Scott Walle reposted thisScott Walle reposted thisPeople buy from people. It’s something I’ve said to commercial teams for years. In MedTech, evidence matters. Clinical outcomes, health economics, product performance and a strong value proposition are all essential. But when you're asking a clinician or healthcare organisation to change the way they work, evidence alone isn't always enough. They need to trust you. Trust that you understand their world. That you listen. That you'll be there when things don't go to plan. Some of the best commercial people I've worked with weren't the ones who talked most about the product. They listened, understood the problem and built trust. Great technology matters. So do the people behind it.

Scott Walle reposted thisScott Walle reposted thisCould weak spinal muscles be the hidden cause of your chronic low back pain? For some patients, the problem isn't just the discs or joints—it's the multifidus muscles, the deep muscles that help stabilize your spine. When these muscles stop working properly, the spine loses support, which can lead to ongoing pain, reduced function, and a cycle of temporary treatments that don't address the underlying problem. At Mocek Spine Clinic, Dr. Christopher Mocek offers ReActiv8® Restorative Neurostimulation—an innovative treatment designed to help restore multifidus muscle function for appropriate patients with chronic mechanical low back pain. If you've tried physical therapy, injections, or medications without lasting relief, it may be time to find out whether multifidus dysfunction is contributing to your pain. 📞 Schedule a consultation to learn if ReActiv8® is right for you.

Scott Walle liked thisScott Walle liked thisAt 1 year, pain resolution was achieved by 52% of the treatment group and 60% of crossover participants, compared with just 6% of patients receiving optimal medical management alone. Consistent outcomes across both the original treatment group and the crossover group at 1-year demonstrate the restorative benefits of ReActiv8 therapy. These are restorative outcomes. #RESTORETrial #MainstayMedical #ReActiv8 #MultifidusDysfunction #ChronicLowBackPain #RestorativeTherapy

Together with speakers from Medtronic, ONWARD Medical, Maastricht UMC+, Maastricht University, Demcon, and CorTec, discussions focused on the future of neuromodulation in healthcare and the importance of collaboration across healthcare, science, and industry. At Salvia, we are developing a purpose-built neuromodulation system for people with migraine. Keeping the patient perspective at the center of innovation is fundamental to how we approach the opportunities and challenges ahead for the field. Scott Walle reacted on thisScott Walle reacted on thisProud to present "Blowing Up the Front Door: Reinventing Access and Redesigning Care" at the MGMA 2026 Annual Conference, where we shared our team's hard work redesigning spine care at Ochsner Health. Our message: access isn't just a scheduling problem, it's a design problem. When we rebuild the front door around the patient, the right patient reaches the right clinician at the right time. Thank you to Sean Nguyen, MHA for inviting me to participate, and to Rebecca Courtney, PT, DPT, FACHE for her parternarship and valuable insights. And thanks to everyone who joined us, and to MGMA for a great meeting in its 100th year. #MGMA2026 #SpineCare #PatientAccess #HealthcareLeadership #OchsnerHealth

Scott Walle liked this8 Things I’ve Given Up In The Past 24 Months That Completely Changed My Life… 1. The Corporate Grind - Lost purpose and started working for a paycheck and security… figured out a better way for both. 2. Drinking - Didn’t like the way it made me feel and stopped caring about the social acceptance aspect… EVERYTHING got better. Keeping it real, I still have an occasional glass of wine or beer on the right occasion but on my terms and because I want to. 3. Not Prioritizing Sleep - Not sure why it was ever cool to sleep 4 to 5 hours a night and hang that on your jacket like a badge of honor. Whoever started that trend obviously skipped the research and proven health benefits. 7-8 hours of sleep a night is non negotiable. 4. Working Out - That is….without purpose and consistency. Thought I was mentally and physically fit, but really just looked like that on the outside. Body and mind were both in a slump, purpose and consistency flipped the script. 5. Processed Food - Much easier to do when not on the road constantly. Fill your body full of shit and the outcome is already written. Care about what you eat, think about what goes in, it all matters. 6. Being Good At Everything - My kids used to ask why I was good at everything and my answer was “ because I only do things I’m good at” WRONG… becoming a beginner again has changed my perspective of life in so many ways, from Hyrox to tennis, golf and guitar, that feeling of being nervous and having to learn again… undefeated every time. 7. Saying Yes When The Answer Should Have Been A Hell No - I’m done with the fake smiles, forced conversations, and spending time with people who drain rather than fill. Time is our most valuable asset, treat it that way. 8. Not Listening Enough - Amazing what you learn when you shut your mouth and open your ears, the whole world changes. Simple changes, not easy to do, but the payoff has been massive.

Walked away from #TCT2025 with a powerful positive outlook for the interventional market being as healthy as it has been in years. Attendance high, exhibitors robust both big and small players, strategics more present than ever in the past 5+ years. - Structural heart has regained it's footing and clinical trials are less of an issue than previous years due to newer venues OUS being outstanding sites to conduct trials. - Heart Failure therapies continue to gain major traction in the IC world, conversations and agendas put on by TCT support and validate that, more patients who are the beneficiaries of the great interventional tools and products are graduating deeper into HF and need solutions. - AI especially as it applies to imaging, work flow, and advisement are entering deeper into products and platforms but need to prove they can gain acceptance where "how do you get paid" questions are answered. Finally, the question that persists in such a high tech, device heavy, single-episodic case of care that requires highly skilled clinicians is.....How do we provide solutions for the under-served, rural, and lower tiered hospital geographies?

At Johnson & Johnson, we're redefining what's possible in intracardiac echocardiography, taking the high bar we’ve set by integrating advanced ultrasound into atrial fibrillation care and channeling that same force of innovation, talent, and commitment into interventional cardiology and structural heart to enable safer, more efficient, and more effective outcomes for patients. We’re on a mission to disrupt the status quo. Don't miss this opportunity to work with an amazing leader, Cody Clifton. #StructuralHeart #SeeingIsBelieving #NUVISION #JNJMedTech #MyCompany Michael Bodner, Fairy Zare, Harry Farris, Nikki S.
