Tash Elwyn shared thisAnother great edition of our Raymond James Signature events last night in San Francisco as we welcomed select wealth management and capital markets clients from across the Bay Area. We opened the evening with Chief Investment Officer, Larry Adam, who brought clarity to today’s complex markets and global landscape, and offered valuable perspective on what matters most amid all of the noise. CEO Paul Shoukry then shared a firm update and reinforced our guiding values - putting clients first, acting with integrity, maintaining our independence, and thinking long term. And finally, President of Capital Markets and Advisory, Jim Bunn, moderated an engaging and insightful fireside chat with legendary baseball executive and renowned innovator, Billy Beane, whose insights on leadership, analytics, and challenging conventional wisdom resonated well beyond the world of sports. Exciting with the Signature events in Los Angeles and San Francisco this week to see how much momentum and success in serving clients Raymond James is enjoying in California.

While they're spending the summer developing their knowledge of financial services and wealth management, they're also experiencing the culture and community that make Chicago a remarkable place to live and Raymond James a remarkable place to build a career. A special thank you to Aaron Bryant for joining us. Under the direction of the best SA in the the business, Letty Batjiaka she was able to get a taste of what full service client first wealth advisory is all about. Also thanks to those in those who helped get her established and up and running. Some highlights included understanding the administrative side of what we do, listening to discussions with our clients and even being part of the SPACE X IPO. I had the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and see firsthand what it takes to excel in the financial services industry. None of this would have been possible without the guidance of Don MacQuattie, my manager and mentor, whose leadership and willingness to invest in my development made an immeasurable impact on my experience. I'm equally grateful to the associates and executives across the firm who took the time to meet with me and share their expertise. Your generosity shaped this summer in ways I won't forget. What stood out most this summer was experiencing Raymond James's core values in action, client first, integrity, independence, and a conservative, steady approach focused on enduring relationships rather than quick wins. These aren't just principles on a wall; they visibly guide how decisions are made and how people treat one another at every level of the firm. Looking ahead, I leave this summer with a sharpened perspective, a genuine appreciation for what sets Raymond James apart, and a real sense of momentum heading into my next chapter. I'm grateful to everyone who invested in me along the way, and I look forward to staying connected as our paths continue to cross.
