes, high-trust challenge and opportunity to re-imagine the legal industry, with agents drafting, reviewing, and reasoning through critical legal work 💡 Celebrating 2026 TIME100 AI honorees at TIMETIME’s AI Impact Dinner at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, joining some of the world's most influential people in artificial intelligence to discuss the perils and promises of the technology 💡 Hosting our largest legal, privacy and risk Dreamforce tracks ever, including our second annual legal leaders roundtable, gathering top minds driving transformation across the industry 💡 Seeing so many of our innovations come to life, touring Agentic Enterprise City featuring best-in-class enterprises turning big ideas into real-world wins and learning from and reconnecting with friends from across the globe Main takeaway: As AI continues to evolve rapidly, human judgment can’t be outsourced. We are continuing to define the best of human-AI collaboration to create value for all stakeholders. Huge thank you to everyone who made these discussions so impactful. What was your biggest takeaway from Dreamforce this year? What do you want to see more of next year?

Sabastian V. Niles shared thisFour Dreamforces as an executive at Salesforce. The first photo is from when I joined in 2023. The second photo is today. Same campground. Very different frontiers, and an even more ambitious vision to help every company transform into an Agentic Enterprise. Hope you’ll join me this week in seeing this vision come alive through our customers and their incredible success and learnings, our partners, our colleagues and the broader Dreamforce and Trailblazer Community. Extraordinary how far Salesforce, our customers and the technology have come. Let’s go! #DF26

Sabastian V. Niles shared thisDreamforce week is here, and one of the innovations I’m particularly excited to see come to life is Slackforce Surfaces. What’s differentiated to me about Surfaces is that it isn’t a static dashboard or another destination you have to go find. You can ask for what you need — a pipeline view, triage board, report or deck — and Slackbot builds a live, interactive view grounded in your Salesforce data and Slack context. It’s shared, dynamic and actionable in the flow of work — a great example of making enterprise software more conversational, contextual and useful. Looking forward to seeing customers, partners and colleagues in San Francisco this week. #DF26 #Dreamforce https://lnkd.in/gUqT3CFv Slack SalesforceSabastian V. Niles shared thisSalesforce always required you to go to it. Log in, navigate, click through to find the thing or enter the data, then get back to the work that's actually happening somewhere else. That's the assumption we're rebuilding with Slackforce: an AI-powered, conversational layer on top of Salesforce that lives right where work already happens - in Slack. Today, that future continues to be realized with Slackforce Surfaces. Describe what you need in the conversation and Slackbot builds it: a working interface, a report, a deck, a dashboard, straight from the data your team was already discussing. Built from context, shared in-context and multiplayer at its core. We can't wait for you all to dive into this more at Dreamforce. https://sforce.co/4ypZJdw

Sabastian V. Niles shared thisCan’t wait! See you next week — will be a rockstar panel and discussionSabastian V. Niles shared thisFor a long time, we built our company for human scale. Every team, every process, every system designed around what one person could get done in a day. It's changing fast, and I can't wait to talk about it. Sabastian V. Niles reposted thisSabastian V. Niles reposted thisToday, we introduced the Salesforce Trusted Enterprise AI Harness. I believe this is one of the most important things we are building for the Agentic Enterprise, and I couldn't be more excited about what comes next. The next era of AI will not be won by a single model or a single agent. Models will keep getting better. Agents will proliferate. Intelligence will increasingly be available everywhere. But enterprises need much more than intelligence. Today, most AI harnesses focus on the agent itself, how you build it, how it interacts with models and tools, and how it runs reliably. That is important. But it is only part of what enterprises need. An enterprise does not just need a harness around an agent. It needs a trusted harness around all of its AI. AI needs to understand the full context of the business, its data, metadata, semantics, knowledge, conversations and permissions. It needs to reason and plan. It needs to securely take action across enterprise systems. And every agent, model and action needs to operate within the identity, security, governance and policies of the enterprise, with one control plane to observe, manage and optimize it all. That is the Salesforce Enterprise AI Harness. Trusted Context. Trusted Agency. Trusted Action. Trusted Governance. Trusted Security. Trusted Models. And an AI Control Plane across it all. This is what makes our approach so comprehensive. We are bringing together decades of Salesforce innovation across our Core Platform, Data 360, Informatica, MuleSoft and Agent Fabric, Tableau, Agentforce and Salesforce Guardian into one open, composable architecture. And openness matters. Our agents + everyone else’s agents. Our models + everyone else’s models. Our applications + the rest of the enterprise. And our harness is available in whatever AI experience customers choose — Slack, Agentforce, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Quick and beyond. Wherever the AI experience lives, the Salesforce Enterprise AI Harness can bring the enterprise with it. Customers should not have to rebuild these foundations every time a new model, agent or AI experience emerges. They should be able to choose the best intelligence and experience for every job, and surround it with a trusted enterprise AI harness that makes any AI better in the context of their business. And this creates something even more powerful. Every interaction, decision and action creates new signals. Those signals enrich the enterprise’s proprietary context. Richer context makes every agent more intelligent. And every subsequent action makes the system better again. That is the compounding intelligence loop of the Agentic Enterprise. The agent harness makes an agent work. The Trusted Enterprise AI Harness makes AI work for the enterprise. That is the future we are building at Salesforce. I can't wait to share this with you at Dreamforce 🚀 https://lnkd.in/g-KWUSMhSalesforce Introduces the Trusted Enterprise AI HarnessSalesforce Introduces the Trusted Enterprise AI Harness

