Suryakant Brahmbhatt shared thisProud moments for me….Suryakant Brahmbhatt shared thisOfficially, a white coat! I’m incredibly honored to begin my medical journey at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. This moment is a reflection of the people and experiences that brought me here. I’m forever grateful to my alma mater, Seton Hall University, and the educators, mentors, and staff who supported, challenged, and believed in me throughout my undergraduate journey. I’m equally thankful for my time at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, especially the attending and resident physicians who welcomed me into the ED and taught me lessons that extended far beyond the textbook. Your mentorship has shaped the physician I hope to become. I’m especially grateful to Dr. Sarada Gurubhagavatula, an inspiring physician in medicine who taught me not only the importance of strong hands-on clinical skills, but also what it truly means to care for a patient with compassion, empathy, and purpose. And to my friends and family — thank you for being my constant support system through every high, low, late night, and everything in between. I truly would not be here without you. A new chapter begins. Here’s to learning, serving, and becoming the physician I aspire to be. 🩺 #WhiteCoatCeremony #RowanVirtuaSOM #MedicalSchool #FuturePhysician

Suryakant Brahmbhatt reposted thisSuryakant Brahmbhatt reposted thisFor All, Forever When I first arrived at Seton Hall, I never could have imagined how much this community would shape me. Over the years, Seton Hall has been where I discovered my passion for research, grew as a leader, and found mentors who believed in me even when I doubted myself. This past week, I had the incredible honor of returning to campus as a young alumna speaker at the launch of For All, Forever: A Campaign for a Greater Seton Hall—the most ambitious fundraising campaign in the University’s history. Sharing my journey as a student researcher and reflecting on how my successes were made possible by the environment and opportunities here was one of the greatest privileges of my life. I want to express my deepest gratitude: To Jon Paparsenos ’99, whose belief in me opened this door and whose leadership made this event possible. To the Division of University Advancement, for their tireless dedication and vision in bringing this campaign to life. To Carol Chanik, who has been such a constant source of encouragement and guidance throughout this process. To the professors, mentors, and peers at Seton Hall who shaped me into the person and leader I am today. It was humbling to stand on that stage and remember where it all began—an elevator ride in McNulty Hall that led me into the lab, the late nights chasing discoveries, and the mural that reminds me of the intersection of science and spirituality. Suryakant Brahmbhatt reposted thisSuryakant Brahmbhatt reposted thisEmpowering Lives Through Giving: BAPS Akshardham Blood Drive Success! As January, National Blood Donation Awareness Month, comes to an end, I'd like to reflect on the incredible journey of the 75-day long blood drive project at BAPS Akshardham in Robbinsville, NJ, where I had the honor of serving as one of the leads. From July to September, our team collaborated with five amazing Blood Donation Agencies: American Red Cross, Robert Wood Johnson Blood Services, New York Blood Services, Vitalant, and Miller-Keystone Blood Services. Currently we have a national blood shortage in America. The blood collected will contribute to saving countless lives and supporting those in need during critical moments. This project showcased the power of our community coming together for a common cause, reinforcing the spirit of solidarity and empathy. Beyond the numbers, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as a medical translator, facilitating interactions between healthcare workers and donors in Gujarati, fostering a deeper connection and understanding during the donation process. I also had the opportunity to lead a social media campaign on Instagram, where we took a creative approach by leveraging the TikTok trend "The Tiny Mic Series." Through engaging content, we spread awareness in the community and encouraged everyone to come forward and donate. We didn't just stop at collecting blood. As part of our project, we had the privilege of presenting BAPS Charity's foundation and current projects to local leaders. My heartfelt thanks to Mayor DAVE FRIED, NJ State Assemblywoman Tennille R. McCoy, MBA, MLER, Mercer County Commissioner Nina Melker, and MayorJanice Mironov for their support and engagement. As we reflect on the success of this project, let's continue to support and engage in initiatives that make a difference in the lives of others. Together, we can create a brighter and healthier future for all. To learn more about the blood drive: https://lnkd.in/eaMbaSMp https://lnkd.in/eNWR99ad Feel free to connect if you'd like to learn more about our projects or share your thoughts on community engagement. #BloodDriveSuccess #CommunityImpact #GiveBack #BAPSCharities

Pipe down on discrediting everything that existed before your "heroic" resumption. There's a wealth of knowledge in those who've walked the halls you just stepped in or will be stepping in soon, and just as Wi-Fi signals sometimes need a boost, so too might you benefit from tapping into the bandwidth of experience from those you'd be meeting on ground at your new place of work. Suryakant Brahmbhatt shared thisSuryakant Brahmbhatt shared thisIndian traditions, such as placing a round mark (kumkum chandlo) on the forehead and tying a sacred thread (nadachdadi) around the wrist, are symbols of love, respect, and prayer for well-being. By practicing these traditions, Indian Diaspora has enriched social harmony and enhanced societal happiness globally. I am ecstatic that the 41st Prime Minister of New Zealand, The Right Honorable Chris Hipkins, was traditionally welcomed and honored at a Hindu temple by BAPS children with a kumkum chandlo, nadachdadi, and garland. This visit is a testament and celebration of the commitment of the Indian Diaspora to national integration and prosperity around the world. The magnificent nation of New Zealand has gifted the world with such iconic historical leaders as Sir Edmund Hillary, Ernest Rutherford, Kate Sheppard, and, most recently, Jacinda Ardern. There was a time when getting into IIT felt like a distant dream. To now be recognized by the very institution that once represented that dream—and that went on to shape so much of who I am—is truly a full-circle moment. IIT Kharagpur gave me far more than an education. It taught me to think deeply, solve difficult problems, persevere through challenges, and push the boundaries of what I thought was possible. Those lessons continue to shape my journey every day. I’m deeply grateful to my professors, mentors, friends, and family who have supported and believed in me along the way. A special thank you to Professor Manoj Tiwari for his mentorship, guidance, and encouragement throughout my journey. Thank you, IIT Kharagpur, for this incredible honor. 🚀 New Open Repository: Delta Drift Governance Architecture As enterprises move from isolated models to production pipelines, data & model drift quietly becomes the silent disruptor of reliability. During my time leading Data Engineering & Science teams at Mashreq, I saw how even well-structured ML systems lose trust without drift observability. Built on Databricks Community Edition, this POC tracks data & model drift using PSI — with Delta-safe writes, heatmaps, and JSON telemetry for dashboards. 📘 Read the story: https://lnkd.in/gA6XtcrS 💻 Explore the repo: https://lnkd.in/g9GBbcwr #Databricks #DeltaLake #ResponsibleAI #ModelGovernance #AIObservability #MLOps #DataEngineering #OpenSource

