Ursula Trevino reacted on thisI just placed someone who told me she wasn't looking for a new job. When I first reached out, she was happy where she was. She wasn't applying. Her resume wasn't updated. She wasn't interviewing. But she agreed to a conversation, and as we talked, we uncovered a few things: Growth had stalled. Leadership had changed. Neither of those things were enough to make her actively job hunt. But they were enough to make her listen. That's why some of the best hires aren't actively looking.
