Proud to share that Frontera Hotel Group has successfully closed on the lender-driven sale of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport. This marks our first hotel purchase and management assignment in the Houston MSA, and an important milestone in Frontera’s continued growth. We’re especially excited about the Hobby Airport submarket, where we see strong fundamentals and meaningful upside heading into 2026, driven by resilient demand, limited new supply, and continued air traffic growth. This is exactly the type of opportunity where hands-on asset management and operational focus can unlock value. Equally meaningful for us—this transaction marks our return to the Marriott International family after four years. We’re thrilled to be re-engaging with a franchise we know well and respect deeply, and we look forward to executing at a high level on this asset.