Happy to share our latest work on Physics-Informed and Knowledge-Informed Neural Networks for actuarial reserving. The idea is simple: can we combine the rigor of traditional actuarial models with the speed of neural networks? Our approach achieves ~0.99 R² and ~120× faster inference than the classical numerical solver opening interesting possibilities for large-scale scenario analysis, stress testing and optimization. The goal isn’t to replace actuarial models, but to use AI as a computational accelerator for trusted mathematical models. Paper: https://lnkd.in/gRjXbi7Q Saket ABHILASH Anugya

<<Multi-agent systems grew 327% in just 4 months use of multi-agent systems grew 327% in just four months, according to the Databricks report, as companies increasingly rely on supervisor agents to orchestrate other agents and tools across specialized domains. Nowhere is that pressure more visible than in the database layer, as AI agents also create 97% of database branches, cutting the time required to clone or rewind environments from hours to seconds. Two years ago, agents accounted for just 0.1% of such activity. Today, they dominate it.

🔥 Something major is happening at Teradata and it’s not just another “AI pivot.” It’s a full-scale product transformation that could redefine how highly regulated or mission-critical enterprises adopt agentic AI, without sacrificing reliability, governance, or control. This comprehensive vision was on display in Los Angeles last week, with everyone from the CEO, Steve McMillan, on down. For decades, Teradata has been known as the system that never fails, the backbone of global analytics where downtime simply isn’t an option. Now, the company is translating that same DNA into a new foundation for deterministic, governed AI that enterprises can actually trust to run core operations. In an market sprinting toward experimental AI, Teradata’s move is the steady hand aiming for enterprise-grade dependability. 🚀 The beefed-up Teradata stack is built on three core pillars that offer a serious leap forward: • AgentBuilder – A governed environment for designing and orchestrating autonomous agents using open frameworks like FlowiseAI and CrewAI. It’s flexible by design, giving enterprises the freedom to innovate while maintaining compliance and auditability. • MCP Server – The brain behind the system. It anchors agents in verified, contextual enterprise data so that every action is grounded in fact, not hallucination. It unites vector search, metadata, SQL tooling, and curated prompts into a unified control plane. • AI Factory – A full-stack, hybrid/on-prem AI deployment option that brings compliance, performance, and sovereignty to the forefront, vital for sectors like finance, healthcare, government. 💡 But in my opinion, the real strategic gem is Teradata’s Customer Intelligence Framework. It ties everything together, connecting live customer data, analytics, and AI-driven decisioning into one continuous feedback loop. This framework is where AI stops being just predictive and becomes operationally trustworthy. This is the key to regulated industries that can’t afford opaque or unpredictable systems. This combination of governed data, agentic automation, and real-time intelligence gives CIOs something rare in today’s market: a clear path to dependable AI adoption. It’s a story about precision, not hype, where uptime, auditability, and explainability win the day. In a crowded AI landscape obsessed with demos and disruption, Teradata’s approach feels like the calm in the storm. A pragmatic architecture that enterprises can bet their business on. If Teradata can bring their “always-works” legacy into this new era of autonomous intelligence with high accuracy, they have a real opportunity to lead in the industry. 🙌 Huge thanks to the Teradata team for having me out last week. Why Boards are refocusing on the data operating model in 2026 ... The thing is, Boards are no longer debating platforms. They are debating why outcomes still aren’t landing. In my opinion, these are the questions Boards will be asking in 2026 ... 🔸Accountability “Who actually owns data and AI outcomes?” Ownership is fragmented across tech, risk and business. Committees proliferate, but no one is personally accountable. Boards will push toward a single senior owner with clear decision rights across value, risk and prioritisation. 🔸Value visibility “Why can’t we see value quarter by quarter?” Use cases are approved, but value is not embedded in the management cadence. Boards want portfolio-level value governance wired into quarterly and monthly rhythms, not retrospective reporting. 🔸Scale “Why so many pilots, but scaling fails?” Data is treated as a rollout problem rather than an operating-model redesign. Boards are forcing redesign of the workflows data touches, not just deployment of models. 🔸Defensibility “Is this safe, controlled and explainable?” Governance and controls are often bolted on after deployment. Boards expect human-in-the-loop, oversight and data controls to be designed into day-one operations. 🔸Cost discipline “Why are costs still rising?” Legacy platforms and duplicated data work are rarely stopped. Boards are or will be demanding explicit decommissioning authority and simplification as part of the operating model. ... In 2026, boards will back leaders who can explain the business operating model, not the tech architecture. .