Sabastian V. Niles shared thisAt Salesforce, trust isn’t just our #1 value. It is our operating system. And in the era of #agenticAI, trust becomes more important than ever. As agents evolve from simple rules to true reasoning, and ultimately interact with agents across enterprises, topics of trust and accountability will only become more critical. Customers want to know what happens to their data, what controls exist, and where human oversight remains anchored. I’m proud to share Salesforce’s new Trust Map, a visual guide to Salesforce's trust architecture: our AI guardrails, the foundational systems behind them, and the risks each guardrail helps address. Sabastian V. Niles reacted on thisSabastian V. Niles reacted on thisI've been to Dreamforce 16 times. My first will always be unforgettable, but this year is right up there in my top three. For the first time, I attended with a client, BI Worldwide. Seeing Dreamforce through their eyes, and experiencing it as a customer myself, made everything feel new again. The innovation was incredible. Marc was on fire during his keynote. At one point, he said, “I’m here to motivate you. I’m here to inspire you. And I’m here to…” I knew what was coming, and I still shouted “Thank you!” along with everyone around me. When I worked at Salesforce, my Dreamforce days were largely scheduled for me. This time, I explored more than 1,300 sessions in Agenda Builder, chose what I wanted to see, and loved every minute of it. We got up close, reconnected with people I’ve known for years, met wonderful new people, and took a lot of selfies. I’m so glad I got to experience this one with KELLY, Kathryn, and the BI WORLDWIDE team. As an employee, I knew how much care went into surprising and delighting customers. Experiencing that care from the other side was special. The technology, products, and people have changed over the years, but that feeling is still there. Dreamforce is part conference, part concert, part family reunion. I kept my badge. Now I have the one from my first Dreamforce and the one from this year. I think that says everything about what this one meant to me.

Another EPR deadline coming up for a US state... Are you in scope of Washington State's new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) law for packaging? Ropes & Gray LLP has a great article covering the upcoming registration deadline (January 1, 2026) and definitions of "covered materials" so you can check if you're in scope. For most manufacturers, you are likely in scope if your products are sold in Washington for personal, noncommercial use (e.g. household). https://lnkd.in/gwsYrz5k

Most family office principals don’t set out to become the operators of a complex institutional structure. Yet that's often what the role demands. Staffing, governance, vendor oversight, cost management—it compounds quickly. Understanding how to balance what stays in-house with what gets outsourced is foundational work, not a detail to revisit later. This article offers a look at how experienced principals are approaching that question: https://lnkd.in/eXjqWrRe

I’m stepping more directly into interim and operating CFO work. Over the past decade, I’ve consistently been brought into sponsor-backed and growth-stage platforms at inflection points — acquisitions, liquidity pressure, lender negotiations, audit remediation, capital raises, or operational scale. I build institutional-grade financial infrastructure fast. That means: • Liquidity visibility and covenant discipline • Clean audits and lender credibility • Transaction-ready reporting (QoE, data rooms, integrations) • Repeatable forecasting and KPI frameworks I work where capital and operations intersect — ensuring companies are positioned to access funding, execute deals, and scale without losing financial control. I’m open to select interim and fractional CFO mandates where execution speed and clarity matter. If you’re a sponsor, CEO, or investment partner navigating one of those moments, let’s connect. — Ken Anthony Stanford MBA | CPA | Growth Infrastructure CFO
